Service level from staff is poor and unfriendly and disrespectful, it 07:45 there is no breakfast burgers available due to the machine/stove is not on yet. Tables are dirty and sticky and there is even a mouse 🐁 running around in the restaurant and floor is sticky and ditty as well.

Surprisingly good sandwich. I had the fried chicken sandwich to go and it was pretty good. However, it is on the slower end to serve you food.

Got food poisoning before our flight. Otherwise food was bland, tables and seats were filthy, and service wasn’t great.

I wanted to retrieve my voucher since my flight was delayed and the lady from the minute I went there she was talking to me super aggressively. They told me from airline that the voucher it’s 9eur but it was 15eur so she never explained that I could take one water or something. I lost the money because she didn’t have the patient to explain to me that you can take one water or something to drink. I was confused of course. When I told her please let other people know that the voucher is 15eur she started to yell and then she told me you know what never mind and she left. I’m sorry but this is unacceptable.

Please replace cooked smoked salmon with fresh smoked salmon in eggs royal. Nobody wants to eat a cooked salmon for breakfast. I shared this feedback with an Asian cashier girl but she just said it’s a Dutch way (which is not true) and ignored me.

There are 8 people, 5 of whom are looking around. 1 cash register open and a long waiting line.

This place sells food that is already spoiled

Although the food (salami sandwich) was delicious, the beer was extremely warm and the service was not good at all!

I came at 7:35pm and they said their kitchen is close for hot food even though their closing time is 9pm. Im not sure is this the employer decision or the employee decides their own decision as it is super dumb to close the kitchen 1hr 30min before their closing time. Bad business decision.

What a crappy place. Four or five staff members, but not one willing to help. Then there are the tables, which I don't think are even being cleaned. What arrogant service. As a hospitality professional, I find this incredibly irritating.

Very bad and unacceptable treatment from the employee with the long braided hair. I just thought she was going to slap me!!!!

I was visiting the area from America and there were 3 counter workers, I believe their names were bohumil, Marcel, and im not sure about the other one but he was blonde. They were absolutely disgustingly rude. I was baffled and shocked at how nasty Theyre mouths are, they were disgusting to me and my friend Andre, im not sure what kind of service this business usually gives but please do something about this behavior. Thank you

I came in ordering a burger and had the worst service ever. First of all Bohumil gave the worst company service at the counter and i was very disappointed. I wondered why i even should pay for poor service in the first place. The food was decent but not for the price of poor service will not be coming back again because of this and i hope the service gets fixed.

Terrible could not even get my food bc the second cashiers walked away when the other line had 20 ppl still waiting to order then came back 5 minutes later... Bar was full of dirty dishes tables were not kept full of dirty plates .. can't tell you about the food bc after 45 minutes and allowing customers to cut to pay for drinks I had to walk away.

Bad service, cashier not understanding request causing incorrect order. Staff not very responsive to solve issue. Their focus was on speed of service.

Terrible service from the 2 girls (both in veil) that work at the cashier. Rude, arrogant an unpolite. I was helped twice by them and it was really a bad experience. They obviously dislike helping people. And they not even answering you greet them. And they put your things where they want, you have to go and get it. Really bad service from these 2 women

Very bad burgers. When I asked the employee if I could have something different, she stated " What do you want me to do with that one?" The French fries were good.

DO NOT order the Fresh Ginger Tea - all they do is put ginger in hot tea water. No tea bag or leaves. Save yourself the surprise!

Near Gate E9. Flew out on Feb. 4. The gentleman who ran the counter/register deserves credit for running the small eatery with efficiency and precision. Rested here while waiting for a flight. Watched many harried travellers treated with Dutch charm.

Hard to find healthy and/or protein forward meals at schipol. The smoked salmon Caesar salad here checked the box for fresh and exceeded expectations for the airport. My go to place since No where else served More than the tiniest sliver Of any type of meat or fish.

No, it's dirty. The Service is not really courteous.

Really had a lousy attitude from the cashier who seemed to think he was too special to deal with my enquiries and even if I couldn’t read when requested clarity on a menu item. When I was talking to his colleague who was willing to assist - he shouted “ Ya keep talking!”

Literally the worst airport place I’ve ever been to. A bunch of girls that clearly aren’t trained and super rude. Watching them serve the line was stressful. There’s one male manager who seemed better but I mean.. try to grab a drink and food before you go down E. Not sure if it’s sanitary to eat here. Saw the girls making drinks for themselves and stick their fingers into the food they were making. We just grabbed a couple glasses of wine so it was fairly ok but regret sitting at the bar and watching them be to rude to customers. Was very uncomfortable.

They serve 100% Meatless burgers my best part is comes with Ketchup and they serve Tabasco

Very rude and bad service. While I was waiting for the food, I discovered the waitresses messing with an Asian woman because she doesn't speak English, then they laughed loudly mockingly at each other at the lady. Not only that, I waited 30 minutes for my burger, when it hadn't arrived yet, I went up and asked for it.. but then they forgot to make it, so they wanted me to wait another 20 minutes on that one.. I couldn't make it, and I couldn't possibly be allowed to refund for the burger that I never got!? DO NOT EAT OR SUPPORT THEM!

