The Heineken beer🍺 was amazing and I definetely enjoyed it but only just! However I didn’t order any food it definitely needs improvement! If you look at the reviews the 5 star reviews are from 6 years ago and then it went down! Visit this place only for a lovely beer, it has a good atmosphere and unfortunately less nicer staff that is more busy with snapchat than actualy doing their job!

The food wasn't good, a burger with chips?! The vegetables you could add were disgusting and dried out. Very strange combinations, and it wasn't a welcoming place. The burger with lemonade cost me €20.95 and was absolutely not worth it. I didn't finish my food. Absolutely not recommended.

The beer was tapped by someone who had never tapped before, he asked me; is it that good, and when I said no I could just pay :) nice man

The good thing: They have Beyond burgers. The bad: The cashier assumed I didn't know it wasn't meat. (Do they think I live under a rock?) Also, they don't have oat milk. Burgers are cheaper than in Zürich, but they only come with crisps, not with french fries. Another good thing: If the labelling on the cups is accurate, the coffee is organic and fair trade.

Bad industriel burger with “chips” from a bag. Find somewhere else to eat if you value nutritional food.

My wife and I paid €46 for two burgers and a beer. It's an airport, after all. What I don't like is that they only serve regular chips. In my opinion, it's a way to maximize profits; that way you don't need a deep fryer, oil, or additional energy or staff. Just open the bag and you're done. To be fair, I didn't have to order it anyway.

Terrible, everything was very dirty. The staff hardly cared about anything. The food was terrible; I'm surprised I even survived. Never again. This place should be shut down.

Extremely dirty, almost empty but most of the tables still had dirty dishes, the floor was also dirty but the worst was the cold burger. Waited 22 minutes for an indefinable thing. Never again.

Very pricey burger. It was satiating but not the hottest or tastiest burger I have ever had. The location at schipol is pretty nice and adds to a relaxed atmosphere. Too few power outlets to do actual work while traveling.

The worst place to eat — there were mice everywhere, running out of the kitchen. When I pointed it out, the manager was very rude and told us to leave the café without giving any clear reason. The manager even threatened us with security if we didn’t leave. When I asked for his name to file a complaint, he refused to tell me.

A chicken burger for over €17.00 with stale toasted bread and chips in between. I thought they meant "chips" in English, but no, they just gave me a few pathetic chips from the Sligro bulk pack. You can't make that up! You're also supposed to tip at the checkout even though there's no service. What a rip-off! I wish I'd read the reviews sooner.

For 17,95 EUR I have just eaten the most horrible BBQ Burger of my whole life. Really really bad Burger made without love and served on a plastic plate. Every Mc Donalds Burger is much better. High prices, bad food quality. Don’t eat here, go to another place if you can.

I had the Mexican Chicken burger. Without knowing it was chicken, I would not have been able to identify it was chicken. I did not like the taste at all and could not finish the burger. I will not eat there again.

The most disgusting cappuccino we've ever had! 2 cappuccinos and 2 bottles of water for €20. The price-quality ratio is completely different. And they even ask for a tip for pressing 4 buttons. Stay away from this place!

I ordered a chicken smash sandwich. The patty of the meat was super processed, it was a chicken sausage rather than actual chicken. I was very disappointed.

I went to this establishment today to buy a bottle of water. I gave a 20-euro note, and the employee gave me change as if I'd given him a 10-euro note. I told him I'd given him 20 euros, and he insisted I hadn't. I had to ask the manager to count the money at the register. When they realized their mistake, they didn't even apologize; they just returned the money. I was humiliated, and the least the manager should have done was apologize. She didn't even say a word to me. I don't recommend this establishment to anyone.

They want over €9.50 for this. The seats are dirty and uncomfortable.

I’m satisfied with the food. However, the service could have been better. I said hello to a middle-aged woman staff member, but she didn’t respond. I noticed that she greeted the next customer after me. I’m Asian, but I’ve been living in the Netherlands for over a year, and most Dutch people have been kind to me. This experience felt dissappionting.

