Disgusting food and attitude towards customers! Ordered chicken kapsalon for the family and received inedible spicy food. NEVER AGAIN

The opening hours on their website are completely wrong. I ordered a pizza online on Monday, confirmed it by email, and then received a phone call later saying they were closed. What a bummer.

The food that we ordered was delicious! We had quite a large order that was delivered at home. We ordered several shawarma dishes with extra pita bread and lots or extra garlic sauce. Next to that we ordered some fresh salads, fries and a pepperoni pizza. The shawarma meat, pizza and fries were still nice and warm. The salads were fresh and tasty. Everything that we ordered, was present in the delivery. We’re definitely going to place an order again in the future!

The delivery time would be between 9:30 PM and 10:00 PM. We waited and waited, finally calling Picco Bello at 11 p.m. (I thought it would be busy on a Sunday evening). Yes, the order had not gone through and everything was already closed, the system could no longer be entered because it was also closed. In short: no pizza and hair salon....I told the gentleman on the phone that this is the first time, but also the last time that we order from Picco Bello. How difficult must it be to fulfill an order.

Just ordered shawarma + sparerib dish Including 2x sauce & 2x pita it will cost you just under €17/18 Lost . But both shawarma and ribs are incredibly tasty! Ribs could have been marinated a little better, but fell off the bone. A bit pricey, but good food & in these times no problem that it costs a little more!

Had a pizza bambino for my grandchild... Don't know what happened to the pizza, it looked like vinegar was thrown over the pizza. Very sour. The Turkish doner pizzas were tasty. And shawarma had no taste or smell to it. Shame. Will order again from another tent next time.

Normally very satisfied this time February 24 Saturday evening the food was almost cold when we opened the package and it also took a very long time before it arrived after 50 minutes from telephone contact and we live less than 500 meters away. Furthermore, the pizzas were very bad, little filling and rock hard and almost cold. The shawarma was tasty, but almost cold so we had to warm it up. That is a missed opportunity because we will call someone else in the future.

Even though the environment is not a restaurant, the service and taste of every dish ordered is great. Highly recommended !!!
