First of all: the ambiance is fantastic. If you're looking for Italian food in the right setting, this is the place. The perfect background music and attentive waiters transport you to "Little Italy" in true style. The selection of food and drinks is excellent, and the prices are reasonable for the location. Unfortunately, the pizza we ordered was only okay. Pre-packaged ham and raw peppers don't match the otherwise high-quality impression of the restaurant. Very dull knives further detract from the enjoyment of the meal. With a little more attention to detail, this place could be a definite recommendation.

Been there several times now. A really nice and affordable restaurant in the heart of Amsterdam. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff who welcome you with open arms. Today we even got a drink on the house, which was greatly appreciated. Until next time!!!

The food was terrible. We ordered carbonara and Margherita pizza, and both were very bad. The pizza was supermarket-quality, it was very obvious, and the carbonara pasta was sickeningly salty and tasted like plain milk. The bruschetta and calamari were acceptable. Very unimpressed, an experience not to be repeated.

On July 7, 2025, We had a delicious meal here after a long day in Amsterdam. The staff is friendly and happy to help. The food is varied and delicious. I love this place. Good home-cooked Italian food. Friendly staff. The price is fair, and the quality of the food was even higher than I expected. Get yourself a half carafe of wine, and share it over the delicious bread and olives. My children loved the food and the fish tank. We will be back :)

The food was okay, nothing special but still enjoyable. The atmosphere is casual, and the service was fine. Not the best Italian I've had, but it’s a reasonable choice if you're in the area and craving pasta or pizza.

Great food, great service, great location, all for great prices. Anyone can boil noodles, but not everyone can make pasta. Not only does this place serve great Italian dishes, they don't charge €20 a plate. The bread and garlic butter are very generous portions and perfect for sopping up extra sauce. The cappuccino and tiramisu was the perfect ending. I will definitely be back again!

It was our second Italian restaurant experience in Amsterdam. We were not satisfied with the first one. This place is quite satisfying. It was very delicious with chicken sauce, it came with a salad. Lasagna was legendary. Portions are very filling. It was very nice to be served bread, olives, garlic oil and parmesan beforehand. If I come again, Amsterdam is a place I would go to. Prices are in the 15-20 euro range.

I’m so sorry but this was so poor I had to write something to warn other visitors. The least authentic pizza I’ve had in a long time, very cheap ingredients and a hard crust. I’m sure they are even using cheddar instead of mozzarella. The decor is very dated but sometimes this can be endearing if the food is good, sadly not in this case. Very disappointing, save your money and go elsewhere. I hope they can improve in time.

This was literally the worst "pizza" I've ever eaten, if you could call it pizza. And I don't overuse the word 'literally'. The service was decent, but it's not a restaurant you want to go to.

Have eaten here twice with colleagues. Friendly staff, even to other guests who have never been there. However, the staff sometimes waits a little longer to decide whether or not to go to the table as soon as glasses start to run out. The food is excellent and freshly prepared. Clean seating area and even some tables outside on the terrace. You will spend approximately 30 euros per person for several drinks, a starter and a main course per person. So absolutely not expensive for the center of Amsterdam

The food here is decent not wow but good enough to eat. The spinach dish was my favourite although it lacked flavour you must add salt. I don’t remember what I ordered but I thought it was fish in white wine sauce but it turned out to be pork. I didn’t enjoy the flavour so much but maybe that’s just me. The potato’s were also very yummy and crunchy on the outside soft on the inside. The service is very friendly and quick and the atmosphere is nice and warm. A nice cozy stop if you’re in the area.

Das Essen ist nichts Herausragendes, sondern eher unterer Durchschnitt. Schade, dass das „Garlic Bread“ einfach Kräuterbutter-Aufbackbaguette mit einer Käsescheibe drauf ist, damit haben wir nicht gerechnet, eher Pizzabrot oder so in einer „authentic italian pizzeria“ 😅 Die Pizza war durchschnittlich, Nudeln mit Pesto waren mehr Sahnesoße als Pesto. Die Preise sind allerdings fair. Das Ambiente ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, die Kombination aus Deko und Musik hat teilweise einen leicht surrealen Eindruck gemacht 😬 Insgesamt würden wir eher nicht nochmal wiederkommen.

Ik kom hier al meer dan 10 jaar en het eten is echt hemels. Aanrader is de tiramisu die is echt van top kwaliteit vers gemaakt.

De pizzeria had een verrassende pizza pp het menu staan, namelijk een aspergepizza met ei en ham. Voortreffelijk wat een genot.

Pizzeria, bar y restaurante del pueblo. Pedimos un plato combinado y, aunque llevaba ensalada de acompañamiento, solo había limon y sal para aliñarlo. Las patatas fritas congeladas, pero nos pusieron una mantequilla con finas hierbas mientras esperabamos. El local estaba casi vacio, otra mesa y nosotros, pero esperamos bastante para cenar.
