Good food, friendly staff. Austrian decor, staff wear Austrian clothing. Very nice, highly recommended to eat there.

What a great find. The restaurant is decorated in style and even the staff wear matching clothes. Extensive menu also for drinks. The quality of the dishes was very good and the portions too, also of the side dishes. Too bad they are closing!

We have been driving or cycling past for years, but now we stepped inside What a surprise because you are immediately in Austria/Germany. The friendly lady is even dressed in a dirndl if I remember correctly. We didn't eat there so I can't write anything about it, but we did see the menu and the prices are at least normal. Why not 5 stars, that may be very lame, but I always pay attention to it and because there are a lot of frills hanging, my eye immediately fell on the fabric on it and there is also quite a bit of dust on the lamps above the tables. Other than that it was very neat, but I can see that Cappuccino was delicious and the apple strudel was as it should be and delicious!!!

Fantastic restaurant! As if you are really in the Alps. The atmosphere is very pleasant and with very attentive and friendly service. The food is really very good. The schweinhaxe and cheese fondue are especially recommended. They also have delicious weizen beers and several good schnapps. Reservations in advance are recommended due to limited space and popularity.

We ended up here by chance for coffee, but it was very pleasant. (The apple strudel is really delicious) An Austrian ski hut also with this music. (I don't know if the music will irritate me after a long time) The menu looks good, we will go back for dinner.

Ok this is a crazy place. So in the middle of Dutch farmland close to Doetinchem you find this Swiss / Austrian restaurant. Great beer and snack Platte. Kind staff, just go crazy.

The cappuccino we drank was excellent, but the homemade lemon tart we ordered with it was really phenomenal.

The salmon salad was delicious. The ratio of lettuce, salmon, red onion and croutons is perfect and topped with a delicious homemade dressing.

We ate in this attractive and very cozy restaurant last week. The food was delicious and the service was good and very friendly! Highly recommended in our opinion!

We had a delicious meal here. The fried mushrooms and the raclette as an appetizer are delicious. And the cheese fondue we had as a main course was delicious. Nice and creamy and the right thickness. Just enough for two heads of cheese. The staff is very friendly and service-oriented. The restaurant is nicely decorated in style, with even a cable car gondola in front of the door. It is very sad that there are adults who behave like small children and break the lamp in the gondola and then quickly leave without reporting it inside.

What a pleasant evening we had with our family of 8 people on Christmas Day! Very friendly service and delicious Alpine dishes. The feeling you get that you are in Austria. The waiting staff also wear their original clothing. You will not miss anything, everything is above expectations!

Geweldige service. We hadden elders gereserveerd, Loco Lievelde, waar we niet welkom waren. Na het bellen of er plek was werden we ondanks de drukte toch geholpen. Het was weer lekker, goede service en een geweldige sfeer. Bedankt voor de gezellige avond.

Wat ontzéttend goed dat we hier zijn gaan eten. Eigenlijk is álles bij Taverne Edelweiss ‘ontzettend’ : ontzettend lekker gegeten, ontzettend fijne, vriendelijke, attente en (ondanks de drukte/het hele terras zat vol) vlotte bediening, ontzettend gezellige locatie (heerlijk landelijke omgeving met een ruim terras). Niets is hier teveel gevraagd : voor mensen die het in de zon te warm werd, werd het tafeltje naar een schaduwplek verzet, en voor bezoekers die graag buiten wilden zitten werd even een tafel van binnen naar buiten verhuisd. Verrassend bij het eten was ook de heerlijke amuse die we vooraf kregen, én als afsluiting kregen we ‘van het huis’ de keuze uit een schnapps, een likeurtje, of een vruchtensapje. Wij komen hier zéker nog eens terug!

Leuk alpen chalet in de Achterhoek. Even thuis het vakantie gevoel hebben.

Het is een super leuk en gezellig restaurant met aardige mensen in klederdracht. Je voelt je echt in Oostenrijk. Alle gerechten staan in het Duits op de kaart, met uitleg in het Nederlands.

Gezellige plek in Oostenrijkse sferen. Vandaag genoten van een lunch. Rösti met ei en een boerenomelet. Beiden erg lekker. De bediening is zoals altijd erg vriendelijk.

Gezellig plekje met een onverwacht thema in die omgeving: een Alpenhut. Lekker Duits bier en een vriendelijke bediening. Aan de zijkant kun je bij een loket verschillende smaken soft- en schepijs kopen. De softijsjes zijn niet bijzonder lekker (een beetje waterig) en aan de kleine kant voor €2,-

Leuke sfeer en de bediening was snel en vriendelijk. We wilden eigenlijk alleen maar wat drinken maar hebben toch ook maar iets gegeten, een paar voorgerechten. Lekker hoor! We komen hier binnenkort zeker terug om te genieten van het eten en de sfeer!

Wat een pareltje, dit restaurant! Super gezellig personeel en eigenaren en heel fijn eten. Raclette was echt fantastisch en de hoofdgerechten heel goed. Soms miste er wat kruiding, maar zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Het straalt een hele gezellige warme sfeer uit binnen. De bediening is super leuk en doen dit met liefde en plezier ,dat voel en merk je in alles. Het eten was super!! Het is gewoon een heel leuk uitje en je voelt je werkelijk in een Oostenrijkse berghut! Ik kan nog veel meer opnoemen maar je moet het gewoon beleven.
