The food was wonderful and high quality.

We were greeted so rudely. The lady seemed completely uninterested. We left after 10 minutes and went elsewhere for dinner.

I never write reviews, but this visit was so unbelievably bad that I can only advise everyone against it. Don’t support something like this.

The quality is sub-par. The service is very personal and completely lacking in friendliness—on the contrary, the staff is downright unfriendly. The food is also very expensive. We absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

We visited with a large family group of 15. The ambience was pleasant and the food was generally good, but the overall experience was mixed. Service was average, with several order mistakes that were a little frustrating. Incorrect drinks were brought and opened by the waitress meaning we were charged before the correct ones were ordered, and it was unclear whether these were adjusted on the final bill. Some dishes were disappointing, particularly the noodle dish which lacked flavour and actual noodles as it was mainly beans and sauce. The side salads were quite sparse. The meats and rice were delicious and enjoyable. Overall, it was an average experience and I would try here again.

Everything was awful. The rice tasted old, the koobideh kebab was burnt, the kashk-e bademjan clearly tasted canned, and the chicken kebab was undercooked. The bread served with the kashk-e bademjan was tortilla bread, and one of them was completely burnt. The appetizers were extremely overpriced for such poor quality. Neither the mast-o-moosir nor the kashk-e bademjan was acceptable. In the end, all of us felt sick and had stomach pain. Overall, zero quality and a very bad experience. Definitely not recommended.

I've rarely had such a bad and dishonest experience as at this restaurant. The service is slow, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. The food arrived lukewarm and tasteless—absolutely poor quality for the money. But the worst part is the misleading pricing. The website shows lower prices, but once you're inside, the menu prices turn out to be higher. And then, when you pay, another extra charge appears on the bill that you weren't informed about beforehand. When I asked the waiter what this was, he simply said he didn't know himself. That's truly outrageous. On top of that, they also try to force you to pay extra as a "mandatory tip," even on top of the already increased amount on the bill. This is pure fraud and completely disrespectful to customers. As if that weren't enough, a waitress repeatedly came by during our meal and rudely took away plates that weren't even empty. This was incredibly disruptive and made me feel like we had to leave as quickly as possible. For these prices, you should expect honesty, transparency, quality, and respect. You won't get any of that here. This restaurant is a definite no-go—I'll never return and advise everyone to avoid it.

Kebab kubide was good but Lubia Polo was really really bad. I couldn't even eat more than 5 spoons! Soup was ice cold. No spoon and fork when they brought the soup and when we asked for them, they provided us with wet spoons.

We ordered Kebab and soup. The kebab was very delicious and well prepared.Unfortunately, the soup was served completely cold, which was disappointing. The service was not good. The cutlery was brought to us wet after we had to ask for it ,which is not acceptable in a restaurant! In addition, there was only one high chair available for children, which is not sufficient for a family-friendly restaurant. Overall, while the food quality (at least the kebab) was good, the service and attention to basic details did not meet expectations.

We had a fantastic experience at Parsa! The food was authentic, delicious, and full of flavor just like homemade Persian food. The kebabs were juicy and perfectly grilled, and the stews were rich and comforting. The service was warm and welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home. If you're looking for high-quality Iranian cuisine in Amsterdam, this place is a must-try. We'll definitely be coming!

The quality of the food is not as good as it used to be. Their menu includes photos for each dish, but the food you receive often doesn’t match the pictures. For example, the photo shows tahdig, but when you order the dish, they never include it. The place is small and overpriced. They also play the music far too loud, and it’s only Persian music—some of it doesn’t match the atmosphere at all. When you want to eat, you need a calmer environment; it’s a restaurant, not a club.

Beautiful, very welcoming place. The service was very kind and smiling, and explained the various dishes to us. The food was excellent and tasty.

We ordered “baghali polo “ with “ mahiche “ , there were 3-4 Baghali inside the rice and they claimed people don’t like it !!!! The meat was not fresh , cold inside and very oily , never go there again !

Last week I ordered an ayran from you, but it tasted like vomit. Serving customers even slightly spoiled milk is unacceptable. Furthermore, the ghormeh sabzi was disappointing; the meat in it smelled bad. That's not how ghormeh sabzi should smell.

I went here and the food quality is quite low. I ordered 1 koobideh kebab, 1 ghormeh sabzi, salad shirazi and 1 doogh. The kebab was quite dry and seemed to not be cooked properly. The rice was dry even after adding butter my throat hurts. The ghormeh sabzi was watery and tasted like it was burnt. The salad was more water then salad. The doogh tastes like water mixed with salt and mint thrown on top and was quite diluted instead of the Original doogh like how they make in Iran. Overall the food was mediocre and I would recommend to go to another Iranian restaurant or something else. Ps I noticed some grammar issues on the menu

EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE, trust me!!!! First off, I called out the waitresses because there was a short hair in my baby's tomato soup. She didn't bother to offer something in compensation or remove it from the bill (the sheer audacity to even charge a customer that). Their plates were dirty and every now and again, you'd get a whiff of mould, and from that I can only image the state of their kitchen (vomit). Regardless, the food is subpar at best. Go somewhere else for Persian food because this joint doesn't have it.

