Pavarotti Zoetermeer in Centrum

I'm walking out of here with cramping stomach pain; the food quality is bizarrely low. Definitely not recommended. Stay away!

Had a delicious meal. Prices not too expensive. Very friendly staff. Also great offers via Social Deal. Right in the city center with an outdoor terrace.

All the food tasted good, but my spaghetti bolognese contained a lot of carrots, making it too sweet. A shame.

Everything was okay, only I found the food meager; few shrimp in my pasta, and almost 50 euros for a simple pasta and pizza and 2 non-alcoholic drinks is too pricey for what you get. The service is friendly but it comes across as fake, not sincere or they were tired, but I got a cold impression from them. I worked in the hospitality industry for years so I spot this quickly. Not even a mint with the bill, a very stingy company. Not worth repeating for us. I can eat this at Eazie for half the price we paid.

Cozy for 2 people, drinks expensive and okay, but 1 pizza was cold and was revamped.

Top-notch, fast service, nothing to complain about

Yesterday we went to eat at Pavarotti in Zoetermeer. Here is my review. We ordered: 1 Crostini gamba, 1 Polpetine 1 Calzone The Crostini gamba was disappointing: the bread was cold and not crispy, the arugula was not fresh, and the prawns lacked flavor. The Polpetine came with mushy, cold pasta and cold meatballs that did not look fresh and were sitting in a watery sauce. The Parmesan cheese was missing or hard to find. The Calzone was nice and hot and neatly folded, but very greasy; the fat ran out when cutting it. But at least, finally a dish served hot and at the right temperature. Service: The service was friendly, fast, and attentive. That part of the visit was positive. Conclusion: The service was good, but unfortunately, the quality of the dishes was disappointing. Only the Calzone was at the right temperature; the rest did not meet expectations. Expected more from a Pavarotti restaurant. Unfortunately.

Small and too busy for one-person service

We have been here before and were satisfied then, but unfortunately, our experience was less good this time. From the start, the reception felt quite cool and not very welcoming. We asked to sit inside, but the response was unfriendly. When we ordered only pizza, we were told that it is “standard” to order a drink as well, something we had never experienced during previous visits. Additionally, we were given very small plates to share the pizza. When we asked for normal plates, they were replaced, but in a very cold and uninterested manner. Overall, the food was fine, but the service and attitude of a female employee were unfortunately very unfriendly and distant. This negatively impacted our experience, especially compared to previous visits.

We had bruschetta as a starter, very tasty but 2 pieces for 7.50 a bit pricey. After that, pizza quattro formaggi. This was really not good. Everything was hard, the base, the crusts dry, tasteless and extremely salty. No sorry, I will never eat there again! I did mention it but all I got was an apology..... no further feedback or cup of coffee as compensation. It was the very first time there, the food was inedible but I thought, come on, I'll give it another try. So for me, that's the end of it.

Fristi was actually tasty. I was told I was autistic because I was 18 and wanted Fristi. I also lost that damn game of 'Pesten'. Nice coloring page though. Maybe I'll come back, but that depends on how long it takes to drive to Plopsaland from here. I'm visiting my grandpa now (he's originally from Plopsaland too, but he is a traitor).

We had a delicious meal. The staff is super friendly. Food is served quickly, despite the many different types of dishes. Definitely recommended to visit.

Today I ordered Pasta aglio e olio with a container of aioli. They forgot to include the container of aioli, which is very unfortunate for me :( I called for my container of aioli, and I just got laughed at on the other end of the phone :( I think that's the worst part of it all. But the aioli was delivered quickly, though the pasta was already cold by then. The pasta was dry and, unfortunately, a shame about the half cloves of garlic :( The delivery person saw them but he wasn't aware of anything, so he is not to blame; friendly delivery person, 10+ for him. The Parma ham crostini was delicious as usual. Sorry, but this time it was a disappointment; I'm not used to that from Pavarotti. Next time I'll just go back to pasta carbonara; that is actually tasty, and then we get our money's worth.

Really good, clasic 1980-2000 soft rock and pop. Good food, a lot of place for everyone. Ask the waiter for recommendations.

The food is good, but expectations were higher. Especially at these prices, you expect them to surpass a pizzeria. The same applies to the restaurant's service. Hospitality should be the most important factor. The layout of the restaurant is fine. But the overall impression is not a 10.

Ordered lunch. The soup, fried egg, and croquette were all lukewarm. And this happens every time we order. After the first time, I thought it might happen occasionally, but it turns out to be the case time and again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. We hadn't made a reservation, but that wasn't a problem; I understand that when we walked in—my goodness, what a huge restaurant this is. I ordered a focaccia cheese steak. It looked more like a flatbread and deserved just a little more steak. But it was definitely finger-licking good. The staff were also wonderfully friendly. It was great.

Just really great service, delicious food, and at a fair price. We booked through Groupon and hadn't ordered a dessert. We were allowed to pick one out anyway and received it neatly wrapped. Top-notch service!

No reservations, but there was plenty of room on Monday. I ordered iced tea, which unfortunately came from a vending machine. I ordered pizza, which wasn't crispy but still quite pale. Could be better.

We had pizza here after a movie. It's a large restaurant with plenty of seating. There's also a large outdoor terrace. Delicious pizzas. Prices are a bit high, though. The cappuccino was lukewarm. That's a shame.

The pizza was delicious! After 7 PM it was much quieter, which was nice. With the social deal, it's a good deal!

