The food was soooooo good, espicially the tom seab. Only thing is the workers didn’t know we spoke thai and were talking about us in thai quite loudly 😭

When ordering online and eating at the restaurant the food came differently. I ordered Yen Ta Fo (pink noodles). The restaurant was served with crispy wonton chips but when ordering online, I only got noodles and soup. The food that I got was completely different in the picture. They also have section asking if you need any utensils or anything. I put for utensils, napkins, and seasoning. I got nothing and I’m at the hotel so how am I supposed to eat?? Not recommend ordering an online

The Best Thai I've Had in the Netherlands! Food Quality & Dishes (5/5): Everything tasted incredibly fresh and amazing. This is honestly the best Thai food I've had in the Netherands. The menu is extensive, and we loved everything we tried: Phad See Ew Moo (Fried rice noodles with beef): Very tasty. Generous portion. Highly recommend adding chili fish sauce for extra flavor. Phad Ka Na Moo Krob (Stir-fried kale with crispy pork belly): Super tasty and slightly spicy. The rice portion was generous- good for soaking up the sauce. Som Tum Thai (Papaya salad): We chose the mild spice level. Also served with a generous portion of rice. Service & Ambiance: The staff was very friendly and attentive. Note: They do not serve alcohol. Wait Time: We got a table after about 15 minutes without a reservation, but this was in November so it can be a longer wait in more popular seasons. Verdict: Definitely a restaurant I will return to again !

The food tastes great, but the service is always terrible. Every time I come here, I try to understand that the service is quite slow, but I’ve always forgiven that because the food is delicious, and I truly want to eat here. I traveled all the way from the United States just to have authentic Thai food because I saw good reviews and heard recommendations from friends. However, when I arrived at the restaurant today, I felt very disappointed. None of the staff paid attention to the customers. Everyone seemed focused only on packing food orders and completely ignored new customers who came in. No one greeted or talked to the customers. The service is poor, the management is bad, and nothing ever seems to improve. Every time I visit Amsterdam , I always make sure to come and eat here, but it’s always the same — no improvement, no development in the system at all. They just let things continue like this. The only reason customers still come is because the food tastes good. But if they keep ignoring the service and management issues, people will eventually stop coming back, no matter how delicious the food is.

My number one go-to spot for Thai food — basically my stomach’s happy place. 🇹🇭🔥 Tiny place, so finding a seat is pure luck. If you get one, buy a lottery ticket right after. Takeaway is the smarter move, and eating elsewhere saves you from doing the awkward table hover dance. Come at odd hours if you want a shot at calm service, because they’re running dine-in, Uber Eats, and walk-ins all at once — it’s organized chaos, but somehow the pad kra pao still comes out perfect every time. Service can be hit or miss, but honestly, when the food’s this good, I’d forgive them even if my order came via carrier pigeon.

I'd had this restaurant on my list for a while, and now I had the chance! It's a small restaurant with Thai service. I ordered the green curry with beef for takeout. It wasn't very busy, but I still had to wait a while for my food. Meanwhile, I saw some delicious dishes going by, which gave me high hopes. Once I got home (an hour later), the food was still warm. For a green curry, it was quite yellow. The flavor was good and not too spicy. I would have preferred long beans instead of green beans. I also missed the Thai eggplant. The beef was nice and tender, not chewy. There was also fresh Thai basil, which gave it a nice flavor. I could eat it for two days, so it was good for €19.50. 👍🏻

Ordered green curry chicken and sweet sour fish. Green curry chicken is really good, the fish tastes a bit fishy though. Thai milk tea is also way too sweet. But overall very satisfied.

A small but very popular Thai restaurant in Amsterdam, always full of people coming in. I first visited back in 2019 and came back again — the food is still just as delicious! The noodles are amazing, probably the best beef noodles in Amsterdam. The restaurant has expanded with more seating, but it’s still so popular that I had to wait almost an hour for a table. Totally worth it! The LGBTQ+ staff are the friendliest and absolutely lovely — they made the experience even better.

Unfortunately, I can only give three stars to this 'take away’. Food was OK but very overpriced, even compared to London price. Their service is the worst: the big boss lady was so grumpy that the corner of her lips were dragging on the floor; Also we got a table for three people but one of my friends’ train was cancelled and he couldn’t come. I don’t know why but the staff there made such a big deal about it, even when we were paying, one staff confronted us about it… just unbelievable…

It used to be our favorite Thai restaurant. Unfortunately... even though the name is the same, the menu is different, the kitchen seems to be staffed by different people... no. After eating here on Friday, we sadly have to conclude that it's not what it used to be. What a shame!!! Otherwise, the service is friendly and the interior has been spruced up a bit.