I ordered a panini and ended up later throughout the day throwing it up and realized I was food poisoned. Watch out what you eat here! If it’s out and exposed to the open don’t even grab it! Do it for your own sake! You’re gonna regret it in less than 24hrs later :(

Funny, the cashier has very different attitudes towards customers from different countries. Can you just understand it as racism???? No more coming!

A girl camper was racist and had a very bad attitude. Please avoid eating here.

The front desk waitress, the fatter one, refused to serve me after seeing me in line, and didn't even look me in the eye. We are both minorities, why are you so keen on racial discrimination?

They clearly don't understand what a smashburger is. There was nothing smashed about my burger. Just two thick beef patties.

Crappy tent. Don't go there. Charge 5 cents for the cup when you buy a coffee, which already costs €4.50. You pay €4.55. "You also pay for a can" but I don't get those 5 cents back when I return the cup. Weak coffee. Don't go there.

Had the grilled veggie wrap. It was wet and cold. Threw it in the trash….

I have a dairy allergy. I asked the girl 4x if the veggie wrap has any dairy in it. No it didnt. Because she didn’t seem convinced I opened the wrap before eating it and it had cheese in it. I went back and asked what type of cheese it was and assured it was feta without diary. My partner tasted it and mentioned it wasn’t feta. I went back again and the manager then confirmed indeed there is dairy in it. They looked at me like I was the most complaining customer they had this morning but if I would have eaten this I could have literally died. They then offered me a crossaint full of BUTTER instead. Long story short don’t eat here with an allergy because the staff really doesn’t care if you could die

Warm sandwich was served cold'iah barely warmed up. The young girls (one with lots of makeup) at the cash are rude and need to be better trained to be in the service industry! Basically I will never stop there again.

Extremely slow and the staff is extremely rude.

I ordered a chicken bagel with fries. The potatoes were extremely salty, I even had to buy a Coca Cola but I couldn't even eat them, I went up to complain, and the person who attended told me that they were not going to change them because they prepare them that way, bad customer service and bad food, and everything is expensive.

By far the worst sandwich I've ever had in my life. They probably think they don't have returning customer so they don't care to improve as I see so many other one star reviews here. In general, avoid all food services in Shiphol Airport if you can. No exception.

If you are in a rush, there are a number of quick options. But if you have time to wait 15 or 20 minutes for your food, you can get a delicious burger and fries. They give you a disk that buzzes when your good is ready so you don't have to stand and wait. I especially like the seating area. There are comfy chairs and the tables are in an area that is kind of closed in but it still feels open because the ceiling and the front walls are open. Perfect for someone who is claustrophobic but also doesn't want to be eating 2 feet from the all the people zooming by in the main airport corridor.

You couldn't get a lid on your coffee. It's a bit dull. They were the wrong size.

The service was good. The space was clean and tidy. Loads of tables with comfortable seating and lighting. BUT…THE HOT CHOCOLATE WAS DISGUSTING. Brown warm milk. Ugh. No chocolate flavor at all. I know this seems like a trivial minor detail, but when you really want and need a hot cup of chocolate and you receive this! So miserable! Ugh! If they are going to charge 4.50€ they should have the decency to deliver a decent cup of chocolate! Makes me want to scream or cry or something. Travel is hard enough without this kind of dishwater passing for hot chocolate. So disgusted.

Sitting with my sister having tea with Dutch pie and banana bread. Service was easy, nothing of an experience! It’s loud and impersonal. A bar is available for those who want beer on tap. The tea selection is good, nothing special as the water is not exactly hot!

I would leave zero stars if I could. Rude staff that weren’t helpful and just yelled about leaving soon.

These burgers are amazing!! I honestly wasn't expecting good food at an airport but the fried chicken burger and fries was unreal

Sitting at the bar for 2 plus hours, killing time waiting for my flight to SFO. Just having a couple beers and people watching. This place has been absolutely slammed the whole time. But they are getting the food out super fast. And the employees are friendly and helpful. I've flown through a lot of international airports and I'm so impressed with the service and attitude here. I highly recommend this place if you are coming through the E gate concourse and are in need of food and beverage.

The food was good. Since I don't eat meat so the options were limited for me, of course. But the gentleman at the counter helped me and the food was tasty. Service was prompt and their behaviour was good. To Netherlands, with love, from India.

The worst coffee and cappuccino in all of the EU, which is pretty impressive

The coffee and drinks they make is just from a machine. Their sandwiches and pastries are pretty good, but you should only be stopping here if you need a quick bite in the airport. There is a long line often, but the fast service (simply because they’re making coffee out of a machine) makes up for the line.

If you have the about twenty minutes it takes them to serve up a burger and fries, then the experience isn't half bad :-) Burger garnish is really good. The fries not the best but not half bad either. I'd wish they had more crispiness to them, but no, and they may have put sugar on them... Well, at least you can have as much ketchup or Mayo you'd like :-D

Sausage roll and apple pie are quite good.

I orders latte macchiato... pricey but worth it; given the only coffee selling place in this area

Lugar agradable para pasar el tiempo esperando el vuelo, ofrecen opciones básicas para comer y tomar alguna bebida. Personal amable. Por el internet ni preocuparse es gratis en todo el aeropuerto.
