They have gluten-free options and kids portions. The food was delicious.

Pho was quite tasty and it’s about as authentic as it gets in Amsterdam. Small place, nice and cozy. Portions are okay, although I did opt for extra meat in my pho. The vegan curry is also good.

The best tasting Pho in Amsterdam. Unfortunately in the past 5 years the meatballs have gotten half in size. Two small pieces of brisket and some chicken. The signature noodles have changed too. Not worth the price anymore

The wait can sometimes be a bit long, but every pho we've tried has been delicious. We're okay with the sometimes slow service (busy location) because the food here is always delicious.

Its ok, I wouldnt go back. The only good thing is just the normal beef Pho - bun bo hue was okay, the rolls are ok. The nuoc cham tasted vinegary which was weird. Also the longest ive ever waited for pho in my life

Very authentic Vietnamese food. The pho was particularly good. Small restaurant perfect for couples or small groups. Doesn’t sell alcohol so bring your own.

Food is really good - but service is terrible. Keep coming back as the food is really worth it for the price, but expect to be served with drinks 10’ after ordering, +45’ food delays when they have a pretty manageable menu size. Unsure whether is the waiters or kitchen, but definite needs to improve.

This place has let me down massively. Worst customer care ever.And the pho isn't even that good. Much better at Pho Viet. Pho91 screwed up an order through UberEats and neither party did anything about it. The Pho actually arrived without the broth whatsoever (so just toppings). The rest of the order contained allergens I had specifically ordered all without. They wouldn't refund me. After a few 'nice' emails, they stopped replying and ignored the request for a very deserved and reasonable solution: a refund. Terrible. Would not recommend.

The vegan pho was delicious. The broth was amazing, full of flavour, and the noodles were great too. I wish it contained a bit more vegetables, or perhaps more interesting ones, but the broth was so tasty that I didn’t care :)

Delicious Pho. The portion size was very generous for the price, and there was a lot of filling. We arrived just before 6pm and could be seated right away.

Pho is ok but my goodness, the smallest eggs rolls in the world . Do not , do not order egg rolls, €5.00 for this small little things, can't even get 2 bites.

Nice little Vietnamese Restaurant at the Albert Cuyp area. The Pho tastes as authentic and it's pretty good, the Vietnamese filtered coffee was great as well. Good place for a quick lunch or something light.

Had three vegan side dishes and the cauliflower fries were really really good! They are covered in bread crumb so very crisply and quite different from other cauliflower fries I had before. Eggplant/aubergine salad was also tasty but the salad dressing was a bit too sweet. Summer rolls were alright but the tofu had a slight sour taste which tofu from the store usually has. Generally sauces of all three side dishes were all very sweet so next time I will only order one and try the vegan pho.

My friend and I ordered two different Pho dishes but they were both extremely bland and had no flavor. Service was decent though.

The food? Not that good. The service takes way too long as well. As a real Vietnamese person myself, nothing was satisfying. Back home, it takes 5 minutes and bam the food is out, but this place? Ugh, not the best.. Plus, they charge the food for way too much. I can get Vietnamese food in Vancouver for more expensive prices yet the service and food is more high-quality. Please, this place is not recommended.

One of the worst Vietnamese restaurants I’ve ever tried. It’s overpriced too… The kitchen and the toilets look incredibly dirty I lost my appetite

I had a Bun chá with spring rolls, which were really tasty and delicious. On the side, I had a Vietnamese coffee brewed with condensed milk - real nostalgia.

Great pho, would love a bit more spice though! Spring rolls were also great, perfectly chewy and crispy. The playlist was perfect if you like Gorillaz and Air, they just kept playing banger after banger

Delicious curry chicken cold rice noodle salad... light and refreshing

The inside of the store is spacious and comfortable. In particular, the male staff was very kind and spoke English well, so I was able to eat comfortably from the moment I entered the store to the moment I left. I ordered the main menu, Pho91 and Ice tea, and although the portions were not large or the taste was special, they were delicious.

