Had the delicious kapsalon crunchy chicken tonight, highly recommended!! Friendly staff, cool owner, and good quality!

Unfriendly bunch of customers, bad service, not being heard, poor quality pizzas with little taste, were also slightly burnt, delivery was way too late, by then we had lost our appetite. Never coming here again.

Paid for the first time today. Kapsalon grilled chicken smoky BBQ. It was delicious. And what a friendly delivery driver. Great!

I was quite shocked by my experience at Potenza today. I had ordered food online and it was supposed to be delivered at 4:00 PM. At 4:00 PM, I received an email saying the food wouldn't be delivered until 4:45 PM, but at 4:45 PM it still hadn't arrived... Eventually, at 5:00 PM, we were finally able to sit down at the table. We had ordered extra pineapple and extra salami on a pizza, for which we paid an extra 2 euros. We hadn't received these. Now, that isn't such a huge disaster. We had called politely for a suitable solution. We were told that we could send a Tikki payment request and that we would be called back shortly, because the place was quite busy. All well and good, but 4 hours later we still hadn't been called back, even though closing time had already passed. In the meantime, he did take the time to record a video and post it on Facebook, because someone had ordered 8 pizzas and he was now stuck with them. Which is obviously very annoying, but personally, I don't think it's professional to call the people who placed that order jerks on social media. Personally, I don't think that's very polite and it doesn't exactly create a good image for your business. Because we hadn't been called by closing time, we decided to post a review on the site, as we were asked to do so in the email. We then wrote an honest review, which is exactly what is stated here: the food arrived late and we were missing toppings. Subsequently, an agreement was made that he would call back, which was not kept. He then took the time to read through this honest review and sent a voice message that was anything but friendly, in which he essentially asked us (his customer who has ordered from him often) to order somewhere else from now on! We were quite shocked by this because we had spoken nothing but the truth! He said we were snapping at him, while we had simply listed the facts. In the end, we were allowed to send the payment request. It is a shame, though, that you had to post the review first if you wanted to receive a message at all. Incidentally, there are only positive reviews on the website because the negative ones are naturally not posted. But yes, his reaction came across as quite aggressive to us, and this immediately ruined the service and atmosphere for us forever. Customers certainly aren't number 1 here, because it's fine if you make a mistake. Everyone is human, it can happen, but make sure you resolve it properly, on time, and appropriately so that you actually retain your loyal customers, and don't literally tell them that you'd rather they never order from you again because of a mistake you made yourself, and then get angry when we answer the question: what did you think of Potenza? I hope you don't treat all your customers like that, because you won't have much left...

I ordered Turkish pizza and the prawn pasta. Both were of good quality. The pizza wasn't dry like most. Well-filled. I think the sauce should be included, but it's served separately. A good bite. The pasta was deliciously creamy, and the prawns were well-seasoned. A good bite, and if you're not a big eater, it's easy to share.

Never again. The food was fine, but we waited three hours for it, and there was no communication whatsoever. So, never again for us. It's a shame, because it used to be our favorite.

I ordered twice this week because I was late for work and really didn't want to cook anymore... But so far, the customer service has always been friendly and the food is delicious. 😁 5 stars well deserved.

Bad service, they forget the sauce and then you get a reheated Turkish pizza for 10 euros 🤣 never again Potenza! :)

Passionate owner who knows his stuff. He makes excellent pizzas (haven't tried the rest yet). The dough is great, so the base is fantastic, as is the tomato sauce. Toppings are a choice, but they're all very good and fresh. Highly recommended for a good pizza with Italian roots and international toppings.

I ordered two calzone pizzas from you for the first time today. They were wonderfully fresh and so delicious. I'd never had them like this before... They even had a strawberry milkshake. It was a real treat. Definitely recommended 👌😃.

Smash Burger tasted bad, there was hair in the food and the food tasted bad overall

There are only a few tables. Super delicious pizza, super thin crust, and incredibly crispy. For us, it's one of the best pizzas ever! More than 5 stars!

After a day at Walibi, we found this pizzeria nearby. Even though it was incredibly busy, we were allowed to eat inside. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. The pizzas were exceptionally delicious. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

We just came from Walibi and were in the mood for pizza. That's how we ended up here and what luck! The pizza was really the best we have ever eaten: crispy base, rich toppings and you can just taste that it was made with love. Friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. We will definitely come back!

