Pizza D'Amore Almere in Wijk 03 Almere Buiten

I placed an order with Papa John's Almere last Saturday, but it never arrived. For almost two hours, I was told the order was "on the way." After 23:50, they stopped answering calls entirely, and my order was never delivered. The payment was taken, but I received nothing in return. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this branch, but I always gave them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, this time was a complete no-show with no communication, no apology, and no refund. I’ve tried calling the branch multiple times the phone number doesn't work. I’ve sent several emails, but no one has responded. There is absolutely no accountability. This feels like straight-up theft, and I’m not sure how many others have gone through similar experiences. Avoid this branch at all costs.

What a terrible place... I don't need to say more... after two and a half hours still no food... that makes you pretty grumpy. First they say it will take an hour. Then they call to say something isn't available. Fine then, a refund for whatever they didn't have. Then, an hour later, still no food. I call them to say the order is no longer needed. The man on the phone says he'll be here in 2 minutes. Finally waited another 25 minutes. And still no food. SHAMEFUL PEOPLE DO NOT ORDER HERE !!!

I get my order at the door, they open the boxes, and this is what I get. Then you call, your order is remade, you can return the pizzas. What do you mean return them? Just give me new ones and some extras??? All together, this is well over 60 euros.

This is a Shoarma Pizza with "extra shoarma" for an additional €3,50. They forgot the shoarma, but not the extra €3,50.
