One of my favorite places! The food is always good, the staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is lovely. The price-quality ratio is also excellent. I've never left disappointed—that says something!

We had lunch here for Mother's Day. The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food arrived relatively quickly and was truly delicious. There's music playing, but it's definitely not overpowering. We'll definitely be back.

The food tastes good, and the interior looks beautiful. Definitely not suitable for children, even though the website suggests it's "a quick pizza with the kids." After two hours, still no pizzas! There's also absolutely nothing for children to play with. Don't go if you have children, but go if you're an adult.

We had a truly delicious meal here. The pizza was amazing, and the dessert (BUDINO CLASSICO) was truly a monster, but the different flavors were so delicious. The service was very friendly. I definitely recommend eating here!

Yay! 5 stars! I don't give them often. After a fun day, we wanted to end it in a simple "Italian restaurant," but it was anything but. We received excellent service, good advice, the food was divine, and, importantly, the restrooms were spotless! We'd love to come back here...

Just had a delicious meal and a big compliment for the service! Knowledgeable, cozy and a sense of humor :-)! Had a wonderful (early) evening. The food was also perfect, reminded me a bit of super tasty meals on vacation in northern Italy. Also a visit from neighborhood cat Tony was a nice addition. We will definitely go back again. Oh yes, the gamba croquettes are sublime with drinks!

Our dinner was completed by Charlotte's excellent service. Her enthusiasm about the menu and the contact during the evening was great. She oversaw the terrace, received new guests and had an eye for the guests already present. This is how you like to see it anytime and anywhere. We would also like to come back because of the good food, the delicious Spritz, and the beautiful terrace with a view of the mill. Oh and of course also for the special limoncello (from the house) made of orange with a 'subtle' pepper.

On Easter Sunday we enjoyed a delicious brunch. It was fantastic. Great flavors and deliciously freshly prepared.

Had a delicious meal at Pasto Ermelo tonight. The service is very friendly and I really liked that we were asked if we wanted the main course quickly after the starter or with a break in between. Absolutely great. Too bad we are on holiday here, but I understand that there is also a Pasto in Berkel Rodenrijs with the same qualities. That is in our area and we will certainly try it.

Heerlijk eten en vriendelijke bediening. Echt top. Jammergenoeg zijn we hier op vakantie en moeten wij richting Rotterdam. Eén troost, er is ook een Pasto in Berkel met schijnbaar dezelfde kwaliteit.

Super food and very nice service. However, scandalous behavior by the cook who treated his colleague servant completely indecently by snapping at her in front of guests about a question she asked for us as guests. Doesn't fit in a restaurant or at all how you interact with other people. Big negative for the chef's behavior! By the way, a big compliment to the waitress for how professional she remained.

Friendly service, good food: rarely have I eaten such tasty sea bass with good food balanced vegetables and herbs. This is recommended for people who are hypersensitive to noise. Thanks to partitions and an acoustic ceiling, it remains a quiet environment, despite high occupancy. There is also 'background music' really in the background here. Cheers.

Delicious Italian lunch dishes! And... hospitable reception and guidance, cheerful kitchen staff singing along to the Italian background music. The house wine (Primitivo grape) is particularly suitable for the dishes and very tasty!

I would like to start with a compliment to the service: what good service and how friendly and pleasant you were! The food was very tasty. The mushroom croquettes as a starter are highly recommended. The pizzas were well topped and nice and crispy. This restaurant also has delicious homemade limoncello in different flavors that were also very tasty. Definitely recommended to eat!

Pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and luxurious dishes. You can also eat a pizza here, but the choice is limited. Very tasty, I had the pizza Pasto with mascarpone and parma ham. Panna cotta for dessert is recommended. Very friendly and neat staff. Spacious parking lot within walking distance.

Nice for a pizza. Friendly service but not really interested (standard questions asked at the table with every contact). Tables for 2 very close together, so you can follow each other's conversation. Food was fine, although the dessert had little appeal and tasted the same.

