Pizzeria - Grillroom Lotus in Wijk 03 Almere Buiten

Very tasty food. Nice people. And the place is clean and tidy. The gentleman gave us a free container of fries.

We had dinner there and ordered falafel, pizza, salads, and soup. The food was excellent and fresh.

The pizzas arrived 1.5 hours early; delivered at 5:30, ordered at 7:00. Sent everything back. Then the pizzas didn't arrive until 7:30, 1.5 hours late. They weren't new pizzas, but reheated, so the crust was rock hard and the shawarma dried out and of poor quality. I will never order from here again, and I advise everyone to do the same!

I picked up a very tasty pizza here on Monday, August 10th. Pizza Cippolo. This cook made it very delicious.

Very friendly people. Ordered a vegetarian meal twice, neither time was tasty. 1 veggie calzone: almost no cheese or vegetables in the calzone. 1 veggie pasta: the promised bell peppers, onions, garlic, pesto, and mushrooms were not in it. It was pasta with cream and a topping of cheese.

We ordered 2 kapsalons and 2 soft drinks in the restaurant and paid 35 euros afterwards! Even though different prices were listed on the menu. It's a shame the menu wasn't updated, because when it ends up being much more expensive at the checkout, you feel ripped off.

After 1.5 hours, I got a call saying it was ready for pickup, even though it was supposed to be delivered. I insisted it had to be picked up. I went there, got there, oh right sorry, mistake. I can deliver it after all, what do you mean, I'm standing in your shop right now.... The kapsalon wasn't good, it wasn't a döner, but like shredded minced meat or something. My husband's dish was decent, only the grease was floating at the bottom of the container. Not for us again.

Just ordered tuna pizza. The crust was delicious, but the pizza lacked flavor. There were no spices at all, so it was very bland, which was a shame. And the pizza was lukewarm when it arrived.

The most customer-friendly place in Almere. Super sweet staff who simply make the best pizzas with a perfect crust. The place also just feels like you're eating with family. My whole day was made after my visit with them; genuine and friendly people!!

The friendliest owner ever! We order here often and are always super satisfied. The service is top-notch, the food is delivered quickly, and the desserts are truly the best… especially the rice pudding (Sütlaç). Highly recommended!

Ordering 4 pizzas on a Friday night meant waiting an hour for your pizza. A verbal apology was all we got. Then, at home, “enjoying” a tasteless pizza and a child with a stomach ache after eating. No more pizzas for us at Lotus.

We made a mistake when we went to eat pizza at this restaurant. Our money was wasted because the pizza was so hard no salt 👎 that it was not even fit for an animal to eat👎👎👎

Today I got two kapsalons, a chicken sandwich, a Turkish pizza, and a platter. SUPER DELICIOUS and FRESH as always. The service is also always top-notch! I'll remain a regular!

Everything is normally fine, it's just a shame the chicken soup is the way it is. It tastes and looks like melted cheese sauce, with hardly any chicken pieces and no vegetables at all. Personally, I think there should be a description of what the soup is made of, for example, for people with allergies.

Don't get anything here before closing time. They've been closed for ages. I get Kapsalon chicken doner, but it's just chicken fillet. Scam, man. Three bites and I don't need any more.

Cozy pizzeria, ate here with my children. The table looked like one from a daycare center. This was no problem at all. Delicious pizzas, nice staff.

Burning a sandwich every now and then is okay, but just get a new one. Now I had to spend 10 minutes picking off all the burnt bits. If you plan on giving me cancer, will you pay for the chemotherapy?

Food: We had margarita pizza, they need to add salt in the food😒 Service: you need to ask for every little think like cutlery, napkins etc Add they add extra money for everything even sauce, As pizza doesn’t have salt we need something so we can eat it . Overall disappointing.

The mixed grill was very tasty, the pizza dough could use a bit more salt, but it was still fresh and tasty. The service was very friendly. We're glad we chose Lotus for dinner.

