Hands down the best Phô in Amsterdam! It tastes so authentic and the service is very friendly.

The food was good, but the service was poor. We were turned away before we finished our meal because there was another reservation.

The pho here is good! I prefer the thicker rice noodles tho. We also shared an appetizer which was good as well.

Service was great with plenty of seating inside. The food came quickly and staff were super nice. They offer different sizes for the pho depending on your appetite. The noodle soup was tasty with great cuts of meat. The beef go,hi came with a nice selection of meat including, meatballs, raw beef and shank (all cooked pretty well). Would definitely recommend for a comfortable place to sit on a cold day in Amsterdam.

A great discovery. Super busy so advisable to make a reservation ahead of time for free online. Super friendly service and very helpful with questions. Food was cooked quickly and tasted great. HUGE portions, just to warn you, so don't over order, and pace yourself!! The door was open most of the time we were there and it was cold and rainy outside in November, so most people wore their coats inside, so that wasn't ideal, but definitely a recommended place! No loud music either so easy to chat with friends. Or just sit with your own deep and meaningful thoughts 😃

Incredibly good Pho. Very nice rolls

Had dinner here with my girlfriend tonight at around 9 pm, and the experience was honestly infuriating. The chubby waitress with black glasses who took our order was shockingly impatient and rude from the very moment she talked to us. And when she brought out our hot dish, she literally just slammed the plate onto our table like she was angry at us for no reason at all. What made it even worse was watching her treat the WHITE customers at the next table with extra care and politeness, while giving us attitude the entire time. Everyone can have a bad day, but taking it out on customers — and especially treating ASIAN customers differently in a ASIAN restaurant— is absolutely unacceptable. I’m shocked this kind of behavior is allowed here.

This was the first time I tried Vietnamese cuisine. Very fresh taste, large portions. I will definitely come back again 🌿🙌

My first time eating Vietnamese food. I had high expectations and this place delivered. Was so incredibly delicious. Great personnel, Vietnamese vibes and well connected. Will definitely be back.

Came in a hurry to eat. Chose outside seating as inside seemed very noisy and small space. The bench outside seems simple but is worn. Atmosphere outside is nothing special and is drawn with trash moving in front of the store with empty boxes and paper. Service is a bit messy and messy with ordering at payment. Not a friendly first impression. Food was fresh and good with nice size portions. Overall, it is a better place to choose considering the price.

The staff was very friendly and the beef pho was very rich in taste. The included toppings also had a nice variety. The chicken and beef dishes are also suitable for Halal diets. Overall, a nice experience and I would recommend eating here if you're in the area!

I had the Phở Gà (chicken pho with rice noodles) and original summer roll — the broth was rich, comforting, and full of flavor, like a warm hug in a bowl. 🥣✨ The summer rolls were light and fresh, and the pineapple salsa dip was my absolute favorite. You can really taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. A must-visit for anyone who loves authentic Vietnamese food! 🇻🇳💛

This is a very nice service and place, and has vegetarian / vegan options. I took the vegan pho that had a mild taste but after i added the herbs and sauces i received was perfect. Personally i would prefer without the vegan ham that was added. I didn't understand what it was in the menu at first.

Delicious food! Highly recommend #51 and #24. The service is really nice, they care about your experience, and everything is made with love. Frustrating to see people nit picking at small things, it’s genuinely one of the hidden gems in Amsterdam!

Nice food, big portions. Very flavourful.

The food was delicious. Lots of choices on the menu and plenty of seating inside. The service was super friendly and the food arrived quickly. Not expensive at all for what you get. The location is also great; you can be in the heart of the city within a few minutes' walk. All in all, a nice place with delicious food!

The vegetarian pho was pretty good but it did lack something.

Overall, it's tasty, but not very hot! I do enjoy a warm soup in cold weather.

The food is ok. Maybe, I expected the food to have a more intense flavour. A bit dissapointed. The menu offers different possibilities although dishes with rice are only served at dinner.

If you’re looking for something different than the burgers in this neigbourhood then visit O Mai. Come here for the beef pho, 4 differents type of beef meat and delicious broth. The filling of summer rolls was dominated by herbs, like an inch of just the green stuff in one summer roll. Good mix of locals and tourists. Small outside terrace.

Taiwanese reviews: The atmosphere is quite different from when I visited a few years ago, probably because of a change of ownership. It felt more upscale last time, but now it's more local, with all the staff being Vietnamese. The restroom is downstairs, and the kitchen is right next to it. I was a bit surprised to see bags of meat lying around on the floor when I walked by. The large bowl of beef pho is about 20 euros, and the portion is generous, with plenty of meat. The broth is also piping hot and quite tasty. I think the small bowl is enough for ladies. The spring rolls are average, so don't order them, but they're not terrible. The homemade iced tea is also okay.