Very varied menu, many delicious dishes. Very cozy sitting. It was really good: the ingredients were of Italian quality. The nicest service ever. (NB. You can also quickly eat a pizza here if you want. Didn't feel like you were being treated as a revenue model at all. Free carafes of tap water, etc. Genuinely friendly people. )

Very cheerful welcome, the team exudes fun. The food is delicious and the portions are nicely sized. For example, the starter of mussels in gorgonzola cheese was large and certainly very tasty. The zucchini soup was also delicious. Sea bass and plaice fillet were very well prepared and the portions were also large. Closing with Sropino and a home-made Limoncello makes it complete🤩 a very big 10+

How expensive are the restaurants getting! 9 euros for some bread with aioli (which had been in the kitchen for a long time) and salt but no olive oil?? Good but pricey wine. Delicious lamb steak, good pasta. Mediocre young friendly service, that is probably due to the lack of staff.

Gezellige zaak en erg lekker eten. Vrouw achter de bar met donker haar en op 7aug in een groene jurk was onnodig onaardig tegen haar personeel. Medewerker bediende ons super goed, er stond alleen wat te veel op de bon wat later prima door hem werd opgelost. Tip voor mevrouw: doe wat aardiger tegen je personeel en kijk wat blijer. Goed personeel is erg schaars dus koester dat. Iedereen maakt wel eens fouten!

Lunch twee keer broodje huisgemaakte tonijn salade, viel ( ons ) tegen Het leek er op dat het rechtstreeks uit de blender kwam Totaal geen structuur meer in tonijn! Smaak was niets mis mee. Bediening dame uiterst vriendelijk en prachtige zaak.

We started our cycling day here with a delicious cup of coffee and cake and immediately made a reservation for dinner. What a beautiful spot we had on the terrace and we had a delicious meal, spaghetti salmon and delicious pizzas and pasta with prawns. The scroppinos also tasted delicious and to round it off a limoncello from the house. Highly recommended!

Meestal gaan wij heerlijk uit eten, helaas deze x totaal niet. Het voorgerecht was nog wel oké, wat daarna kwam is allerminst goed te noemen. De pasta was niet gaar, en de pizza die daarvoor in de plaats kwam smaakte niet lekker doordat de saus of de bodem een zoetige ondertoon hadden. Die hebben we dan ook niet opgegeten omdat ik er misselijk door werd, maar om de rekening gevraagd. We zaten aan een tafeltje vlakbij de keuken, daardoor konden wij ook horen dat er gezegd werd dat wij maar beter bij MacDonalds moesten gaan eten. Ook werd er nogal lacherig over gedaan toen wij net naar buiten waren gegaan. Vrij respectloos hoe er met gasten omgegaan wordt dus, schandalig! Voor ons 1x en nooit weer.

Told the server we were all vegetarian so ordered pizza, risotto, dessert and salad. All the food and the service was terrific but salad arrived with a giant pile of some sort of fatty thinly sliced meat on the top. No offer to take it back so just pulled it all off along with anything it touched and ate what was left. Other than that, loved the food!

Wat een mega aangename verrassing was dit restaurant. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw, die uitstekend op de hoogte was van de wijnkeuzes en aanbevelingen. Setting is erg gezellig en op een manier dat het niet rumoerig wordt als het druk is. Hele comfortabele banken en stoelen Heerlijke gerechten, de Costello was een beste Ribeye en de pasta ragout was perfect in balans. Niet teveel gekruid en niet overheersende smaak van tomaten, top 👌🏼 Absolute hoogtepunt was het toetje. Voor de Boudini moet je gezellig met zijn tweeën op peuzelen. Een ware smaaksensatie. Enige minpuntje, dessertwijn bij nagerecht had fijn geweest. Maar we komen zeker terug

I had dinner here last night with my group of acquaintances. it took almost half an hour before we were helped, the staff was not friendly and we felt very embarrassed. food was very good though.

Beautiful and attractive restaurant in a pleasant location in Ermelo with ample parking. The food is of high quality and the service leaves nothing to be desired. The price-quality ratio is excellent. Highly recommended!