Had a nice salmon croissant with a local ginger root beer. My friend had a quiche, but it wasn't properly warmed. The deli/café is nicely decorated with an art deco style. Sadly, the experience was diminished by the service. The waitress was rather rude, and as others pointed out, they asked for a tip despite providing a lacking service.

Hard to imagine the reality of the crispy chicken burger being further from the picture: two slabs of mystery meat, neither spicy not crispy, between two slices of mushy toast, very little of the advertised kimchi, served with a small pile of fairly good crisps (not fries). I imagine the Burger King down the hall is not the best in the Netherlands, but it's probably not at miserable.

Taste not bad, nothing special. For €17.50 I would have expected a bigger and better sandwich and real french fries, not these.

It's fine but they have the audacity to ask for a tip when you're just buying something like a water. Who does this in the EU? I also noticed that they seem to selectively try to ask for a tip based on your spoken language; i.e. they push for getting a tip if you don't speak Dutch. I think it should be illegal, this is predatory behaviour.

Salad at 11 Euros that has no dressing, no flavour. Burger stuffed with potatoes crisps from the bag. Very disappointing!

unbelievably slow for only buying bottled juice, staffs acting like you are invisable, and their machine asking for a tip by default hahaha

Beware of this cafe, they are scammers. I ordered 1 cappuccino but was charged for 2. Just before I finalized the payment, I saw this. It then turned out that they had calculated a tip themselves that I had not chosen. After I canceled the payment and had it re-entered, it turned out that there was a very small written text somewhere on the screen that you had to click to not leave a tip. It is better to give a wide berth to this matter.

Paid 18euro for burger that had no cheese in it, no sauce but given ketchup and mayo and the paddy was out of freezer cooked. Dont go there!!!

It used to be the best place for burgers in Shiphol. But they have changed the bread and now it is a bad quality, artificial flavor. Please change back! We need the good burgers back.

Just before contactless payment, the amount changed, so you are just too late. So I checked the receipt anyway. Turns out she had given herself a tip of 2.83. And when you ask about it, she says that we pressed a button ourselves, but there is no button anywhere to be seen. Then you are ignored. It is not possible to get a refund, just apply online, they say. So we had to tip for 2 sausage rolls and 2 coffees and we had to figure out which was which, because it was put in front of us without her telling us which was the cappuccino and which was the coffee. We will buy a little further next time.

Poor quality for the price paid €21 for the burger and some crisps. There is a macdonalds in the main terminal, would recommend people to go there if they have time. I only bought because I was hungry and can claim it back on expenses

Disastrous experience. The cashier was not very attentive, with a very poor level of English (in an airport!!) I asked twice if the burger really was vegan, if 100% of the ingredients were plant-based, they rudely told me yes. When we went to pick up the order, the burger had a salad with mayonnaise and eggs and who knows what else. It is a danger that the staff does not know the ingredients used, and that they serve with such disdain, because food allergies and intolerances are not a game. They put the health of their clients at risk. The airport should review the quality and veracity of the information on the food offering on this site.

Very poor, the burger is smaller than the ones you buy and is supposedly premium for €17. Possibly an Angus cutlet, but it's probably a store-bought one. Cold roll. I don't know why salad with chips? I think it's better to buy sandwiches.

Why do you have vegan burger on offer when you don't respect vegan , everything is prepared in one grill . The cook is pathetic , doesn't know what is labor hygiene , don't go there , better half the price at mc Donald same crap ....

Unfortunately I have to inform you that I cannot give 0 stars. If this were possible, I would definitely do it. The chicken burger resembled an oliebol that you find under the couch 2 months after New Year's. Then we haven't even mentioned the 'black angus burger' (€17.50). You can smash a window with this. You wouldn't even wish such a meager meal on your worst enemy. As icing on the cake, you get a handful of house brand chips that taste even saltier than Sunday morning crap. Go here if you want to be completely annoyed. Beer was nice 👍🏻

Paid more than 40 euros for 2 coffees, 2 sandwiches and a fruit salad. I don't think it's a problem that the prices are high, but the panini were not tasty and the flat white didn't even taste like coffee.

