Pizza D'Amore Almere in Wijk 03 Almere Buiten

I placed an order with Papa John's Almere last Saturday, but it never arrived. For almost two hours, I was told the order was "on the way." After 23:50, they stopped answering calls entirely, and my order was never delivered. The payment was taken, but I received nothing in return. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this branch, but I always gave them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, this time was a complete no-show with no communication, no apology, and no refund. I’ve tried calling the branch multiple times the phone number doesn't work. I’ve sent several emails, but no one has responded. There is absolutely no accountability. This feels like straight-up theft, and I’m not sure how many others have gone through similar experiences. Avoid this branch at all costs.

Just delivering half the order, and I'm not talking about forgetting things, but literally delivering half the chicken and pizza, or maybe the delivery driver was hungry? Of course, that doesn't even deserve one star, but here's to the courage to carry out that delivery.

What kind of store only has 3 chairs and can't even take a small pizza cardboard?
