The batter is tasty. The quality of the savory ingredients leaves something to be desired (bad chorizo). The staff is young, but professional. The children's cellar is in need of a renovation; there is virtually no toys available, and what there is is a bit dirty. The price-quality ratio is good.

Good pancake restaurant. Always well-cooked and a wide selection. In the summer, it's also nice to sit outside.

There were just the two of us. It was a pity that there was almost a 5-minute gap between the serving of the two pancakes. Subsequently, after we had finished the pancakes, we were kindly asked if we would make room for a large party (which was larger than initially intended). "No is also an answer," was said. We just said yes, but with some surprise. We were assigned another table to have dessert there. We also made this known when settling the bill. At least we received an apology for it. The dessert and pancakes were delicious, by the way.

I asked the staff, and they indicated that the owner, Mr. Andre, has already been spoken to about this but refuses to change the menu!

We had a delicious meal. Six of us arrived without a reservation, and after some discussion, we were seated right away. A gluten-free and lactose-free pancake wasn't a problem either. The service was excellent and we received our pancakes fairly quickly. There was a slight delay between the gluten-free pancake and the others, but luckily, the pancake hadn't cooled down too quickly. All in all, a good experience.

We've been coming here for years because we think the pancakes are delicious. My favorite is the mama san; I don't need to see the menu anymore. The decor retains the authentic farmhouse style as much as possible by using old-fashioned colors and hanging and displaying all kinds of vintage utensils. For us, that adds to the experience. In winter, there can be a bit of a draft by the windows. You can also sit outside. The staff has always been friendly and service-oriented. For us, it's a place we keep coming back to.

We used to come here regularly because they make vegan pancakes. They told us they no longer have them and have removed them from their menu when we returned. So, the comment about vegan options is no longer accurate.

We've eaten here several times with our husband and daughter, partly because we're both vegan and they make vegan pancakes. Always delicious and satisfying. Except today, when we ordered a regular pancake and a vegan one. They told us they weren't making vegan pancakes today; too much work. It's strange that it was possible last time and not this time. You shouldn't mention that there are vegan options. We left disappointed; you've lost a good customer. You can't do it one time and not the next. It's a shame.

We ate delicious pancakes with the whole family on National Pancake Day. We sat outside in the sun... Wonderful! Staff was again friendly. The chicken curry pancake remains my favorite. Previously I had a small comment that it could have been a bit richer, but this time I was lucky with a good portion :-) Until next time!

Op maandagavond een hele rustige sfeer, wat logisch is aangezien weinig mensen op die dag naar een restaurant gaan. We vonden de medewerkers heel vriendelijk en warm. 1 pannenkoek had zoveel beleg dag het niet helemaal gaar geworden was en ik vond het heel jammer dat er qua desserts eigenlijk alleen 25 soorten ijs (met verschillende toevoegingen) op de kaart stonden. 7.20 voor een brownie met ijs en slagroom is een beetje veel als je zonder slagroom en ijs wilt. Uiteindelijk de kinderpannenkoek met snoepjes besteld en gedeeld. We hebben een fijne avond gehad en zouden dit pannenkoekenhuis zeker aanraden, ook op maandagavond.

Last night around dinner time we happened to pass by De Gillende Keukenmeid, so we decided to eat here. Helped by a friendly lady, but I felt like she wasn't quite there with her thoughts. Drinks came quickly, as did my wife's lukewarm pancake. Unfortunately, my pancake didn't arrive until my wife had already finished it, which is a shame! I also had to eat a lot because of the wind, I was afraid that my pancake would blow off my plate, it was very thin and the toppings were also sparse. The taste quality was fine. Skipped dessert. Payment not included in class again, had to pay €74 instead of €47

We went out for dinner for the first time with two 1-year-old boys. Then you don't want to sit around for a long time, but you want to have a reasonably quick, tasty meal. That worked! Successful night!

Ate for the first time, what good pancakes, well filled. Even though it was very busy, we didn't have to wait long for our food. The pancakes were well prepared and cooked. We will come back again soon. One minus point, there was a group of elderly people who made a lot of noise. We could hardly hear each other.

The staff is very busy with each other instead of with the customer. The pancake was very thin and the edges very dried out because the cook wanted to spread the batter over the pan. He goes too far in this. He lets the batter go all the way around the edges, so the edges are thin, very dry and unedible. The last time for me as a pancake connoisseur.

Pancakes too wet / thin and in terms of taste you can hardly taste the bacon due to, I think, cubes cut too small. One was missing the ordered cheese... we know better pancake restaurants....🤷‍♂️

Er moet op gelet worden dat de ouders hun kinderen in de hand houden zodat ze niet in het restaurant gaan hardlopen en schreeuwen.

Altijd weer een genot om de lekkerste pannenkoeken te komen eten. Vriendelijk personeel. Echt een aanrader.

We hebben lekker gegeten, maar bij een pannenkoek met spek heb ik liever plakjes spek dan heel veel ( te veel) blokjes spek. En ik vond de pannenkoek wat dun...maar deed niet af aan de smaak. Fij e bediening en het eten werd snel geleverd. Leuke tent om n keer lekker een pannenkoek te eten 👍

Pannenkoeken heerlijk, vriendelijke bediening. Maar vreselijk gillende kinderen. We zijn eerder vertrokken zonder nagerecht. Jammer dat ouders dit blijkbaar normaal vinden. Helaas het was oorverdovend.

Gezellig restaurant, vriendelijke bediening. Pannenkoek was dik belegd (appel, banaan, spek en appel) wat fijn is. Maar de pannenkoek was heel dun waardoor je deze nauwelijks proefde en dus vooral beleg leek te eten. Is wellicht een persoonlijke smaak, maar iets meer pannennkoek had ik lekkerder gevonden.

Eten was heerlijk. Het was een beetje aan de laatste kant en nog druk, dus daardoor duurde het wat langer voor we alles krijgen.

De Gillende Keukenmeid is een super gezellig en warm pannenkoekenrestaurant. Niet alleen voor gezinnen, maar ook voor een eerste date of samen met je een vriendengroep. Mijn favoriete pannenkoek is het 'Gekke Gijtje'. Overall helemaal top!

Zonder twijfel de lekkerste pannekoeken van Nederland. Iedereen die ik hier mee naartoe neem komt er terug. Super gezellig en fijn restaurant. Afhalen doen wij ook regelmatig hier
