Pizzeria - Grillroom Samio in Wijk 00 Borne

The staff was not friendly. We find the delivery costs very high, especially when ordering €50 worth of food. Additionally, the employee on the phone was very pushy. He even started singing the Thuisbezorgd song because, according to him, we had to order via Thuisbezorgd. However, we are not very good at ordering online, so this came across as very annoying and unprofessional to us. Ultimately, we therefore decided to order elsewhere. We do not find this way of treating customers acceptable.

We called the place; our first interaction was reasonable. We tried to place an order for two Margherita pizzas. The gentleman told us that two pizzas costing 9 euros each cost 35 euros in total, including shipping. We told him that this was unacceptable, to which he responded that we should take a better look at the prices with our idiotic heads. This is, of course, not what we expect from a place like this. The prices online are the same as what we told him. He reacted very aggressively to this and started singing the Thuisbezorgd song. This is, of course, very strange. We did not agree with this, so we hung up. We then ordered via Thuisbezorgd (their own website was down). The food was cold and the boxes were broken. We ate the food, but it was obviously not as we had expected. In short, very rude and a strange interaction... we had a good laugh about the fact that he started singing the Thuisbezorgd song.

A new owner for a few months now, and we are absolutely thrilled. We have a place in Borne again where we can get delicious kapsalon döner. Now we don't have to go to Hengelo for that anymore ;-).

Things have gone downhill since Samio stopped coming. They don't understand Dutch as well. The food is worse. Sour peanut sauce. The pizza tasted past its sell-by date. I got sick the next day. I ordered other things. I had to throw everything away. €29 wasted money. I tried calling the manager, but he was rude.

The website is incorrect (old menu), resulting in the wrong order. After calling, it basically came down to it being my own fault. Not customer-friendly.

My husband and I ordered here and specified for a pizza that it shouldn't have egg or bell pepper on it because my husband is allergic to bell pepper. First, it took an hour for them to deliver it, but then they brought a pizza with bell pepper and egg. The pasta carbonara had barely any bacon in it and is quite heavy on the stomach.

Tastes reasonably good in itself. But the order is completely wrong, all sorts of things were forgotten, and if you call about it, you have to chase it up yourself to get what you actually paid for, and by then the food is cold. Picking it up yourself? Sold out on Thursday anyway... something else next time... Not recommended.

I went to the new owner of Samio, it was much tastier and the service was better too, definitely recommended

I order from here regularly, and the food always arrives hot and delicious. One time, it wasn't always good, but it wasn't resolved immediately due to the crowds. The next time, it was resolved well. I think the doner and shawarma pizzas are definitely in the top two in Borne.

Very sad. Forgotten pizzas and delivered almost cold food half an hour late.

We had a mozzarella pizza, but there was more pesto than mozzarella. The proportions were a shame, but it still tasted like pizza. The staff member spoke to us kindly. If it were a little cheaper, the price-quality ratio would be much better.

I had a mozzarella pizza, but I think it only had pesto on it, and the crust was tough and dry. I ate it right away, but to my surprise, it was cold. The pizza tasted like pizza, that's all. The guy was nice, and the food was ready way too quickly, which is why it was cold. €11.50 for the pizza is fine, but the quality was still too low. Conclusion: not recommended.

Excellent service and attention

There is a new owner but the same name has been kept. We ate a delicious dish, sandwiches and pizza. The company is family-run. Everything is super clean. Friendly with everyone. Top service and the food was delicious. Especially the prices are no longer available these days. We will definitely come and eat again

We were very disappointed with the food today and they were talking about it again!! it was as if many potatoes had been double fried, some very hard and others very greasy. It's a shame they no longer want it from Samio here....

Maybe today was busy But after the doner has been cut, it still needs to be baked. I think you forgot that Tried again yesterday Potatoes in the fryer for too long Pfffff

Best restaurant in Borne, very friendly staff, a very pleasant atmosphere, you can have a good chat with the people who work there and the food was delicious.

I recently ate here with my family. We had two pollo pasta dishes and a children's pizza margherita. There was nothing wrong with it and it tasted delicious. It was hot, and the pizza guy managed to turn on the air conditioning for us. We were treated kindly by a young man who served us. Nothing to complain about. Top-notch.

Name has been removed from the facade. New owner arguing with his staff. Man who is stressed and flying in all directions. Removes the schnitzel from the fryer with his fingers. Not my business anymore.

Chip food , owner like to safe money on everything . the edges of the pizza were about 7 cm .instead of a bun, regular pita bread from the oven .and in addition I asked for a receipt, I got a written price and a restaurant stamp on a piece of paper, I got up this morning and my stomach hurts. I do not recommend it, it is a mockery of the customer.

Tried to give it the benefit of the doubt at first, but what a worthless company... several times orders were incomplete or/and much too late. Today again order not complete after it arrived 40 minutes late and never delivered the remainder of the order.

Lahmacun was tasty, only the potato slices lacked the herbs and the garlic sauce was more watery than normal

Waiting 2 hours for order, it is not even complete. Shawarma sandwich without bun! Without potatoes and sauce, all forgotten. After calling, we had to wait another half hour. So food cold and dry. Will NEVER place an order here again.

Ate here for the first time today and certainly not my last time! The pizzas and dishes are highly recommended! Friendly and pleasant staff. I will definitely come here more often!

2 simple shawarma sandwiches take 2 hours to deliver and WITHOUT apologies. Previous order also went wrong. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered a döner box. Unfortunately, the box was almost only full of potatoes. The meat and cabbage were gone after 2 bites. Very disappointed.

Goed en ze hebben diverse soorten lekker eten.

Prima pizza's, eerlijk waar. Zelfs op pizzadag grote pizza's bomvol belegd. Aardige gasten tijdens het ophalen met oog voor mijn 2 zingende kindjes. Al met al zeer geslaagd! :)

Kwaliteit van het eten is goed. Hebben het in de zaak genuttigd. De zitplaatsen hebben de gezelligheid van een cafetaria. In de zaak een zeer informele sfeer en een komen en gaan van bezorgers. Dat laatste zegt iets over de klantenkring.

Pizza en schotel was heerlijk in jullie restaurant! Aardig personeel ook. Was mijn eerste keer en zeker niet de laatste.

Super goed eten en altijd vriendelijke bezorgers.

Wij eten hier regelmatig met echt veel lust, Samio ( de eigenaar ) zorgt altijd voor een feestje, hij is snel, en altijd top eten ! Je bent beste Samio

Na een tocht lopen een heerlijke pizza gegeten en de andere 5 personen hadden ook een lekkere maaltijd. Eerlijk is eerlijk sommige zaken hadden iets schoner gekund. Personeel was vriendelijk en we konden zelfs na sluitingstijd nog 20 minuten blijven zitten. Een aanrader hier in Borne.

Voor weinig geld, goed en veel eten. Vriendelijke en snelle service. Werd uitstekend rekening gehouden met allergieën.

Verrast in sfeer en smaak.. Met herinnering als dessert

Beste shoarma zaak in borne. Eigenaar is een super kerel gast vrij en vriendelijk. Goede prijs voor super goed eten.
