Unsociable restaurant!! It's not normal, don't order anything here, it's just disgusting. Luckily Thuiszorgd is giving me my money back. Because calling the restaurant is pointless. Apparently, the restaurant doesn't take dietary restrictions seriously!!

Food took 2 hours to arrive; got doner for the best chicken kapsalon. Fries are just cold and plastic, not seasoned. Just trash, make a cheese sandwich, that goes down better.

I've been waiting for 2 damn hours for food that's already been "on its way" for half an hour, but the place is a 20-minute bike ride away?!

I ordered durum chicken. Had to pay more than I thought (durum chicken shawarma). I asked why. He said, "You didn't order durum chicken shawarma, did you?" I ordered a pizza via Thuisbezorgd last night at 1:00 AM, but it wasn't delivered until 3:20 AM. So, a wait of over two hours! When I tried to call the restaurant to ask where my food was, I couldn't even reach them!!! The line kept cutting out. So I just sent the delivery driver a message. He came up with the lame excuse that they were busy because of the holidays. Even though today (May 28th) isn't a holiday at all! The low point was yet to come; the delivery driver just threw the pizza on the ground in front of the door and quickly made off. When I opened the door, I saw him just running down the stairs. I called after him and asked what on earth he was doing. His reaction? "Sorry, I'm just a delivery driver too. What nonsense, because he clearly works for the restaurant itself! This restaurant really has zero respect for customers. These aren't professional matters, these are just street manners and mafia practices. I truly regret the second I decided to order here. Don't fall for it, order absolutely NOTHING here!"

EVEN IF YOU ARE HUNGRY, DO NOT ORDER HERE! This place was located 1km from my delivery location and stated a 20-30 minute waiting time for ordering. I had to call them multiple times asking where my food was; each time they said it would be here in 10/15 minutes.
