Everything here is delicious, only the waiting time is very long.

Unfortunately, it has gone downhill badly. This is the last time for me. I ordered an Italian roll with chicken, but I barely got any chicken on it, with some lettuce as consolation. It was the most pathetic sandwich ever. Additionally, the shake has gotten smaller. The strange thing is that the prices have gone up. I will get my Italian rolls elsewhere from now on.

The restaurant closes half an hour earlier than stated because the staff finishes work at the same time as the restaurant closes. I do not recommend it + usually the people who work there look like they are sitting there as a punishment

Nice place, I came to pick up sandwiches. Big order for the office, had to wait a bit longer, but the quality is fantastic. Everyone loved it. The shakes are also great and everything is affordable!

We placed an order at 3:30 PM, and at 6:00 PM we still hadn't received anything. Even though we called. The delivery driver claimed to have delivered the order and called, total nonsense!!! Definitely never order here, unless you want to wait ages for your order. We contacted them OURSELVES, otherwise we would have kept waiting!

Poor service. I wanted to place an order but received hardly any attention because the employee was mainly engaged in a conversation and was distracted as a result. I had ordered mini pancakes and a Dubai cup. I paid €8.50 for the Dubai cup and €6.50 for the mini pancakes. What I ultimately received was truly disappointing. The mini pancakes consisted of only 6 small pieces with just 2 strawberries; that is absolutely not worth the money. Additionally, the Dubai cup was not well filled either. There was barely any Dubai filling in it, and the strawberries were not fresh to boot. At the very least, for that price, I would expect a well-filled cup. All in all, a very bad experience and certainly not what you should expect for these prices.

Both the Cafe Fresco and Panini Fresco are so gross. Those waffles are inedible, and the staff admit it themselves.

When you order it is very normal that it takes 2 or sometimes 3 hours before it is delivered, even if you live close by. I would advise against ordering here and to pick it up yourself. There is always an excuse why it was not delivered on time, such as the receipt that was not printed. Very unfortunate and I hope they can improve the delivery, then it would be a great business.

Ordering coffee was not easy, because three people pointed to the fourth. And the fourth was always on the phone, two phones. After fifteen minutes there were 7 people waiting. Then we left.

Since the order in the app could no longer be delivered and there is no telephone customer service for consumers, we called to request a cancellation WITH a refund. The owner rudely stated twice that the order cannot be canceled, all the while providing incorrect information. He rudely hung up the phone. My colleague then called again and kindly asked to telephone Thuisbezorgd and cancel the order. The owner indicated that we had to contact home delivery ourselves and cancel the order ourselves, because 'the order was already ready.' The owner rudely hung up again. The food.. tuna melt sandwich and chicken avocado. Both sandwiches tasteless and not properly cooked, not much avocado either. Friend asked if the sandwiches could be cut, but that was not done. Can happen! Asked for a knife and the knife was dirty. Eating less well somewhere can happen, but hygiene is above all and for a first impression this was really a -0! Never again for us. Hopefully I can save someone else this misery. By the way, I didn't report it to the staff because as I said, hygiene is above all else, you are clean or not.
