We ordered drinks, didn't get any, but then it was on the receipt, portions far too small, a few pieces of diamond hare for 27.50 is not normal, now we're sitting with a hungry stomach a street further at the Turkish restaurant because it wasn't filling at all...!

We received a very warm welcome, but we heard the staff say everything was fully booked, even though we had indicated we wanted to have drinks and dinner there. After inquiring, we were told to leave, even though we had indicated we wanted to stay for a few hours.

The food was truly delicious! And the atmosphere was wonderful.

We had a party at Paddy's on Friday night. It was a really nice space, decorated like a cafe. Everything was well taken care of, and I would definitely throw another party there. Thanks for the great service.

Lovely pub/restaurant. I find it most atmospheric in winter, thanks in part to the roaring fireplace. Good food, friendly staff, a three-course menu for €39.50, and the portions are generous. Definitely worth coming back to (which we will :)).

We had a wonderful evening here last night. Compliments to the Bartender/Waiter for the good and friendly service. The food was great. The meat is so tender, and you can taste how much passion it was prepared with. So also compliments to the chef! We will definitely come back here again!

Atmospheric accommodation and delicious food.

Can recommend the loaded fries. Nice cafe with tasty food. Often go there for a drink, lunch and sometimes dinner. Mar 2025: Must get back to this. Still a nice place to be. Warm, cozy... all still true. But they changed the recipe for some reason. The pulled pork has now become soggy for some reason... such a shame

Enthusiastic employees and hospitable. Last night we sat for a long time with Paddy's coffee, red wine, cocktails and food in good company. new menu with many types of beer on tap.

I have now ordered the Tournedos for the third time and it has been delicious every time. This meat is grilled in a special way with coals. The sangiovese wine was also delicious. The atmosphere is always very relaxed and relaxed. I'll be back!

We've had quite a few restaurants over the years. But we think Paddy's are in a class of their own. Once started as an Irish pub, nowadays you can enjoy really good food there at a very attractive price. Not an overly large menu, which means that what you get is fresh and of excellent quality. If you want to eat well and have a pleasant evening (and the lunch is also really great) go to Paddy's in Doetinchem. Service is really great, just nice people to deal with. Once you're in you never want to leave.

City festival Doetinchem we had a drink there with our children and granddaughter. Next time we'll have something to eat there

I've often walked by but had no idea you could have lunch there and would have liked to have known earlier. The menu is excellent, the service friendly and the food really tasty and affordable, highly recommended.

Cosy, old-fashioned homely. A major disadvantage for guests with disabilities is that the toilets are downstairs, as in many catering establishments.

What a wonderful place with fantastic fours on tap but also delicious food, had Irish Stew, really enjoyed it! Also very nice and pet-friendly staff. Nothing to complain about, just want to have a beer? Nice bowl of nuts for free. Old-fashioned hospitality that I, as a former catering entrepreneur, can really appreciate!

Meerdere keren bij Paddy's geweest,locatie trok ons aan. Eenmaal binnen daar merkte wij dat het personeel super vriendelijk en betrokken is, mede als de eigenaar! Het eten...wat mij betreft 1 van de beste restaurants in Doetinchem. Divers, er word absoluut moeite gedaan in de keuken en het is gewoon echt lekker. De sfeer...ongedwongen en veel verschillende mensen waardoor wij iig ons op ons gemak voelen. Kort samen gevat...dikke vette aanrader!

Lekkere lunches, vriendelijk personeel.

We weren't sure what to expect from an Irish restaurant in the Netherlands, but as soon as we walked in we felt as though we had flown to Ireland! It was also decorated beautifully for Christmas. The BEST part, though, was the service. Incredible. I was happy to be able to enjoy Guiness from the tap which was delicious, and my partner had a wonderful red wine. Bread and olives were served immediately. I ordered a quiche and my partner had the tournados (filet mignon). Many side dishes were provided with each meal. He loved his meal, but I was less happy with mine. To me, it was not a quiche. It was more like a ratatouille pie (with a LOT of onions). I was expecting an egg quiche with some vegetables but that isn't what this dish is. I was still happy to eat most of the side dishes and fries, so it didn't ruin our experience. I would just order something else next time. Back to the service. Restaurant service in the Netherlands isn't usually great. This place is the exception to that rule. The staff could not be more attentive. From the moment we walked in, they made sure that we were taken care of throughout our whole meal. We will definitely return. ONE THING: it's very very hard to find if you are driving. Once the GPS says "you have arrived", change to walking directions and you'll see how to find the restaurant once you've parked your car.

Wat een wanhoop in de bestellingen. Irish pub waarin is Guiness beer op en nog dan Irish whiskey is op. Mijn huddie met addidas lebel is gestolen. Creazy. Let op. Een andere stukje aarmoede bestaat in deze lokaal. Ze hebben glazen niet op hun voorraad. Dan vragen ze eerst op drinken en dan de volgende bestellen. Echte achterhoekse aanpak.