Pho broth. it's not an ordinary Pho broth that I'm used to. cozy small place

The soup is very salty and has no aroma. The beef slices are okay, but without the soup, the soul of pho is gone. It's really just a bowl of noodle soup. It's better to eat while walking at the market at the door.

The fried spring rolls were tasty, however presentation could’ve been way better. The curry and one of the noddle salads lacked a lot of flavour. It’s too expensive for what it is. The staff is nice though…

Order some food on Uber Eats, wanted to try the phon here for a while as I heard hood things, but honestly it was disappointing :/ 1. very little broth, didn’t even cover the ingredients 2. no lime, coriander was wilted 3. the broth tasted weak Overall, tried better pho even in Amsterdam, and far from the best one I tried in a place in Brussels run by a Vietnamese family. And I guess Uber Eats just doesn’t work for this, delivery took ages, food was lukewarm. It’s honestly sad as it’s my favourite soup..

We recently ate here and it was a mixed experience. For mains we had the Pho cha and Bún chả giò, both really delicious! Well seasoned, fresh and exactly what you would hope for from a Vietnamese dish. I would definitely come back for that alone. For starters we had Súp lơ chiên (fried cauliflower), but unfortunately it was very disappointing. The oil seemed old and not changed, which you could taste immediately. In terms of hygiene it could also be a bit better, it didn't look or feel very fresh, and that detracts from the dining experience. The atmosphere and service were otherwise okay, but you mainly come here for the Pho cha. For the rest there is definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of hygiene and quality of the starters.

Super cozy spot with fantastic food and lots of vegan/vegetarian options. I had the classic vegan pho and it was absolutely on point — rich, balanced broth with great depth. The portion was generous too, with plenty of tofu, noodles, and fresh bean sprouts. Also tried the vegan cauliflower wings — honestly, a standout. The tamarind sauce drizzle, fresh red chili, green onions, and that perfectly crispy batter… just amazing. Definitely a place I’d come back to. Flavorful, comforting, and clearly made with care.

The pho here is worth a try. It is a small cozy cafe and the menu here is limited but the food is good. I highly recommend trying the Vietnamese iced tea. We also had the fried tofu rice paper rolls which were alright. The dessert is skippable it was very average.

Food was ok. They used to have a liquor license, but lost it. So no beer or wine. BYOB also not allowed.

Lovely Pho Restaurant! The place is quite small but it’s very popular as people kept coming and going. The vegan pho was delicious but honestly the starters were the star of the meal! There are multiple to choose from and for those with big appetites, you’re better off getting 2 starters as it’s the same price for the pho and fills you up a lot more! Equally. the staff were nice and the ambiance is cute! Will definitely be returning for the fried cauliflower 😁

The vermicelli salad was delicious ! The sauce was light yet flavourful, I do wish the coffee was larger in portions, the coffee did take some time to drip down… you cant drink it quick lol, but it does look pretty

If you order you will be waiting for a very long time. You will be lucky if they don't cancel it 1:30h later without any reason.

I got caught in the great fire of Heathrow on March 21st and found my flight diverted to Amsterdam. I guess there are worse places to get dumped in! And there are worse restaurants that Pho 91 to take your evening meal in. I'm a self-confessed Pho connoisseur ever since the early 1990s when I sampled the finest that Pho 75 had to offer in Arlington, Virginia (and I understand it is still serving bowls of delicious after all these years). The number after the Pho usually signifies a key date (for example (19) 75 being the year of the fall of Saigon). The 91 ? I have no idea what it means - perhaps the year of opening or emigration of the family? Perhaps someone can enlighten me.... Anyway, being by yourself isn't great but I was soon cuddling up to a bowl of Pho Bo - beef and brisket (honestly, brisket they do so well). I got chatting to the couple on the next table and they had time to discuss their favourite Pho as well - and both thought this place was the best of the Pho restaurants they had visited. Anyway, I decided to splurge (the expense claim with BA will hopefully cover things....) and have the soft rolls as well. I'm picky about these little charmers, and my honest opinion was that while they were generous in diameter, they were rather heavy on the rice noodles and overly light on the good stuff (proteins, salad and sauces).....still good but could be so much better. Feeling flush, I celebrated with a cup of Vietnamese coffee - if you've never had it, go and grab one, they are special. However, this was solely because this place isn't licensed to serve, or doesn't serve, alcoholic drinks and, truth be told, a nice bottle of Saigon, 333, or even Tiger would have elevated the experience to even greater heights. I won't deduct any stars, as the Pho was so good, but it is a blemish nonetheless.

