I come here regularly. Not just because the food is good, but especially because the service is top-notch! Very friendly staff...my grandson calls the one who's usually there: "The sweet lady." I think that says it all.

In addition to a previous review, little has changed. It's still a great place with delicious products. The staff is friendly, and the tables looked spotless. It just looks fresh. I've been coming to this place for a while now, and I haven't experienced anything different. Keep up the good work, you're doing a fantastic job.

You can get delicious food, fries, fish, or anything else you like there, and the staff is friendly. You can even use the restroom there if you or your child need to. Not every chip shop has that option.

The fries weren't cooked through, and neither was the frikandel. It would have been nice to sit outside, but the weather wasn't right. Sitting inside isn't pleasant.

The batter is tasty. The quality of the savory ingredients leaves something to be desired (bad chorizo). The staff is young, but professional. The children's cellar is in need of a renovation; there is virtually no toys available, and what there is is a bit dirty. The price-quality ratio is good.

Westerdorpsstraat 12I came to celebrate my birthday with my family. After entering, we waited 20 minutes before anyone came to ask if we wanted anything to drink. Then we received our steak and fish (thanks a lot, with sauce) without fries or salad. When I asked if I could have another drink and where the fries were, the older lady ran off and shouted, "I'll do that after the fries and salad." She forgot again. The steak was completely overcooked, and the fries and salad finally arrived when we had all finished eating. The dessert was very tasty, though. By the way, I had complained, but this was not addressed. It was the same last time; it seems there is understaffing during peak hours. This was definitely the last time I ate at this restaurant, because it is really getting worse and worse.