Met mijn twee kleintjes tijdens onze herfstvakantie gegeten bij Pasto Ermelo. Sfeervol en verzorgd Italiaans restaurant in het “toeristische” Ermelo. Wat mij betreft echter geen vijf sterren waard. Ondanks de uitgebreide kaart en de smaakvol ingerichte zaak miste ik persoonlijk de Italiaanse “ziel” in het eten… Een keuken die veelal juist uitblinkt door zijn eenvoud en verfijnde smaken… Soms is less echt more… Zo vind ik de traditionele Italiaanse Bruschetta met “slechts” ingemaakte tomaat op geroosterd brood persoonlijk lekkerder dan allerlei varianten met mascarpone… De eerste was helaas niet te krijgen. De laatste wel … De prijs is in lijn met de gemiddelde Nederlandse horeca. Voor een beetje aangeklede “pizza-avond” met z’n drietjes, ben je al snel € 90 kwijt… Blijf ik persoonlijk aan de hoge kant vinden. Zeker in vergelijking met landen om ons heen. Niettemin een prima restaurant om met z’n tweetje of een groep een gezellige avond door te brengen …

The ambiance and the service are great, especially given that the latter is increasingly harder to find in The Netherlands. Both our dishes lacked some salt and pepper (in our opinions) but that was easily solved with the shakers on the table. Overall a very good option in the area.

Men O men wat is dit een heerlijk restaurant. Naast de prachtige inrichting en het nog betere eten, staat er ook fijn personeel. De kaart wisselt, waardoor er steeds nieuwe en lekkere Italiaanse gerechten op staan. Ook voor een pizza of pasta ben je hier aan het juiste adres.

Fijne en vriendelijke service! Voor glutenvrij eten kun je hier perfect terecht. Alle pasta's, pizza's en broodjes kunnen glutenvrij. De pizza is getest en goedgekeurd. Krokant en smakelijk.

Voor een goede pizza met een lekkere wijn kunnen hier best aanschuiven. Gastvrouw die begrijpt wat gastvrouwschap is. Mooie gerechten voor een goede prijs. Alleen de keuken zou wat meer Italiaanse sfeer uitmogen dragen.. 😉

I'm Italian and I can say this place refeclts pretty well the italian food's flavours - for both Pasta and Pizza Wine selection is excellent and the service is very quicky ( this is not common here ) Very good in general.

Nettes Restaurant und der Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Aber nur ein Pils oder Wein bestellen ist ein kunst für sich. Da werden dann in ein ... Tempo gefühlte 20 Sorten vorgeführt, nicht mal zu sprechen von ein Wasser. Essen ist sehr außer gewöhnlich und die Portionen sind sehr groß. Unseren Geschmack war es nicht. Für Kinder nicht wirklich geeignet.

Heerlijke quatro fromage pizza gegeten, op erg leuke locatie, met dito sfeer

Volslagen scheve prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Gerechten zijn redelijk smakeloos. De anti pasti misti kwam overduidelijk in zijn geheel uit de koelkast. Betaal je 30 euro voor wat plakjes worst en wat kaas (provolone en mozzarella) en verder een hoop brood. Overduidelijke tourist trap. En al die 5 sterren worden waarschijnlijk gegeven door mensen die nooit echt Italiaans hebben gegeten.

Regelmatig kom ik bij Pasto eten en iedere keer is het weer geweldig. De gerechten zijn heerlijk en de service is goed. Aanrader om de gerechten te delen zodat je meerdere dingen kunt proeven. Gisteren bruschetta, torta di spinaci, ravioli fritti als voorgerecht gedeeld en hoofdgerecht: pizza truffel, fusilli fungi en filetto di mango gedeeld. De budino als dessert is fantastisch. Tot snel :) !

Lekker en fijn Italiaans restaurant. De gerechten zijn vers lekker. Binnen is het sfeervol ingericht en buiten en groot terras met veel zon. Personeel is vriendelijk, gastvrij en attent. Goede wijnkaart en ook ruime keuze bier en fris