The vegan pho is great, especially if you have a cold.

I lived in Vietnam, this is not Pho. If you've had real pho before you will be disappointed. If you've never had pho before you can get an idea of what it's like. They must be doing some shortcuts when it comes to making the broth. Vietnamese iced coffee was good though.

PHO 91 is not bad, but there are better places in the city where they don’t skimp on ingredients, so I’m happy to go back there.

Waited 1 hour and 50 minutes for cold, tough chicken wings, a broth that you have to heat up yourself + a bowl of pre-cut ingredients. The taste was ok, but not particularly good. For me unfortunately a 1st and last time.

The most tasty soup among pho noodles sold in Europe. I satisfied beef slice. It is very soft. But there are not much travelers in this area, so i recommend to come before sunset.

I have been to Vietnam and eaten at many places, this place does not fall below the level of Vietnam. We arrived at a really nice and warm place, caring and cute waiters. The place was full of people. Orders spring roll with pork and shrimp which was nice and then we ordered the soups which were great! the pho 91 and the 3rd soup on the menu. After that we ordered a salad with meat and lemon grass which was wonderful! Such a good experience, highly recommend.

Simple and nice pho ga! (They were happy to swap out the beef broth for a vegan one, if you don't want beef) The salty lemonade was great too. My friend also enjoyed the coconut milk broth noodles.(In favourites)

Great Vietnamese cuisine, however they don’t serve alcohol.

The ca ri chay and cha gio ga were good, but the pho was bland. We waited about an hour to get our mains, even though there was almost no one in the restaurant when we arrived. Three tables who arrived after us got served first. The waiter unfortunately did not give any explanation for this long wait nor did he apologize for it when serving the food.

Very good Vietnamese restaurant, the soups are excellent and plentiful....I recommend. Be careful not to drink alcohol in this restaurant.

We came in at 6pm on a Thursday. There were plenty of tables free. The service was good and fast. Only a few minutes after ordering, our pho came. I had the vegan pho and my partner the Pho Bo, both €16. The broth was delicious and the ingredients included tofu, snow peas, bean sprouts, onion, mushroom and of course rice noodles. The portion was generous and we were full afterwards. The tofu was a bit bland, so I had to add hoisin sauce to that and I feel like the vegan pho could have had more ingredients like vegetables, hence the 4 stars. I would definitely come back to try the other vegan dishes such as the bun and curry. They don’t do reservations so you can just walk in. They’re located in the Albert cuypstraat (de Pijp) where the market is in the day time, so it’s easily accessible via metro.

The food was really tasty, but we had to wait a long time and then drinks and food were forgotten. It's a shame because the address is really nice and delicious.

The ramen was good but not excellent - I would say, it lacked ingredients and, therefore, taste. However, I liked that it was hot enough not to get cold before finishing. The waitress serving us seemed to have some symptoms of cold, and in this case shouldn't be allowed to serve the guests.