Bad service, not at all focused on solving problems. Ordered via home delivery, called after waiting an hour and a half, the man says that nothing has been ordered and starts a discussion instead of offering a solution!! Conclusion we just don't get any food

The kitchen in general is good, but only one think every time I order from them they forget the drink (delivery or pickup)

Very bad service! Food didn't arrive after 2 hours, so I went to the shop and found they were closed. There was nothing mentioned about this on the website! Very unprofessional and offered no apologies or compensation!

Food is fine but the staff is rude. If you call that you ordered food an hour ago, they will say that your order has "just gone out", without asking where you live. Half an hour later still no food. Waited a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes and they also lie over the phone. No excuse or anything like that. They don't care at all.

Had to wait 2 hours for my food! After an hour I got on the phone and was told the food would be delivered within 20 minutes! Last ordered from Lotus! What a service!

I ordered Chicken Satay and I got Chicken Shawarma. food was cold and unfriendly.

Zojuist hier heerlijk gegeten, super vriendelijk personeel en je komt niks te kort. Super aardig ook dat we kostenloos een glas multivruchten sap van ze kregen voor ons zoontje gezien ze verder niks anders hadden wat hij kon drinken. Mochten we weer in Almere zijn rond etenstijd komen we hier zeker terug!

Enjoyed my Egyptian food experience here. I started with the lentil soup. It had a good texture and flavor that was spicy but not too overpowering. For my entree I had the Lotus Schotel which included a sampling of lamb, chicken, schwarma, and kabob. I enjoyed every bite. The sauces they provided were garlic, chili, and a sweet and sour onion. All the sauces contrasted well with the meat flavors. Everything was very flavorful and balanced.

Oké, eerlijk is eerlijk: het eten is goed maar het personeel is zo ongelooflijk bot en asociaal. Er wordt geen eens gedag gezegd en dwars door je heen gekeken. Ook praten ze onderling in hun eigen taal wat absoluut geen gevoel geeft dat je welkom bent. Vooral als je tussendoor wordt aangekeken als er onderling gepraat wordt. De meneer achter de gril (kijkt wat scheel) spant de kroon en is ronduit onbeleefd! Dit is voor mij een reden om hier niet meer te eten. Het personeel kan wel een cursus klantvriendelijkheid gebruiken….

Zeer vriendelijke service en lekkere grill gerechten. Ook voor de latere avonduren. Aanwinst voor Almere buiten.

Niks bijzonders, gewoon shoarma! Klantvriendelijkheid is ook niet hun sterkste punt.

The food is super good. They have the best kebab I have ever tasted. I have also tried their kebab pizza and broodjes!! They are very welcoming and take the time to help you choose the meal you want since the menu is so vast!

Had a very nice dinner. I ordered a calzone shoarma. It was a well sized and reasonable filled calzone. The only thing that raises a question is why the garlic sauce is not included with the calzone

Prijzen in het menu boekje kloppen niet met de prijzen op de display. Maar wel lekker gegeten en niet lang moeten wachten. Mijn dochter vond de pizza zeer lekker. Shoarma schotel was lekker, niet uitzonderlijk. De sausjes bij de schotel waren zeker een pluspunt.

Smaak van de spareribs was goed. Structuur was minder goed. En hoe de borden op mijn tafel werden gezet kon ook wel wat beter.

Erg vriendelijke personeel, altijd lekker eten! Jongen die de bestellingen afneemt is grote vriend van mijn zoontje geworden :) hygiënisch en je krijgt je eten op tijd.

They have so many choices of pizza, pasta and halal meat dishes. We visited there in a time where there were not many people. The staffs are very friendly and attended us quickly. The food were good and very generous portions. Too bad we weren’t able to finish because we were stuffed already. Will definitely go back to try the pizza offerings they have.

Ik heb net mijn bestelling geplaatst eten is lekker alleen de bezorger word boos omdat 1 min de deur bel niet hoor en gaat ook nog in discussie met mij dat vind ik niet kunnen als bezorger jij krijg je geld ik mijn eten .
