Just got two chicken sandwiches from Panino Fresco. Given the many positive reviews, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the sandwiches didn't live up to them. The chicken was very thickly sliced ​​and cold, which didn't enhance the flavor. The sandwich itself was also of poor quality. Too bad, this wasn't a great experience for me. I also literally called you four times and was hung up on four times.

The food is very tasty and is reasonably priced. The sandwiches are large with tasty and fresh ingredients. That section is well organized. When you order it is very normal that it takes 2 or sometimes 3 hours before it is delivered, even if you live close by. I would advise against ordering here and to pick it up yourself. There is always an excuse why it was not delivered on time, such as the receipt that was not printed. Very unfortunate and I hope they can improve the delivery, then it would be a great business.

Ordering coffee was not easy, because three people pointed to the fourth. And the fourth was always on the phone, two phones. After fifteen minutes there were 7 people waiting. Then we left.

Sorry, but this was the last time I come here. When I get home I find out that a healthy sandwich was missing from my order. I come back and get the sandwich pressed into my hand without any apologies. When I get home, it turns out that there is no ham on it, which I did order and pay for. Pollo sandwich is more like an andalous sauce soup sandwich with little chicken. All food was cold. I paid almost €40 in total for wet dough and sauce. Turned out to be a bad thing!

Since the order in the app could no longer be delivered and there is no telephone customer service for consumers, we called to request a cancellation WITH a refund. The owner rudely stated twice that the order cannot be canceled, all the while providing incorrect information. He rudely hung up the phone. My colleague then called again and kindly asked to telephone Thuisbezorgd and cancel the order. The owner indicated that we had to contact home delivery ourselves and cancel the order ourselves, because 'the order was already ready.' The owner rudely hung up again. After hanging up, he marked the order as 'delivered' on the app. We have neatly explained that the break is over and we are in meetings, placed the order early and can no longer accept or use the order. The service is unjustifiably very poor, the owner was extremely rude and anything but customer friendly and we are left without lunch. In addition, all colleagues are upset by the owner's brutal communication, which puts us in a poor position to function well at work. Had to wait an unacceptably long time for my order. I ordered at 1:12 PM, 3:30 PM at my house. Indication for delivery time was 20-45 minutes, set at 13:57. At the back I think they last a maximum of 1.5 hours. So this was 2 hours and 15 minutes👎 My roommate was unable to eat the sandwich because she had to leave at 3:15 PM. Same for the fresh orange juice. Tomorrow he will have a soggy sandwich and not-so-fresh gravy. My lunch has become half my dinner. The food was otherwise fine, but that was drowned out by the lousy delivery time. Be honest about your delivery times, or temporarily stop taking orders.

The food.. tuna melt sandwich and chicken avocado. Both sandwiches tasteless and not properly cooked, not much avocado either. Friend asked if the sandwiches could be cut, but that was not done. Can happen! Asked for a knife and the knife was dirty. Eating less well somewhere can happen, but hygiene is above all and for a first impression this was really a -0! Never again for us. Hopefully I can save someone else this misery. By the way, I didn't report it to the staff because as I said, hygiene is above all else, you are clean or not.

The only thing I regret is that the cheesecake has been removed from the menu.