Horrible service and the pho was normal. We were fine sitting outside without a reservation, but it suddenly started raining, and several waiters couldn't open the outdoor umbrella, leaving us and our food exposed to the rain. We weren't allowed to sit inside even though there were seats available, forcing us to eat outside in the rain for half a day. The service was also very slow, and the food was mediocre. I definitely don't recommend it.

The service was terrible. Since we didn't have a reservation, we had to sit outside, even though there were always empty tables inside from the moment we finished. It was about to rain when we sat outside, and we didn't open our umbrella, so our food got soaked. The sauce for our spring rolls wasn't refilled because of the rain, and we had to talk to the waiter three times before they finally gave it to us. And when we paid, they even added a tip to their bill. How shameless!

What a brilliant find - with so many unexceptional places to eat in Amsterdam it was refreshing to find somewhere with delicious food, excellent service and chilled atmosphere. Plus, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful when my sister fell ill at the establishment. Thank you!

Real Vietnamese cuisine, with a good authentic taste.

The restaurant is quite small and nice, but we didn't enjoy the food. The pho had a strange aftertaste, and the appetizers weren't particularly good either. Overall, the food was certainly good in terms of quality, but it didn't suit our "European" tastes.

Amazing place! Visited it few times during our trip to Amsterdam with friends and would recommend it without hesitation! Staff is super friendly and ready to recommend you best option according to your preferences! Also we were very surprised that they know Ukrainian very well! The food is delicious! Portions are big! A lovely little restaurant. The food was delicious. However, due to the narrow aisles and the large number of visitors during the holiday season, everything was a bit cramped, and the waiters also had a bit of a problem due to limited space. Otherwise, everything was great, and I would go back anytime. It's best to make a reservation in advance, especially during the holiday season.

Very tasty Vietnamese food. You don't have to wait long for your meal. The portions are quite large, so you can easily fill up in one dish.

I am so happy to have found this place. It is one of the only Vietnamese restaurants in this country (or maybe the Randstad) that does not put bean sprouts or cucumber in their rice paper rolls. This makes me unbelievably happy, because they are large and filled with plenty of lettuce, meats, herbs - and that is enough! Thank you for not putting bean sprouts and cucumber in it! The rest of the food was also very delicious. The chicken wings were very tender, juicy, and deep fried well. Noodle salad was great, the Banh mi was flavorful, the fish sauce and peanut sauce was fresh. Really nice!

randomly walked past this restaurant and thought we'd give it a try. nice little place with a welcoming atmosphere. we ordered the special pho. they loaded the pho with tons of meat. I'm not complaining but there was a lot. the broth had a nice taste however not as clear as some places I've eaten in but it did pack loads of flavours. the noodles were a little overcooked, however it was fine for what we needed for dinner. all fresh veg (beansprouts and herbs) to compliment the pho and condiments to accompany. wasn't too expensive. would recommend if you're around the area.

For me the best Vietnamese restaurant in the Netherlands. We have eaten at several Vietnamese restaurants and this is the best for us. Goi Cuon, Loempia's, Banh mi, pho seem very authentic (in this style). We like to go here (from The Hague)

Our waiter was friendly, just some of the other staff acted pretty careless for some reason, that’s the only reason for -1 star unfortunately Revisit: Food: Original banh mi as good as it was and can be. The nr 16 (pork sausage) very disappointing on the other hand: lacking filling & flavour, rock solid avocado. Go for the original! Service: friendly, only this time again one of the waitress very arrogant impression unfortunately. Revisit nr. 2; very underwhelming banh mi ol’ skool: barely any sauce, very shy with the toppings.

(Taste reference from Taiwanese) Delicious Vietnamese Pho, although expensive, but the price is reasonable in the Netherlands. You can order iced tea and beef Pho is the best choice. The waiter will also add chili lemon and side dishes (coriander, etc.) to the Pho, which is very good! But the amount of soup is relatively small! A small bowl is enough for girls! There are also some spring rolls, but they are just ordinary~

The beef noodle was great, always good to have a hot soup noodle in chilly day! We opted for summer roll though it’s chilly as it’s where we could taste the most out of the dipping sauce. This place open throughout the day and we were just checking to have a late lunch and they are still open at 3pm which majority of relatively small scale eatery may have been closed after lunch hour. Worth checking out if you crave for Vietnamese noodle soup when you are at the city centre.

The best Pho bo I’ve ever had!!! The meat was tender, broth flavourful and a big portion! The Bahn mis are too very yummy. The staff is very friendly. I wish I live in Amsterdam only to eat the pho there everyday!!

3-star taste but 5-star generous portions. The Pho was a bit plain in the soup base, and the noodles were a bit soft. The rice paper spring rolls were nothing special as well. The grilled chicken was tender and flavorful, but the sauce for the rice noodle salad was again nothing special. The tables were packed which means people need to squeeze beside you and that drags down the dining experience. Overall an ok place if you crave some Vietnamese and you happen to be in the area.