The bread wasn't authentic like the traditional Iranian one. The yogurt drink seemed store-bought - I expected it to be homemade. The rice was oily, and the kebab was a bit dry and not tender enough. Waiter was very polite and helpful

The food quality was not good at all while the price was higher than most of Persian restaurants we’ve been to in Europe which honestly serve way better food. The rice was too oily, the kebab was not soft, the salad and yogurt tasted like they’ve been sitting for a long time in the fridge. Nothing tasted like authentic Persian cuisine, especially the Kashkbademjan. The bread was not any of the Iranian bread types and it was one of those cheap tortilla breads you can find in any supermarket. The waiter asked us if we would like to have Tahdig which usually comes beside the rice in any Persian restaurant and when we got the bill we saw we were charged 20€ for the Tahdig for 2 people. This was a trick because you don’t ask people if you’d like to complement your food with something that costs 10€ per portion, you’d only ask them if it comes complimentary, especially in Persian culture. I understand this is a business and they have to charge you for any item, but if I wanted to add 20€ to my bill, I would have chosen that from the menu. Overall, very bad experience, we ended up paying almost 100€ for 2 people. Won’t recommend.

we were there today, I ordered Adas(lentil) polo, it was bot even 20% close to what i ordered, it maybe had 1pieces of lentils there, was so obvious it was even from 3 or more weeks ago, they just warmed and soaked it into butter my friends also were not happy witb Kebab quality do not recommend it

Wonderful food and customer service, the staff helped recommend food because we were unfamiliar. Prices are fair and food is made with love and soul, couldn't recommend it more than I am doing right now!!

Nice persian restuarant in Amsterdam. Delicious Hummus and bread and the olive sweet sour salty dish (I forgot the name). The chef was nice enough to make a separate rice dish for vegetarians and it was quite buttery and tasty, with a side of vegetables and cream.

The side dishes also seemed carelessly prepared and lacked flavor. For the prices charged here, the quality-to-value ratio is completely out of whack. Paid 61 euros for two kebabs (vaziri) with two cokes. The food was awful, and the glasses were dirty. We didn't drink from them. One person got their plate, the other had to wait five minutes. Absolutely unacceptable.

We were here on Saturday. It's a small and cozy place (like most Iranian restaurants in Amsterdam), so reservations are recommended. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We ordered the chelo kebab koobideh. We ran out of zeytoon parvardeh, but the kebab itself was excellent, truly one of the best I've ever had. Fresh and deliciously juicy. Highly recommended.

The restroom was very dirty and full of flying insects. If the visible hygiene is this bad, the hidden hygiene must be even worse.

We had a warm welcome. The staff gave great recommendations for dishes and desserts, and they were very attentive, always checking if we had everything we needed. The food was delicious I’d especially recommend the kubideh kebab. The place is cozy and comfortable.

My experience at Parsa Restaurant in Amsterdam was very disappointing. The food quality was very poor and the prices were unreasonably high. There was no balance between quality and cost, and I was really dissatisfied.

The restaurant felt uncomfortably hot and stuffy, almost like being in a shower, as there was no air conditioning and very little ventilation. The place was filled with unpleasant smells. The staff were not particularly friendly, and the food was undercooked. Overall, it was definitely not worth the price.

The service quality was very poor and the lady who served the customers wasn’t professional at all and sometimes even rude. The cook came out at some point with clothes full of food stains. He had his gloves on, which I assume he uses for cooking, and gave change to a customer with the same gloves. So, cleanliness was also very poor. Food quality was normal and not worth the price.

I loved it more than the chicken. I highly recommend it. And I thank Aziz Mismar for introducing us to it. The price is really expensive.

The worst food and service I've ever seen. When we went, they ran out of rice. We ordered the kebab, but unfortunately, their kebab was very raw and there was nothing else with their food. It also smelled. Their bread was from the same raw packaging in the store that also smelled. We ordered ten servings of food. Two of them were delivered after about half an hour, without any spoons, forks, or napkins. They were also very dirty. The other eight servings were delivered after about half an hour. It was so bad that even the kids didn't like them and couldn't eat their food. It's a real waste of money. 😏👎🏻👎🏻

The restaurant is good but not the best. They ask you to pay for bread with your order of appetizers, which is not very good. The music is loud. It seems that the restaurant is family-run and that family members work there, but it is considered one of the best changes to Iranian food.

The rice was raw, the serving plates were very small, the interior and decor of the restaurant were awful, the bathrooms were very disorganized and messy, the service was like that of roadside restaurants in Iran, the spoons, forks, dishes, salt shakers, etc. were from 60 years ago and old. I do not recommend it at all, we expected much more from a restaurant in the heart of Amsterdam. The gentleman who served in the hall was very polite and friendly.

The order was delayed a lot, but the food was acceptable.

Recently they have increased the prices and reduced the quality to the lowest possible level. The very small leaf kebab had no taste and I had to force it with salt, sumac and lemon. The kebab was pounded and they added too much turmeric to it. It only tasted like turmeric. The waiter on Monday never smiled and was in a hurry and seemed to be demanding work from the customer. Of course, the problem is with the original owner of the restaurant who gave me 8 euros and the rest of my money in 5, 10 and 20 cent coins, which is really insulting.

I ordered the Joojeh, but it didn’t taste good, most likely because it hadn’t been marinated properly. The staff was also quite unwelcoming. She rushed us to place our order, even though there was still an hour and a half left before closing time. Because she just wanted to leave her work. Overall, the experience ruined my night!
