We ordered a hair salon and pizza today, we are very satisfied and the delivery was fast, nothing to complain about, we will order more often, it is highly recommended.

Food is delicious, arrived very hot, spare ribs are highly recommended!!!...

Ordered pizza tonno with extra anchovies. Really very little tuna and the anchovies were completely missing. Yes, how can you rate that? A tonno with minimal tuna, even with a magnifying glass hardly to find.

Delicious pizzas and friendly service! I enjoyed a delicious meal at Pizzeria Tuscano. The pizzas were fresh, well topped and perfectly baked. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommended if you are in Groningen and fancy authentic Italian pizza!

Ordered spareribs last night and they were really tasty and had good meat. The potato slices were also not soft and well seasoned. The new owner is doing well and has a new regular customer.

Since April 1, this pizzeria has been transferred to a new owner. It's true that the previous owner wasn't that good, but the new guys make really good food. I recommend you order from them!

Don't order! The order wasn't delivered (although I did pay, unfortunately). I called several times, but no one answered. I finally went to the store itself, but it was closed and no one was there!

Never order here... I placed an order yesterday March 26 at 4:15 PM for 5:15 PM It is now March 27 at 7:15 PM and I have not received anything. I have tried to call 20 times, but they do not answer the phone! Bad case and money lost…. Placed an order before 5:15 PM and after 2 hours of waiting still nothing. Called several times but no answer each time. Then you see on your website that there is no delivery. I want my money back, but filing a complaint will be difficult if there is no answer.

The pizzas are tasty, that's no problem. But delivery is possible, waited 2 and a half hours, no pizzas, then you try to call for half an hour, no one answers. We drove there ourselves to go after the pizzas, so you pay delivery costs for that. Delivery is crap

Tuscana was 1 hour late with the delivery. I ordered it at 5:47 PM on September 27, 2024. The email from Tuscana says it will be delivered within 45 minutes. But Tuscana really delivered in 1 hour and 45 minutes.

We had to wait 3 hours for the food. While the website said max. 50 minutes. When I called after more than 1.5 hours they said 'another 20 minutes', and could barely say sorry 'because it's just busy' and then they didn't pick up anymore. I had to leave after 2.5 hours for a show and didn't see any food beforehand. My friends didn't get their food until 3 hours after ordering. Fine if it sometimes takes longer, but be honest about that so that people don't go without food.

If you want to wait a few hours at home for your dessert, drink five beers and make yourself a triple omelette before the pizza arrives to satisfy your hunger, then you need to go to these great planners. As a bonus, they come with one salad too few.

It's really absurd how long delivery takes here

Order placed with a delivery time of 6 p.m. Called three times to ask where it was. One of us ended up eating bread because she had to go to another appointment (where she would have had plenty of time to eat with the promised delivery time). Promises are made on the phone that are not kept. Ultimately delivered 2 hours late, one of our guests had already left and the rest were late for their next appointment. When delivered, a salad and a bowl of sauce were insufficient. I understand that it is busy, but what a bad place. Turn off your system if you're too busy, show realistic delivery times and hire more staff. Or just close your store.

Very Disappointing Service I placed an order through Uber Eats at 16:30 with an estimated delivery between 17:20 and 17:40. After waiting for over an hour, my order finally arrived, but it was incomplete. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times during the wait, but they didn't answer. The lack of communication and delivering an incomplete order after such a long delay is unacceptable. I expected much better service. Very frustrating experience.

Delivery time is very long (over 2 hours), unfortunately not everything that was ordered was delivered and in the end several people had gastrointestinal problems.

I have ordered here about 5 times, pizza is always delivered hot and quickly and the quality is also great! And actually quite cheap too.

Ordered early in the evening. But the wait was very long. Called 3 times, each time we were told that the order was on its way, so absolutely not. After 2.5 hours of waiting, finally the order. The delivery person told us that we might be able to get compensation through his boss, but he was not present at the business. This order also turned out to be completely wrong, instead of pasta we got kapsalon. Immediately called the restaurant again, which after a discussion ultimately promised to make new pasta for us. Suddenly, after a while, the delivery person was next to us again (at the table in the building?!) with the pasta. Then he realized that the hair salon had been eaten, which made sense to us after the telephone conversation and the extremely long wait. He snatched the pasta away and stormed out of the building. Ran after him and nothing came out but angry words. No compensation or compensation seen. After those three calls they no longer answered my number, but they did answer those of friends, antisocial. Too bad that 0 stars is not possible! I hope there can be a socially acceptable response to this!

After waiting 2 hours and fifteen minutes on a Tuesday evening and calling 3 times, we finally got our food. Service on the phone and in person was very mediocre and then everyone felt sick from the food. Was the first and last time I will order from there.

Nog nooit zo'n lekkere kapsalon gehad! wij hadden de tuscano kapsalon. Goedde portie en heerlijke smaak. Als we weer in Groningen zijn, gaan we hier zeker weer heen!

Voor 9,50 een kapsalon en Pepsi bezorgd, weinig te klagen. De kwaliteit is voor dit geld echt prima.

Kapsalon kipdoner was heerlijk en pizza margherita ook. Zeker een anraader. Bezorging duurde ongeveer 45 min.

Tuscano is een eenvoudige maar lekkere Pizzaria.

Prijs kwaliteit is gewoon goed bij deze pizzeria. Zijn goede pizza's die erg goed/vol belegd zijn. Ik haal altijd af, personeel is vriendelijk en vaak kan ik het snel ophalen. Aanrader!

Kende deze pizzeria niet, maar vanavond een pizza laten bezorgen. Op tijd en goed warm. Volgende keer weer bij deze bestellen, was erg lekker.

Pizza's waren er op zaterdag avond na 5 kwartier, beetje koud en niet heel smaakvolle deeg. Bezorger was wel aardig.

Goed!! Je krijgt meer dan genoeg eten.. En smaakt goed. Zeker geen gierige gasten.. Vandaag weer besteld bij Tuscano.. wat een lekker eten en totaal niet duur. Ik had een crispychicken burger menu. Ik schrok toen ik de folie af deed. (Zo'n grote burger heb ik nog nooit gezien) ;-) Jullie hebben jezelf weer overtroffen. Zeker een aanrader!!

Top restaurant. Die kapsalons die hun maken echt overheerlijk!! Beste van de beste ! Speribs zijn ook echt een aanrader (zoet gemixt met pikant) om je vingers bij af te likken!

De lekkere pizza start met een duidelijke website, leuke actie, extra topping voor mooi prijsje, en een kwart van de pizza stel je zelf samen. Netjes nagebeld, omdat ik de invulling van laatste kwart was vergeten. En levering half uur eerder dan gepland. Bestelstatus netjes te volgen. Belangrijk:. Echt super lekker eten hier bezorger altijd vriendelijk en op tijd ga zo door Kapsalon tikka speciaal is aanrader als je pittig eten houd !!

Online besteld, stond een bezorgtijd van CA. 35 min.. Werd 61 min verwachtte tijd... Uiteindelijk bestelling pas na ruim 1.5 uur binnen met slappe friet die gewoon aan de schaal van de kapsalon bijna vastgeplakt zat en geen structuur meer had.

Heerlijk eten heb kapsalon was echt super goed van smaak en lekker vers. De zaak zag er ook heel schoon en fris uit de medewerker was zeer vriendelijk zeker een aanrader

Snelle bezorging,vriendelijke bezorger en het vlees is ook mooi mals. Porties zijn ook zeker groot genoeg. Toptent!