Possibly the worst food I’ve ever paid money for. The burger claims to be Angus meat, but it is most definitely not. Grey and utterly without any flavour other than a weird slightly nauseating aftertaste. Getting two patties would normally feel like an exciting bonus, but quickly just adds to the dread after the first bite. No fries, just some unsalted chips from a bag. Bread tastes like every artificial sweetener and conservative ever invented mixed with some yeast. Avoid like the plague!

Almost 18€. One of the worst chicken burgers I've ever eaten. I still have the taste of the reused frying oil in my mouth. When I left I saw Burger King was the other side of the hall but it was too late already 😭. I don't recommend Park cafe.

Had a nice holiday in Amsterdam? Here you can forget the good feeling immediatly at the airport cafe and play 5 euroa for bad cafe. Machines even Ask you to leave tip for self service feeling.

5€ for the most watered down coffee I've ever had. Apple juice was not any better, chemical flavor 🤮 That was a robbery, shameless service. Even if it's the only thing open I will never give my money to these scammers.

Th Angus Burger Menu is very poor, I doubt strongly if the burger was made from Angus cattle. Anyway, it was poor quality and very oily. Be aware that it's not a real Menu (despite that it's called menu), you only get a burger and 12 pieces of Lay's chips (no drinks). I recommend the Burger King, which is much better quality and cheaper.

Dear Parkcafe, We chose your establishment solely because you were the only place open at 9:00 PM in the area. Unfortunately, we soon regretted our decision. When we received our food, the "fries" were cold and were actually chips, not proper fries. Additionally, you served a dry burger without any mayonnaise or other type of dressing. When I asked your "chef" at the counter for some mayo to put on the burger, I was told to turn around and pay for it. At this point, it wasn’t about the payment, but more about the way you treat your customers, especially when they are already paying 23 euros for a tasteless meal. (The chef was certainly not a chef, although he probably wished he was.) If the boss of this shop wants to know more about his co-workers lack of social skills and the term ‘service’ e-mail me back. I ordered the Angus burger + a water for €22. The burger comes with chips, not potatoes. It is a simple burger, it can be cooked for €1. A fraud.

Pleasant environment. However, staff have no control of what customers orders. A poorly organised way to run a business, messy bar, full of dirty glasses, and even serving beverages on poorly washed glasses. People waiting for their orders to the point they have to complain. Whoever the owner is, if you are wondering why you are not making profits is because your money is going through the sink for all the misunderstood orders your staff have to throw away, plus the wrong control of the size and type of beverage the customers are ordering. A Lot of personal but acting like headless chickens with no guidance. Basically one can leave without paying and no-one will notice. Hire a manager to put in place basics standards!!! clearly there was none at the time of our visit.

I ordered an Angus Burger with Cheddar and Coke Zero. Paid like 24€. Too expensive for a lame burger! It was dry and had no sauce in it. Service was ok but could be better. Can’t recommend. If you want to eat a burger just go to Burger King which is like 5 min away.

Good sandwiches but the coffee is mediocre. I'm no expert by any means, but from 2 years of experience as a hobbiest i would say; -no body, but balanced so maybe a too coarse grind maybe or too little coffee. Normally that would give a sour hint. Not a cappuccino or espresso. -no smell at all so "specialty aroma" is where? -my guess is that the milk has been over 65 degrees and steamed incorrectly because a wooden spoon stays upright and there is almost no Silky milky at all..... When paying 4,40 (medium cappuccino) i really expected a bit more.

I ordered a flat white. It should be stronger that a cappuccino. But it was a watered down coffee from a single button machine. When you pay so much for a coffee, it should be better. Preferably made by a human.

Food was very average,,,,, service is all online... The place is OK to stay but nothing else, eating in airports is what it is.

We transited through Amsterdam airport on April13, 20204 from Canada on our way to Malaga, Spain. The airport was one of the worst airports I’ve been to in terms of organization, and this cafe is the worst airport place where I’ve had food and coffee. I couldn't drink the coffee. The prices are high for what they offer. The quality is bad and so is the service.

high prices as unfortunately occurs in most airports. However, no service corresponds to this. Apathetic checkout staff who don't have a smile. crowded with tables that are not cleared and cleaned as they should. I think it's the last place before boarding in sector D so you often have no choice. This probably doesn't push them to improve.