Food was OK, friendliness was modest, decor was very simple; there are better places in Amsterdam.

Open kitchen, moody hostess in a white dress, chill dude in a wife beater and shorts. Off to a good start. The smell hits you first. You know it's gonna slap. Beef noodle soup lands sweet, but balanced. Chunks of fatty beef melt right in. Kai lan for crunch. Table’s got vinegar, chili, everything you need to dial in your bowl. No gimmicks. Just good food. I’d come back, easy.

Once phenomenal for local Thais, but now very mediocre touristy, with lemongrass, ginger, galangal, and other hard herbs, along with woody herbs like holy basil and coriander, replaced by dried and powdered spices. The menu is now much more focused on simple, quick "Wok to Go" fare than "real" Thai cuisine. It's a complete mess to finally seat two tables after a half-hour wait for four people. 🤷🏻‍♂️ What a shame.

One of the most authentic Thai restaurant in Amsterdam city center with a great variety of dishes. They don’t take reservations, so be aware around dinner time it gets veryyy busy where you’d have to wait outside between 30min-1 hr for a table. But once inside the food is quickly served within 10-20min. Absolutely recommendable ⭐️

It's a small mom and pop store. Don't expect a lot of bells and whistles. You grab your own extra condiments on a shelf and go up to pay after eating. The papaya salad was amazingly fresh, crisp, and just enough spiciness. The pad thai was good, but it was made with a chili red sauce, not what I'm typically used to, covered up the flavors of other ingredients. The pad see-ew had too much raw white pepper doused on top of the food. It was all i could taste, and the greens tasted a bit bitter to me. I would go just for the salad if nothing else.

Delicious food - we had nr 32 and 33. The older waiter was very sweet. They have open kitchen and food preparation is really quick.

They say you never forget your first love - and how right they are. My first love was the Pad Kra Pao from Phu Thai Thai Take Away. We met a few years ago in an alley behind Nieuwmarkt and it would be a lie to claim that it wasn’t love at first sight. Ever since then I look for her in every Pad Kra Pao I taste, but no matter how hard I try to move on, no one seems to tickle my taste buds like she does. So what is left? At the end I always come back to her and I don’t care what y’all say! she makes me happy!! I will order my Pad Kra Pao again tonight. 🥰 I can’t wait!!! Because it is so delicious.

Don't think it's just because I was hungry. I think I haven't tried a true Thai food spot until here, it's super authentic. The food was truly amazing and generous, I could hardly finish my phad Thai. The entrée saté Kai, omg, I could have ordered 3 more and only eat that.

4.6 is overrated. Pad see eew was not tasty, way too salty and with the added surprise that I was chewing on a piece of paper/tissue. How dirty is that!

Takes to long the get the food. Waited 40 min. and the food was already standing there for god knows how long...to lazy to walk outside. 2nd time there waited for 55 minutes to get my food for take away. People that ordered 10 minutes after me got their order before me. Takeaway by uber or thuisbezorgd was going quickly. If you cant handle it. Let the customer go. In 55 min I could have cooked a 4 course meal myself at home

Uber eats said they delivered and we never received the delivery . Reported to uber eats but they took no action. Managed to finally phone the restaurant (please check your details on google guys!) but then again no action. So no solution offered or responsibility taken by none of these companies . I understand there is responsibility of uber eats but the restaurant should also be held responsible. ! Both companies are getting money out of our order! . We will definitely avoid this place (and uber eats of course) in the future. Not impressed by the lack of customer service.

I ordered the Pad Thai See Ew, and it is really amazing. It has enough intensity of heat produced when cooking in a wok. The pepper added makes the dish greater. The restaurant is worth the price and I will come back again.

Pad thai very good and very seasoned (even too much, the taste of the sweet/spicy cream was predominant). Noodle soup tells me it's good, be careful it has coriander and tastes a lot like that. The tables turn quickly, it's worth waiting a moment. Recommended, generous portions, prices for main courses €15/20.

Be careful eating here. I had the coconut soup and something like "raam naag" — basically noodles with gravy. The soup was alright, but the noodles were immediately suspicious. Right after eating, I went to pay, walked out, and literally had to rush to the toilet mid-walk. That was just the start. It’s now been four days and I still have stomach cramps, nausea, and an upset stomach that won’t go away. Something was seriously off. I don’t know if it was hygiene, ingredients, or something else, but I wouldn’t risk it again. Just a heads-up if you're thinking of eating here — proceed with caution. I usually rarely give bad reviews.