Delicious food. Perfectly fried chicken wings. Blessed Pho. It was very busy so the food was not served at the same time. That was a bit of a shame, but it can happen. Very friendly staff.

Walked in without reservation, solo diner. Only ordered the beef pho (house signature) so cannot speak for other dishes. Portion was generous even though I ordered the small one (also liked that the waitress informed about the small option available). Beef was good, soup was not too bad, but the rice noodles were a bit too hard and thick. I wonder if it was undercooked or the wrong type of noodles were used, because the noodles resembled those used in Pad Thai for Thai cuisine. Apart from that, saw the other dishes on other tables and they looked really good. So recommended to give this restaurant a try :)

First time trying Vietnamese food while the service and most of the dishes were good, the pho lacked salt and didn’t really stand out. My friend also tried the house iced tea, and we wouldn’t recommend it.

I usually avoid anything at Rembrandtplein, but if you need to be there and are short on time this is a good option. Fresh and good ingredients, friendly service and decent selection in the menu. Could've used a bit more variety, like bánh xèo, the bún dishes could've used a bigger serving of noodles, and the Phở broth is a bit too oily, but these are minor gripes that don't spoil the overall experience. Had the spring rolls, bún thịt nướng, Phở, and Việt ice coffee.

Clean and spacious restaurant! I got Pho Ga small portion. The broth was amazing and the food portion was perfect. I think small is more of a normal size and large is for people who are extra hungry.

Extremely rude staff. (One girl specifically) . We were here at 6pm, I asked for a soup, she said she can't serve me because the table is booked at 7pm, as if 1h isn't enough to eat the soup?

We opened on Saturday afternoon so it was very quiet. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We were served very quickly. The ingredients are fresh and the dishes are well seasoned. The menu is varied and everything tempts you!

We recently visited this spot, and while the Vietnamese girl who served us was very friendly and welcoming, the food didn’t quite meet our expectations. The bread was nothing special, and we felt it would have been better with homemade pâté instead of the spread that tasted like Unox liver pâté. The bò tái chanh (Vietnamese beef carpaccio) was disappointing. It lacked flavor and had some unexpected ingredients, like chopped lemongrass, which didn’t seem to fit. It also had vinegar onions instead of fresh raw onions, and we missed the usual fresh herbs like cilantro or mint that typically add so much to the dish. The phở was eetbaar but the stew meat we got had a strange texture, which was a bit off-putting. While we appreciated the kind service, the food didn’t quite match our expectations, and we wouldn’t return or recommend it.

Friendly staff and very considerate of my sisters gluten allergy!! Non-gluten and vegetarian options for her were great. My vermicelli salad was a very generous portion for a perfectly reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

UPDATE: I can’t fully support with only using takeaway/thuisbezorg as a delivery service as they are awful every time I’ve ordered. Why not use Ubereats or another service?? Please fix this. Hu Tieu (with soup or on the side), rice plates, springs rolls, and dessert are delicious! I do think they shouldn’t cut the noodles so short for the Hu Tieu as it makes it difficult to eat. Limited menu but definitely fixes my craving as a Vietnamese American.

Wow. I’m not sure why isn’t this place prebooked months in advance and people are not queuing in front of doors. It has to be only because it’s somehow hidden and not shouting how amazing are they. I can’t explain it why but - I will do this service for them. I do like Thai food and have it several times a week. Now - without any question this is the place with the best Pho I ever had. It’s always good sign they bring you condiments with fresh herbs and lemon, but Thai was topped by pentagram of holy sauces. Show can start. You smell the souce when it’s not even on your table. All the right herbs and strong and bold soup.. ah. My heart is melting. I didn’t even took enough pictures to document it - I just jumped straight to it. I had a massive bad fresh summer rolls with options of three amazing sauces- no pre made staff that is just a starter- proper well made food. Overall I can’t recommend this place enough- I’m sure whene this become more apparent on Google Maps this place will be packed. I hope I will be able to make it here again soon. There are quite a lot of people. The soup of the pho is not hot enough. It should be a hot spot in winter. The shrimp rolls are good and taste good. They suit the appetite of Chinese people.

The food has been really nice here, especially the noodle soups. It's as good as I remember having it in Vietnam! I keep cooking back. The staff are very polite and nice. The drink pricing is extortionate. 4 euros for 200ml of soft drink or 250ml of water.

Food was not good, I got the Chicken Pho and partner got the vegetarian pho. We both didn't like the taste and ended up throwing it up later. It was not a good experience. During our dine in experience, we had to ask the waiter for anything and they didn't bring us water. They did package the food to go for us which was nice but we had to throw it out. It felt like food poisoning.