Gezzelig en warm. Goeie wijn en lekker eten. Of gewoon lekker borrelen. Het kan allemaal hier

Goede sfeer, gezellige inrichting en vriendelijk en attent personeel. De spareribs zijn een aanrader, het vlees is lekker mals en valt bijna van het bot.

We hebben nog nooit zo hard gelachen, goed gegeten en fijne biertjes gedronken als bij paddy’s op het terras gisteren. Bryan bedankt voor deze geweldige beleving!

Even lekker snel gegeten, SpareRibs. Goed gaar, zo van het bot. De saus was iets aan de pittige kant, maar gelukkig niet in overvloed aanwezig op de ribs. Helaas werd het flesje Heineken geserveerd in een Grolsch glas.

Wederom erg lekker gegeten, goede en vlotte service. Komen hier graag weer. Wisselende menukaart en variatie aan drankjes is erg prettig voor terugkerende gasten, super!

Altijd heerlijk eten en bijzonder vriendelijk personeel! Ik bestel bijna altijd de 'bekend in de Achterhoek' omdat het gewoon zo'n lekker gerecht is. De sfeer in het restaurant is ook heel gezellig.

Sfeervolle pub met erf goed eten en drinken. De thema avonden (bijvoorbeeld Italiaans en wild) zijn een groot succes. Ik kan niet wachten op de volgende!

Genoeg bier en lekkere spare ribs

Wij zaten buiten op het terras tegen de kerk, mooie plek om te zitten. Drie uur later gingen we van tafel, tijdens het nagerecht direct maar de rekening gevraagd. Voor, hoofd en nagerecht hoeven geen 3 uur te duren. Leek wel dat men vergat dat er buiten nog mensen zaten, eten verder oke. Personeel vriendelijk, alleen vergat men ons .

Ordered an ice coffee which turned out to have baileys by default or the waiter might have been confused, when asking for it to be without baileys i still paid more than ever for an ice coffee and it came in a thin glass with a lot of cool whip and thick coffee ice while most of it wasn't thin enough to drink.

Op aanraden van vrienden hier gaan dineren! Eerst borrel met stokbrood en smeersels. Dit waren ze vergeten. En nogmaals gevraagd. Onze bestelling door geven wat wij wilde eten. Voor gerecht was erg lekkhár. Helaas hebben wij lang op ons eten moeten wachten. En de vriendelijke man. Kwam zijn excuus maken en kregen gratis wat te drinken. Het eten was echt heerlijk..... Echt een aanrader om hier te eten! (Ps serveer bij het broodplank geen mayonaise maar aiolie)

Geweldig.leuke tent midden in Doetinchem. Een aanrader, jazeker! Ik zit er rond lunchtijd en het was gezellig druk, geen super harde muziek, wel een leuk water speel ding een eindje verderop voor de kinderen. Ik zat er even voor het werk. Laptop op tafel, geen probleem. Het kon allemaal. De lunch gerechten waren flink geportioneerd niet te duur en lekker. Ga ik nog eens terug. Ik denk het wel. P.s. parkeren bij de hockeyvelden is gratis, leuke wandeling naar de binnenstad. Je bent er zo.

Tijdens een bezoek aan het gezellige Doetinchem streken we bij Paddy's neer voor de lunch. Het terras van Paddy's ligt fraai aan de zijkant van de Sint Catharinakerk waar de kerklokken af en toe voor wat achtergrondgeluid zorgen. Al snel krijgen we de kaart en een drankje. Voor de lunch valt de keuze op Loaded Fries Chicago (met pulled pork) en de 'open' tosti Florance. Met een klein kwartier staat het op tafel. De tosti is smaakvol en hetzelfde geldt voor de loaded fries. Lekkere malse pulled pork en een prima portie voor de lunch. Echt heerlijk. Het plankje waarop de friet geserveerd wordt is weliswaard rustiek en de opmaak is mooi maar niet heel handig omdat de frietjes soms van het plankje glijden op de tafel. Een heerlijke goede lunch op een fijn terras met vriendelijke bediening. Top dus maar er is helaas ook een minpunt. Aan de tafel naast ons schuiven vier gasten aan die elders zijn opgestapt omdat ze daar met een QR-code moesten bestellen. Dat vonden ze onhandig en onpersoonlijk. Ze vertellen het verhaal aan de vriendelijke ober van Paddy's maar zijn reactie kan echt niet. "Oh, ja dat is sowieso een k**-tent'. Zoiets kan je natuurlijk niet zeggen over je conculega. Althans niet op een redelijk vol terras.

wij komen hier regelmatig ( het is gewoon goed) prima bediening , leuke zaak kwa inrichting. het eten is echt lekker en wil je wat salade er bij bestellen of aardappeltjes of friet is dat ook geen probleem en dat krijg je dan ook erg snel. de bieren heb je veel keus van de tap!!! Ga zo door allemaal!!!

Vandaag van een half leeg terras weggestuurd met de mededeling “we zitten vol”. Na overleg met de baas kregen we de mededeling “we hebben geen tijd om iets te drinken in te schenken” Hé, twee pints Guinness, zes euro winst in the pocket. Maal drie. Hoezo, wij steken uit boven de middelmaat van het maaiveld?