Actually the worst burger ive ever eaten. Patty didnt even taste like beef and was oddly chunky, bun had a weird yeasty smell, lettuce was brown and wilted, and even the coleslaw was bad. Honestly, I felt sick after taking a few bites, stay away from this place!

Not much to offer. No variety of food really. I ended up getting tea only and they charged me more than what the price was on the board and their menu. Asked about it and they said it’s because they’re giving me plastic cups which costs more… um…. What?? Charge extra for the cup?!

I've been asked to pay money to have extra hot water in my tea (after I had already paid 7,70 euro for a muffin and a cup of tea). Shameless people. Also, the muffin was dry, clearly it was old.

VeggieBurger was good but bun was not vegan, what a shame because vegan buns are really not that hard to make....

Surprisingly amazing food experience, unless you prefer packed sandwiches and salads. It’s an airport, of course it is expansive! Like everything else 😉 but it is still better than Burger King or McDonalds. During one of my business trips via Amsterdam Schiphol I was taking the opportunity to have a heavy meal before heading to my (delayed) long haulage flight. The cafe (which is for me more like a bistro) offers besides typical airport products (all kind of bottled drinks, snacks and coffee) also other meals like burgers. It is located close to the lounges. So I ordered the cheeseburger with Bacon and chips to compensate the waiting time and reduce the “hangryness”. The food is individually and freshly made in the kitchen behind, after ordering and paying you get this noise making and blinking device that tells you that your food is ready to pick up. You have a lot of seats on the side all the way to the back, but keep your belongings close to you. Also other passengers that are just waiting for there flights are utilizing these seats and tables. Food was done within 10-15 minutes and I must see it looked very very good and tastes even better. Definitely some calories but also filling. Also the queue was not that long, so overall I spent 30 minutes there. Please clean up your things, there are enough trash bins. I did not order anything else, therefor I can’t comment on drinks and other things.

The nearest/last cafe/restaurant if you are flying from gate D. I ordered angus beef burger with cheddar for €17.57. Standard I guess for being in an airport. Never had burger in the airport before, I guess they taste like that - won’t eat it if I have a choice. They also have sandwiches that’s slightly cheaper than the kiosk if you continue toward gate D.

I needed to redeem some vouchers from KLM and buy some food. The service I received from the two guys working there was great. The pastries I bought were very tasty. I would have appreciated some sandwiches for vegans though. Perhaps they sell some later in the day. I was there very early in the morning and the cafe's fridge was not fully stocked yet.

Not perfect, but as for me best you can find for snack at airport. Burger is nice, meat is juicy and tasty, cheddar cheese makes it taste even better. Didn't understand concepts of potato chips, but souces also were nice. Overall tasty, price is quite high, as usually at airports, waiting time above average. Atmosphere and design of Cafe is like at park, even birds are singing.

We had a very long layover and felt hungry. So we decided to make a stop here to enjoy delicious burgers. Simple but very yummy. For an airport restaurant prices are okay ☺️

Great place for reasonable priced burgers. If you order the beer and burger special you can save some money on drinks. Only down side if that they don’t serve fries but they do give you crisps on the side included in the price of the burger.

If you can eat dry weird gray hamburger meat, this place is for you. The Heineken beer was good, unsurprisingly as I was in Amsterdam.

Terrible service and food. I asked to warm-up my panini, but was surprised with the answer "No, it's already hot!" Coffee taste is below the average. The only reason I put 2 stars is because it's quite nice looking the time here, even if you don't order the food.

Good place to wait for your departure at the airport. Not all the sockets work at the bar. So charging you're phone over a coffee is not always possible at this place. They have a corner with television for the kids. Overall a nice place at the airport.

A lovely cafe at Schiphol airport, just spotted it upon deplaning from my flight from Rome to amsterdam in gate D. Lovely lipsmacking burgers and coffee offered here. Tasty and well prepared, there was a queue to pay. But definitely worth the wait. Schiphol airport has some really amazing cafés.
