We had a wonderful meal on Boxing Day 2025 in this beautiful and atmospheric setting. Not only was the food excellent, but all the staff were also fantastic that evening! Thank you very much.

Cozy, warm, and lively… exactly what you want for a relaxed get-together. The service is quick, friendly, and attentive, without being pushy. And the drinks menu is a real plus. Perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal. The food is simply good… flavorful, generous, and well-prepared. Hendrixen is known for its pleasant atmosphere, good service, and delicious drinks, and you can tell. It's not fine dining, but it's a place where you're always comfortable and comfortable, even though it can get a bit noisy when it's busy. In short: a wonderful place for drinks and some tasty treats. We had a great time and will definitely be back! 🥂✨

The food was delicious, and they really cared for all the customers, even though the place was completely full. I had sea bream with seasonal vegetables and stewed pear mousse for dessert, and my other half had panna cotta.

Good and cozy food, after the restart this restaurant is once again an asset to the center of Doetinchem! The various local beers are definitely worth a try! The spare ribs, sea bass and mixed grill are expertly prepared and the plates are neatly laid out. We will definitely come back!

Sat comfortably with a group of 11, service was good, although drinks were sometimes forgotten, the food, the quality was very good, only thought it was very little price-wise (main course mixed grill), the after dishes, on the other hand, were very large, otherwise had a great evening, will definitely come back here again.

Cozy restaurant with a characteristic brown cafe look. The food was perfect, of good quality and more than enough, but not too much so that much would have to be returned. In addition to the hospitable service and owners, the various beers on the menu are also one of the reasons why you keep coming back here every now and then. Top business, always a nice evening!

The menu has recently been renewed, so there is plenty of choice from delicious dishes (something for everyone), due to a friend's gluten allergy, very nice consideration was given and options were offered as an alternative. The food itself was delicious and nice and tender. The wait between dishes wasn't too bad. Even though the entire restaurant was full. Compliments to our waiter who did a great job. To be repeated.

Hartelijke ontvangst en mooie ronde tafel voor 6 personen. Vlotte en kundige bediening. De drankjes werden keurig geserveerd en regelmatig aangevuld. De menukaart is heel divers. De gekozen menu's zijn zeer in de smaak gevallen

Heerlijk gegeten en geborreld bij Hendrixen. Ik was met een groep collega’s, voor, hoofd en nagerecht werd geserveerd op een schaal/plateau. Voor ieder wat wils, was zeer divers 👌. Eigenaren zijn enthousiaste vakmensen.

Super lekker gegeten . De lekkerste vegetarische maaltijd die ik heb gegeten in een restaurant. Voortreffelijke tomatensoep met een heel speciale smaak, net als het hoofdgerecht, biet in bladerdeeg en heerlijke bijtgare groenten. De biet smaakte verrukkelijk, weet niet hoe ze het hebben gedaan. Mijn vrienden hadden gerechten met vlees, waaronder wild en vonden het ook verrukkelijk. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en bekwaam. Kortom een heerlijk avondje uit, genoten. Echt een aanrader!