Een prachtig nieuw restaurant. Vandaag voor het eerst langsgeweest. Voedsel: Mooi assortiment aan artikelen. Je kunt hier terecht voor zowel lunch als diner. Er zijn diverse pastas en pizzas beschikbaar. Ook is er antipasti en wat kleine borrelhapjes. Zelf ben ik voor de Pizza Pasto gegaan. Persoonlijk vond ik het een overheerlijke pizza, met een goeie korst. Als nagerecht hebben we een machtig ijsje genomen, helaas ben ik de naam van deze vergeten. Bevatte amandel, vanille ijs, chocolade en aardbei onder andere. Op advies van het personeel hebben we deze gedeeld, wat zeker een wijze keuze was. Personeel: Het personeel is allemaal supervriendelijk, en je krijgt echt het gevoel dat ze van hun werk genieten. Ze checken regelmatig bij je, maar niet zo vaak dat het vervelend wordt. Een aantal medewerkers wisten ook goed uit te leggen over het voedsel dat beschikbaar was, en hoe je het het beste kon eten. Ze vertelden ook met liefde hun eigen ervaringen ermee. Een medewerker deed dit wat minder, maar die was duidelijk nieuw, dus dat was geen probleem. Atmosfeer: Het is een mooi nieuw gebouwd pand met een buitenplaats. Het uitzicht hiervandaan is best mooi, ook al is het door de locatie niet de reden om hier te komen. Dat is toch echt de voedsel en de service. De sfeer voelde heel luxe maar warm, en al met al was het een heerlijke plek om binnen te stappen. Ik raad iedereen aan om hier eens een keertje te komen eten. Wel aangeraden om te reserveren, aangezien het hier vaak volgeboekt is.

Heerlijk gegeten en gedronken. Wat een fijn restaurant is dit, zeker als je glutenvrij moet eten. Hier voel je geen beperkingen maar is er heel veel mogelijk. Zo fijn! Ook erg klantvriendelijk. We zaten met ons tafeltje wel dicht op elkaar, tussen 2 andere tafeltjes in. Dat zou ik de volgende keer aangeven, zodat er misschien nog een ander plekje is, persoonlijk vind ik dat niet fijn. Maar verder dikke aanrader.

Er was een "special" in de vorm van spaghetti met buikspek. De spaghetti was smakeloos en er lagen 2 grote, ongesneden stukken buikspek bovenop! Ook de buikspek had geen smaak en was zeer moeilijk te snijden op / in het diepe bord. Jammer! Niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Verder vinden wij de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding bij Pasto verre van kloppen!!

Pizza maken kunnen ze hier echt goed. Vooral de pizza pasto is mijn favoriete pizza. Lekker met oa truffel. We komen hier wel vaker dus weten we wel welke pizza het lekkerste is. Nu zijn de toetjes ook een aanrader.. 😉

Pasto - Een stukje Italië in Ermelo! Authentieke Italiaanse gerechten en warme sfeer. De pasta was perfect al dente, met smaakvolle sauzen die ons deden denken aan de traditionele familierecepten uit Italië. De pizza's zijn een absolute must-try! Knapperige dunne korst en rijkelijk belegd. Het restaurant zelf is smaakvol ingericht, het personeel erg vriendelijk, dus we komen zeker terug!

Heerlijk gegeten en men hield goed rekening met mijn voedselallergie. Op de drankjes moesten we soms wat langer wachten, en 2 kwamen pas na herhaalde vraag. Het ziet er gezellig uit met verschillende soorten zitjes en buiten ook een fijn groot terras!!

Ik mocht s middags vast de tafel versieren wat echt een verrassing voor mijn jarige moedertje was! Leuke bediening! Frederike, topper! Eten was veel en super lekker! Echt een aanrader!

Italiaanse klassiekers en dan echt lekker! Bij de lunch genoten van de huisgemaakte tomaat mozzarella kroketjes en echt goede dunne krokante pizza's. Het personeel is uitermate hartelijk en behulpzaam. Later nog een keer terug geweest en de club sandwich geprobeerd, ook deze was met zorg gemaakt en erg lekker.

Leuk en gezellig restaurant met een Amerikaanse inrichting. Zowel binnen als op het terras deze style. Wij hebben er in ieder geval heerlijk gegeten.

Onlangs hier heerlijk gegeten met (oud) collega’s. Het was heerlijk weer, dus buiten op het terras gegeten, met zicht op de molen. Gevarieerde menukaart en de serveerster legde duidelijk uit wat de mogelijkheden waren buiten de menukaart om. De keuze is ruim, van pizza’s tot vlees- of visgerechten. Van voorgerecht tot dessert was alles erg lekker en smaakvol. We hebben genoten en komen zeker terug.
