My mother ate here a while back. What lovely people and what delicious food! Super tender lamb, we got extra rice, and we were treated well. The ceiling looks beautiful, and they play nice Indonesian music with the food. The prices are also very reasonable for Amsterdam. Definitely worth coming back.

The lentil soup was superbly seasoned, paperdam as it should be, and the saakh paneer with spiced rice was simply a dream:-) I'd gladly order it again!

I was traveling to Amsterdam and I found on walking way Mogul resturant I ordered chicken Biryani was traditional Indian en Pakistan test I enjoyed, I can recommend this restaurant.

That was the one of the worst Indian food i have ever had. These restaurants should be closed - degrading Indian food dining experience. They will give you frozen roti (pre-cooked flatbreads) and tasteless paneer.

Atmosphere was nice and the service was good, but the Chicken Tikka and the rice was really too dry and bland. We did get a small complementary dish which was nice.

Found it by coincidence. Don't let the touristic erea confuse you. Inside you'll find a traditional indian/Pakistan food. We're only sorry we can't eat there everyday.

I recently visited Mogul Pakistani Restaurant at Amsterdam and had an amazing experience! I tried both the chicken gravy and mutton gravy, and they were absolutely delicious full of rich Pakistani taste, authentic spices of Asia, and a wonderful aroma. The flavors truly reminded me of traditional home-style cooking from Pakistan. The staff was welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made the dining experience even better. Highly recommend Mogul to anyone looking to enjoy authentic Pakistani and Indian cuisines in the Netherlands. A perfect spot for desi food lovers!

Amazing restaurant the food was dilcious and the customer service was great, Ali is a nice person, great costumer service.

When you enter this place over the stairways you're coming into a long hallway and you're kind of lost. But it's worth to continue because all of a sudden you enter a small restaurant on your left which from the first impression doesn't look very inviting but the food is great. The meals are very tasty and both curries we had tasted excellent. The chicken Vindaloo is for european spice levels quite hot, like stated in the menu, but it's worth trying. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Pakistani halal food, just a minute away from Rokim station! We ate not once, but twice while in Amsterdam. We had the chicken biryani, karhai, and tarka daal.

We had an excellent time at Mogul! The food was amazing, very authentic, and served on platters in the middle of the table so sharing/family style could be accommodated! We had the chicken vindaloo and mango lassi. The chicken was perfectly spicy, super juicy, and bonus that it was halal! The mango lassi was a perfect complement to the spicy vindaloo and was very refreshing. The restaurant had a very clean and comfortable interior, and staff were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. Would definitely recommend for authentic Indian food!

This is a place that every Indian should visit. It's a central place at Dam Square. If you are looking for authentic Indian food, this is a place you should visit. The owner and the restaurant people are nice and very nice at heart. Please visit the sahi paneer you should definitely try.
