I thought: let's try spare ribs at a different place than I normally order from. Well, I shouldn't have. My order arrived without a salad, and when I called, it turned out they were out of it. No call beforehand, no alternative, but they still charged me full price. If they had called me, I could have said, "Okay," or, "Just leave the order." But I wasn't given that option. For me, it was a matter of principle, so I drove there specifically to ask for a refund. What did I get? Two euros. Seriously? The gas costs were already more than that. On top of that, the spare ribs were meager and certainly not of the quality I'm used to. The fact that they didn't properly compensate me ultimately made me decide to post this review. Once, but never again.

My family and I have been ordering from here for years, but lately, things have often gone wrong. Last time, I got the wrong pizza and they forgot a can of drink. Fine, it happens. Before that, I waited 2.5 hours for an order. This time, I ordered a medium steak but received a dry, well-done one. When I called about it, I was fobbed off with... that's how we cook our steaks. Why are they asking this when you order online? There was no solution, and therefore no service. Not even as a regular customer. Something can always happen, but so often and without service? No... I'd rather order somewhere else. El Karnak provides good service when something goes wrong, but it's no longer paradise for me.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with my order. The pizza was incomplete, and when I contacted Mohamed from customer service, I didn't feel I received a friendly service. I finally received my pizza an hour later, but this wasn't what I expected from the service. Hopefully, they can respond more quickly and customer-friendly in the future.

With all due respect to the owner, who seemed nice to us, please don't order your food here. The pizza is really bad, and the hygiene in the restaurant itself is anything but good.

I really have to choose a star, but... Ordered at 7:20 PM, arrived at 9:30 PM, food was overly salty, grease dripping out. Inedible, a big fat 0. When I say way too salty, I mean it tasted like a whole jar of salt had been poured over it... Don't order the chicken calzone!

Absolutely disgusting! Way too much sauce on the spareribs. They were completely tough, and the fries had way too much seasoning on them. I felt quite nauseous afterward. I honestly wonder why this place hasn't gone bankrupt yet. A waste of my money.

Ordered a hair salon doner and never again. The hair salon was really nothing compared to the price, I don't think 3 of those containers are even enough (so to speak) it's only potatoes doner and cheese and that's all it is and you pay 7 euros for that. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!! Damn, what disgusting food this is. The salad was terrible, the gyros had no taste at all and the fries were the sloppiest, soggy fries I've ever had. It's just amazing how you can ruin such a simple dish and salad. Really too bizarre for words. The worst case from Assen. Be warned! The extra salad I ordered was a sweet chemical bomb, instead of a nice fresh salad as it should be.

What an awful crappy tent. Ordered food because it had so many good reviews. After an hour I called to ask if it was on its way yet? The gentleman said yes and quickly cut me off. When the food finally arrived, we noticed that something was wrong. The sauce was forgotten, the bifteki was very small and the potato slices were cold. Something had also leaked in the bag, causing the entire table to be covered in it. In fact, none of what we ordered was warm or edible. I have to give it a star but it is not deserved.
