Beautiful location. Excellent barbecue

We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the sun. The food there is delicious! There is also a small playground and a beach where the children can play. If you sit on the terrace, you can also keep an eye on the children.

We had coffee there while we were cycling, and it was a delicious cup.

That's not good there... a bowl of tomato soup that really wasn't tasty and had meatballs in it... well, I don't know which chemical factory they came from, but that was a really nasty, worthless mess and far from restaurant-worthy.. The service also does nothing about the fact that it isn't being eaten and you clearly indicate that it isn't tasty .. very peculiar.. This used to be a fine place The menu lists satay for 26.50 euros or something.. that shouldn't get any crazier either... We won't be going here again..

It used to be truly the best of the best here. But this is already the umpteenth time I've been here that it's really bad. Orders aren't good, food takes an excessively long time to eat, and then it doesn't taste very good either. Very disappointed with what has happened to this place. This was the last time for me.

We went for a gourmet dinner with 4 friends tonight. Each person has their own plate, which is partly a griddle. Very convenient. The meat was of very good quality and consisted of nice cuts. Accompanied by tasty salads, fries, bread, and sauces. We were regularly asked if we wanted anything else, such as fries, and these were brought immediately. Highly recommended.

Nice to visit once, friendly staff, but many girls who still lack experience. Need to spend a bit more time on it. Parking is good; it wasn't too busy on a Saturday. Small beach and play area for the little ones.

The food/BBQ was good and tasty. I thought the chicken on a skewer was good, but my partner found it dry. During the dessert round, it was a bit chaotic due to too many desserts that hadn't been ordered, or the host not knowing who it would be better to serve table by table. Otherwise, the service was more than satisfactory, although one person wasn't well-rested with the desserts. For example, he walked to the right people with 2 desserts and then took one back. Staff friendly, beautiful location, ample parking.

We came for a nice Ibiza market and were surprised by the hospitality: a nice atmosphere.

The location is actually quite good; you can sit outside on the terrace with a sea view. Prices are rather high, but that's just how it is in the Netherlands. I had the mixed grill platter for about €29. I had to send back the lamb chop and the beef fillet, unfortunately, as they were still raw inside. We had to wait a very long time before we could order, but we understood, given the service shortages everywhere. My mother had the schnitzel and loved it. The steak was incredibly delicious; that's what my son ordered. Unfortunately, it wasn't mentioned anywhere that it came with peanut sauce, which is bad news for allergy sufferers. The pork fillet also has peanut sauce, so be careful.

The food was quite tasty. The fries were slightly overcooked. Very crispy. We spent €41 for lunch for two people. Pleasant atmosphere.

Surprisingly good quality lunch dishes. Crispy fried steak. Carefully prepared salads accompanied the dishes. Friendly staff who take good care of the guests. A beautiful location, also after a walk on Maasvlakte beach.

Great atmosphere, delicious food.

It was our team stampot evening and interestingly it was my first try of authentic stampot. They have arranged halal meatballs and sausages. The service was good as they keep asking if I need more halal sausages, but I have enjoyed the meat balls and stampot, I have never been a sausage fan.

I've been coming here for years and the atmosphere and food are always good; it is especially pleasant to spend time on the terrace during the summer months.

Had a great time here whilst staying at the nearby hotel. Very quite when there but nice atmosphere and the barman Daan was very friendly and helpful. Very kind to us and our puppy . Had food which was tasty and big portions at reasonable prices as were the drinks .Will definitely return 🙂

We had a delicious meal at Stormvogel today. The service with Hristina was fantastic! She definitely deserves a promotion, what a fantastic job! However, the "manager" is terrible. He doesn't understand service. Very rude and uncooperative. I hope he reads this and maybe takes a hospitality course! Have a wonderful evening!

I ordered breakfast today: two cappuccinos, a farmer's omelet, and a farmer's toasted sandwich. Both came with salad! The toasted sandwich was indeed rustic, with thick, uneven crusts of bread. The salad was absolutely not fresh. I complained, but the complaint about the toasted sandwich went unanswered, but the waiter insisted the salad was indeed fresh. I advised them to find another greengrocer; it was a lousy business! And the bill was €35!

What a grimy place! When asked why it's so quiet in terms of visitors, he replied, "We don't need tourists; we prefer our own people to tourists."

Kibbeling to take away 8.50, not baked too dark, was very good.

This used to be a favorite spot after a long week of working at the harbor. I went again last week, and what a disgrace it has become. The staff was unbearable, and the food was absolutely terrible. The Club Sandwich was nothing like it used to be. Three untoasted sandwiches with some pulled chicken thrown in between, and then 10 fries on the side. I paid €63 for 3 lunches with 3 drinks. Too bad!

Good food, great menu, cozy atmosphere

Het eten was fantastisch en erg lekker, ik had verse mosselen en de rest van het gezelschap had een schnitzel, kibbeling en spareribs. Mijn kleinzoon kon niet alles op van de ribs en dat na vragen mochten we de overgebleven ribs mee naar huis nemen. Het is een aanrader om bij de stormvogel te eten.

Lots of choice in menus, many types and flavors in drinks, there is something for everyone, service is okay, they do their best for everyone, what is possible, beautiful view of the Oostvoornse lake and the region is also perfect for cycling or by car to discover beautiful places

Nice place close to work, beautiful location, on the other side of the road is the industry and the ports, you don't notice anything when you are there.

We stopped here on a bike tour, unfortunately all the toddler chairs were very dirty, there was a tiny hair on the plate of meknes latte and the service was moderately friendly. We also found the prices for the food to be rather expensive, which is a shame for this beautiful ambience

Prachtige locatie, heb daar jaren geleden al eens gegeten, was prima toen, nu op 7 april 2025 een tafel voor 2 personen gereserveerd, bij aankomst bleek de zaak op 1 bezoeker na verder leeg, een veeg teken denk ik nu, biefstuk met pepersaus , sate met frites, glas rose, en een Flesje tonic besteld. De tonic kwam in een mij onbekend goedkoop uitziend flesje, smaakte dan ook nauwelijks als tonic, de friet kwam in een mandje, zag er leuk uit, maar na de bovenlaag met goudgeel patat kwam het restant er bruin en keihard te voorschijn, was duidelijk 2x gebakken. De pepersaus op de biefstuk was erg waterig, en de biefstuk kwam niet erg vers over een beetje droog en smakeloos. De sate was goed, en het ijs als dessert was prima. De dame van de bediening ontkende dat de friet 2x was gebakken, vond wel dat het erg hard was, maar een nieuwe portie werd niet aangeboden, misschien een moment opname, maar voor ons niet meer eten daar, een pilsje op het terras lijkt me heerlijk in die omgeveng

Always good and cozy, service is so friendly and helpful, and we ordered a delicious lunch platter and it was exactly what we expected! Remains a top location, super well cared for and everything in tip-top order for a company drink! You've also come to the right place for lunch. Nice lunch menu and the quantities and quality are exceptionally good. Enjoyed a delicious lunch again today, quality and quantity remain exceptionally good for the price.

Locatie is en blijft mooi bediening doet echt zijn best om er wat van te maken. Eten is niet om over naar huis te schrijven eieren dreven in het vet. Prijs van het eten voor de kwaliteit die ze leveren is ver onder de maat. Ook bij het vragen naar een losse patat en kroket krijg je niet wat je vraagt plus dat je gewoon een heel menu betaalt.

Tuesday evening we had another nice meal, usually the delicious kibbeling, but now we also had the chicken satay. Also recommended. Nice relaxed service. It was a party again.