I didn’t like pho bo thai at all, the only good thing about it was that it was really hot, not warm. But the broth flavor wasn’t that intense and meat was just average. I had to add sauce to make a bit better. The service was quick and friendly

Disappointing Experience I had high hopes for this restaurant, but the service was truly awful. They got our order wrong, so my girlfriend and I had to eat separately, as correct dish took a long time to arrive. When it finally did, there was an issue with the food, so I couldn’t eat it at all. While mistakes happen, what I found unacceptable was the complete lack of concern from the staff. No one asked if everything was okay, not even when it was obvious that my plate remained untouched. Even when paying, they showed no interest. Terrible service.

The food here is good, but sadly not good enough to make up for the service received today. Been here one time before, when the service was good. Hence inviting a friend to visit the place together. It was pretty busy when we arrived, so the server asked us to wait outside for 10 minutes. It was pretty cold, but the place is not that large so we understood that (we were a group of 3). While waiting outside for about 6/7 minutes, other people arrived and are waiting inside for a table. We thought it was weird that we had to wait outside while people after us were left waiting inside. Then we notice that the group of 2 (that arrived after us) were already seated before us. This was odd, as 2 tables for 2 people just opened up, it would’ve made more sense to let us sit there. Also seats at the counter opened up (where the couple could’ve sat together). Another group of 3 was also waiting inside after us, they claimed the counter spot. We went back inside as 10 minutes had passed a bit confused to why we are not helped yet. The server told us we could sit with the three of us at a 2 person table. The bigger table where more people could sit had already opened up, but that option was not offered to us. We tried to give the smaller table a chance. This one was not wiped yet, there was some liquid spilled over the table. The server just threw the menus over the dirty table for us to read. We decided to wipe the table ourselves. The group of 3 that first claimed the counter moved to the bigger table while this happened. Then the server went to the bigger table to clean up there. We kept waiting to order, but this just took too long to get proper service. We decided to leave at one point. This was a bad experience, which I did want to share today. Luckily we found another good Vietnamese spot nearby, with very good service. (Still giving three stars as I did receive good service the first time, but will not be visiting again)

Been here for the first time today. We came in and there was no table available yet. We could wait outside and after 10 minutes a table would become available. Several people came in after us and they were already assigned a table ahead of us. Then we walked back inside and the three of us got a table for two people. We didn't mind this in itself, but there was a large table available where guests who came after us simply sat, but nothing was said about this. The table we were sitting at had not yet been cleaned and was wet. Then the waitress came and without saying a word dumped the menus on the wet table and walked away. The menus were also filthy. We wiped the table ourselves with a cloth. It took a long time to take the order. The table next to us asked if they could order and the waitress was very annoyed that she was still cleaning up. Then we just got up and left. The service is curt and angry, without a smile. We felt unwanted as customers.

Today was my first time visiting and it left a really bad impression. Yes, it was busy but that does not mean that the server has to look angry and annoyed. We did not feel welcome at all. We went to another Vietnamese place down the street instead where we felt very welcome.

Pho and beef noodle soup are nothing special, the taste is quite flat. Maybe it's more suitable for westerners to eat. The waiter was young and didn't seem very professional or friendly.

One of the best portions of Pho I've ever had! The broth was rich in flavor and the fresh herbs added a unique character to it. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the portion was really big. The atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and the service was very nice and helpful. We are looking forward to coming back to try more dishes 🍜🍲 Highly recommended ✨

It seems like they are taking cash. There isn't much difference in price. Don't order something like this that only comes with chicken breast. Get Pho 91 Shiki Sam. It's a composition and taste you won't regret.

We had the noodle chicken salad and veggie curry. Unfortunately, none of the fresh, authentic flavors we had hoped for. The salad was very sparse, with some iceberg lettuce and 3 shreds of cucumber and red onion as vegetables (the bean sprouts turned out after we had asked for them ourselves). The curry tasted straight from a jar, thick and mealy with little flavour. Where are the large amounts of fresh herbs?? We left some of the curry because we had lost our appetite. If you expect good Vietnamese food I wouldn't go here…
