Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. We went there expecting Persian food, but there was very little that felt authentic. When we arrived, we were asked whether we had a reservation, even though the restaurant was completely empty, which already felt unwelcoming. The staff was rude, looked annoyed, and were more focused on their phones than on serving guests. We were seated at the back of the restaurant, where there was a noticeable smell coming from the restroom, which made the experience very unpleasant. As for the food, the lamb was extremely tough and chewy, more like rubber than properly cooked meat. The triple mix was very small and of very poor quality — definitely not worth ordering. I also do not recommend choosing bread instead of rice. The “bread” turned out to be a reheated tortilla, which has nothing to do with authentic Persian cuisine. Overall, there was nothing authentic about this restaurant, and we will definitely not be returning.

Delicious food, friendly staff, good portions, and good value for money. One small point of feedback: The reheated wraps are a bit disappointing. Choose some good Iranian bread instead, and bring the bread in a basket instead of a disposable paper plate. It just looks so cheap, which is a shame.

Good service and very tasty food.

A very bad experience. We were here on New Year's Eve. The baghali polo with mahiçe was served with old, tough, and clearly very low-quality meat. The €38 kebab koobideh was extremely poor and not worth the price at all. The kashk-e bademjan was tasteless and tasted more like mirza ghasemi than the original dish. The portions were very small. In addition, one of the staff (a woman) was extremely rude and unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We visited this Iranian restaurant while on holiday in Amsterdam, as we were specifically looking for Persian food. When we arrived, the restaurant was very busy, and although we were eventually given a table, the overall organisation was poor. Service was extremely slow. We were told that service would take around 30 minutes, but both ordering and receiving the food took much longer than expected. There were clearly not enough staff to handle such a crowded restaurant — one or two people serving was simply not enough. Even when we wanted to pay, we had to actively look for someone to come and help us. Unfortunately, the food was also disappointing. As an Iranian, I have to say the kebab was not tasty at all. The barg kebab, in particular, was very strange — both in size and flavour — and not something I have ever experienced before in Persian cuisine. Overall, between the slow service, lack of staff, and disappointing food quality, the experience did not meet expectations. Sadly, it was not a place I would return to or recommend.

I had a very poor experience. The quality of the food was poor, the flavors were not good at all and considering the high prices, there was no balance between quality and cost. The portion size was small and overall I felt like my money was wasted. I expected much more but unfortunately I was completely disappointed. I do not recommend it at all and it is better to read the reviews carefully before choosing.

There were a lot of people from Bishuri, even though there was an empty table, until I realized that someone said we don't have room. There was an empty table in front of me. If you are going to Amsterdam for a trip, don't go to this restaurant at all. The restaurant is closer to Tehran, with polite and customer-oriented staff. The food was excellent.

We booked a table through the website, before ordering the food we were told by the waitress that we can only stay for 90 minutes. Although we noticed that there was a table who were there before us and stayed after we left. I told the waitress that this wasn't stated neither on the website nor on the confirmation email, she apologised but still we had to leave after 90 minutes. Other than that,the food was great and the atmosphere was really nice.

Overall, it was okay. It's a small restaurant. The food was also okay, although I've had better kebabs. The service was a bit odd, as if they didn't want to work; a little friendliness would have been expected. No one ever asked if we wanted anything else; no one came to the table to ask if we wanted anything more to eat or drink. We constantly had to look after ourselves. In conclusion: it was okay.

Upon arrival, we weren't greeted, and the staff didn't seem friendly. The atmosphere in the restaurant wasn't particularly pleasant either. The service left much to be desired—not particularly attentive or welcoming. The food arrived quickly, but was honestly just "okay," nothing special. All in all, not a restaurant I'd be tempted to return to.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one to welcome us or show us to a table, which made for an awkward start. I ordered the ghorme sabzi, a dish highly recommended by an Iranian friend, but it only had three (!) pieces of meat and was very bland — I couldn’t taste any of the signature lime flavor that my friend had described as essential to the dish.On top of that, the food didn’t resemble the pictures or descriptions on the restaurant’s website or menu.

I ate here a while back. The food was good, but unfortunately, there were some Iranians who weren't gay-friendly, and we were bullied out. We were two nice women (a couple). I really love the food here, but we were given such disgusting looks by customers that we had to leave. It was a traumatic experience. I haven't been back since. 😞 The staff didn't do anything about it either. If you live in Amsterdam, be prepared for all sorts of people living here! Please do something about this and pay attention to your customers' needs so they feel safe.

The staff were very friendly, and the food was truly delicious and well-seasoned, giving an authentic taste of a real Iranian restaurant. The yogurt with shallots, pickles, and doogh were also tasty. I only wish Iranian rice had been used, though I understand that it would have made the dishes more expensive. Overall, it is definitely worth a visit

Back again after some time, food was ok noting special compared to other Persian restaurants in Amsterdam. Disappointing that the ordered dishes didn’t have te same presentation than the menu card. I think that’s not ok for a restaurant. The dessert was disappointing to, (se picture) I can buy this in any supermarket… bad! Don’t like to give low ratings but consider this as a positive suggestion and feedback Would love to give more stars on the atmosphere to. but it’s a bit simplistic, whit those big windows whit no curtains or nothing . A more Persian atmosphere would be better. In Iran the restaurants I visited have far nicer interiors. Overall more the vibes of a fast food place than a restaurant. All of this is my personal impression of course 3 personen