Still excellent, even five years later. Pizza from a real brick oven, and you can even watch it being baked! What more could you ask for at an Italian restaurant? The atmosphere is good: neat, clean, and cozy. And the prices are reasonable (taking inflation into account). One of the best choices you can make in the city center. Especially in the summer, because you can get an ice cream afterwards across the street.

We had a wonderful meal. A pizza with an excellent crust and flavor. And a pasta dish. So delicious. The carpaccio was delicious and fresh with a tasty sauce. And the service was all super friendly.

We often order... I think these are really the tastiest pizzas.

I am genuinely shocked by how bad this pasta dish was. The tagliatelle was so severely overcooked that it had completely disintegrated into something closer to baby purée than pasta - completely lacking any structure or substance. I have never been served a pasta dish this poor. What makes this even more unforgivable is the price. For the amount charged, one could dine at Michelin-listed restaurants and receive far better quality and execution. This was nowhere near acceptable by any standard. This experience has completely ruined the dish for me. I will not eat pasta outside again, and I will certainly never return here. I’m sorry for the great waiter staff, but the kitchen staff has no clue what they’re plating.

We were seated with a large group in the back area (the greenhouse). It was really cold and not pleasant to eat in. They also didn't have ice cream for dessert; nothing on the ice cream menu was available. A bit strange 🤷🏼‍♀️

We wanted to grab a quick bite in town before heading to the theater. What escaped our attention beforehand was that it was Black Friday. Despite being completely full, we received a friendly welcome and were mindful of our need to leave quickly. Excellent service from remarkably friendly and helpful people. The food? I think that could be a bit more pronounced.

Unfortunately, something happened again with the chef at Pavarotti Zoetermeer. The pizza was initially delivered burnt, then replaced, which was sour and tasteless. Such a good restaurant, and yet every so often I have to fight to get decent food for the exorbitant price they charge.

Ordered food. Waited almost 90 minutes for a pizza. The dough was half raw, the pizza cold. Honestly the worst pizza.

A friendly welcome. They let you choose at your leisure. The interior is very original: a spaghetti strainer as a lampshade, a nice touch. The price for the food is, on average, a bit higher than in other places in the Netherlands. But you do get a large pizza in return. The tomato soup is also highly recommended. Wine must be ordered by the glass or bottle. You can't order a carafe. In short: I'll definitely be back.

A very cozy place with friendly staff and delicious food

Had a lovely meal with some colleagues. The pizzas are delicious and the staff is friendly. However, the place does look a bit uninviting with all the blue lighting.

The pizza was very bad, like it was frozen and reheated from Lidl. There weren't enough ingredients, and the dough was undercooked and burnt. I don't recommend it, and I won't be going there again.

Sorry, but this was absolutely ridiculous. The pizzas were very mediocre, but the pasta was completely inedible. I think it was reheated. It was also tasteless. This simply shouldn't happen. The service was exceptional, and I don't mean that in a positive way.

The food at this location isn't as good anymore. I've eaten there before, and it was good. This time (August 15, 2025), the pasta wasn't good; the pancetta was still raw, there was no parsley, and it was a greasy mess... even after I pointed it out. I think sometimes they have a good chef, sometimes they don't, or they struggle with finding a good one. My girlfriend also had raw garlic bits in it and the shrimp wasn't cooked properly. The service is excellent, polite, and friendly, so I let it go a bit. Still, I'm disappointed, because I've been to Pavarotti before, both at this location and others. You really notice the difference between a good chef and a bad one at some locations. This one was definitely Zoetermindah! The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately, there was no compensation. They did make an effort with drinks. No more Pavarotti Zoetermindah for us.

Excellent service from a guy named Kjell. The food was good, and I had a great time. Now, on to the club.

A pleasant atmosphere on the square, a great location. The service is also very friendly and surprisingly fast. I was there with four people on a hot summer day and was immediately welcomed by a young woman named Sia. Cheerful, professional, and with a broad smile. She was also quick to take orders and gave good tips. Pavarotti's menu doesn't suit my preferences, and I find the price-quality ratio disproportionate, even for drinks. Furthermore, the pasta dishes are rather bland, even with extra toppings you can choose and pay for.

What a wonderful experience at Pavarotti in Zoetermeer! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, perfect for a relaxing evening out. The food was excellent; the pizzas are delicious, with a crispy crust and fresh ingredients. The pasta was also rich in flavor and perfectly prepared. Authentic Italian, as it should be! A special compliment to our server, Sia. What wonderful service! Friendly, attentive, and with a smile the entire evening. She took her time with us, made excellent suggestions, and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to her, it felt like a night out with friends.

One of the nicest places to enjoy a drink and a bite to eat with friends while shopping or on the weekend. Our waitress was Julia, who was very friendly and enthusiastic. I ordered a prosciutto pizza today, and it was delivered on time, but then I was disappointed. It had nothing to do with prosciutto, it was just a ham pizza sold as prosciutto. I hope something will be done about this, because selling ham as prosciutto is a real no-go. Photo 1 is prosciutto. Photo 2 is ham, and this was on my pizza instead of prosciutto.

The cocktails I had here, WOW, were they delicious! The bartender was clearly very experienced, especially when I ordered the pornstar tree. This tree was so beautifully presented and featured six pornstars. I'll definitely be ordering this again! Thanks, bartender, Niek.
