The dirtiest place in all of Utrecht. You can see mice running around. The staff also looks very grimy. If you want to spend the night in the toilet, you have to eat here! Yuck!

3.5 hours later, still no food, called 28 times, no response. I didn't want to believe the reviews, but it's a fact. This restaurant is utterly awful. If you treat your customers like this, you should be ashamed of yourself!

Ordered around 3:50 AM, still hadn't received the food by 5:45 AM. The restaurant is also impossible to reach by phone.

I paid €14 for a large kapsalon (no sauce), the meat was dry, and the container was way too small. Now I hope I don't get a loesbere. Not recommended! My hair salon came with all the things I asked if they could put on it. When I called to request a new one, I was told aggressively that it wasn't possible.

I ask for my Turkish pizza met Kaas, they look disgusted at the fact I’ve even asked. I love it. They should be. I’m a fat piece of lard. And I should be ashamed of it. I take my seat at the stool and high top table. It’s uncomfortable to the point that I question whether or not it would be better to eat cold food at home. I’m so pished that I make the decision to eat it here. Keeping in mind the fact that we’re saving the environment by not using a plastic bag. Chips were as expected. No warning from the store and when I called to complain I was yelled at and I was told "if you cannot wait don't order". Completely rude responses from the guy who worked there.