Had a great meal here, I'm not from the area but I went here to eat a pasta carbonara. You get a large plate with a delicious, richly filled pasta of excellent quality, the color, taste and thickness of the sauce was also excellent, high-quality restaurant food. The chef and staff are also very friendly and hospitable. If I'm in the area I will definitely come back.

I don't know who delivers the food. But he can get his driver's license again!!! Downright aggressive driving!!! Tailgating and lots of speeding! Really antisocial!! This is really not possible and, in my opinion, a missed opportunity.

Bad service. Delivery much too late. Pizzas slightly black. Completely wrong pizza delivered. Ordered a tuna pizza and there was no tuna on it. Call you, make everything difficult. The two pizzas were tasty The frikandel was placed completely loose in the bag and not wrapped at all, so the frikandel was already lukewarm/cold. Not really hygienic, otherwise the pita bread was wrapped? Furthermore, the delivery time was very long, which is understandable.

Ik bestel er vaker, want eten is van prima kwaliteit. Alleen vandaag mistte er wat bij de bestelling. Netjes opgelost door de eigenaar, die het missende eten zelf persoonlijk kwam brengen.

Al 4x wezen eten bij potenza, en zeer tevreden over deze zaak. Heerlijk eten (vooral de pasta's en spareribs ;) deze zijn zeker een aanrader) en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Als je daar komt eten word je hartelijk ontvangen en een super fijne sfeer met een gezellig praatje tussendoor. Wij als gezin zijn heel erg blij met de komst van deze fantastische zaak. Als iemand wilt weten of ik de waarheid spreekt, zou ik zeggen.. ga hier zeker een keer heen om lekker uit eten te gaan!! Voor ons een dikke 10.

Heerlijke pizza's en goed belegd. Als toetje de cheesecake uitgeprobeerd, super romig! Die wordt zeker vaker besteld :)

Voor het eerst spareribs besteld (en per ongeluk een maaltijdsalade meegeleverd gekregen ). Op hetzelfde niveau als jullie pizza's. Geweldig. Sparerib Express ziet ons niet meer terug. Ook de salade helemaal prima. 5 dik verdiende sterren.

Klantvriendelijk! Goede, rijk belegde en zeer smaakvolle pizza's. De pizza heeft een dunne knapperige bodem die niet zompig is ondanks het vele beleg op de pizza. Er werd tevens creatief meegedacht, we bestelden een gerecht dat een pasta bleek te zijn ipv een pizza maar die kon ook als pizza worden gemaakt (spinazie / roomkaas), die was zeer lekker en wellicht een goede aanvulling voor de kaart, die met 34 pizzas voldoende keuze mogelijkheden geeft.

Smakelijke pizza. Goed belegd. Vlees goed gekruid. Nette zaak schoon en vriendelijk personeel. 1000 keer beter dan amolo.. Goede keuze gemaakt en ga zo door.

Vandaag heb ik een pizza calzone salmone besteld. Potenza heeft deze speciaal voor mij gemaakt. (Staat niet op de kaart) de pizza was heerlijk. Een ondernemer met hart voor de zaak!

gistern avond heerlijke pizza gehad en met de nieuwe verse zelfgemaakte tomatensaus was het een genot om deze pizza te eten wij hebben enorm genoten

Geïnformeerd dat het iets later wordt vanwege uitglijden bezorger. 30 minuten later de bestelling opnieuw vers gemaakt en als compensatie iets te drinken en een toetje erbij. Uurtje later gebeld door medewerker hoe het heeft gesmaakt. Bovenverwachting en het smaakte heerlijk. Bedankt.

Lekkere pizza's. 2 keer afgehaald, gaat vaker gebeuren.

Pizza was erg goed. Bezorging optijd. Prijs is ook netjes maar de "Mixed Grill schotel Speciale" deze rook een beetje raar. Ook stond erbij "doner kip. Shoarma. Paprika en ui" maar er zitten dus ook champignons in (en hier ben ik allergies voor). Mn vrouw at er wel wat van maar vertrouwde de geur niet echt. Bij saus kiezen was multiselect. Neem aan dat dit niet de bedoeling is. Maar wel alle sausjes gewoon geleverd dus dat is wel tof. Alleen jammer van de "Mixed Grill schotel Speciale" schotel dus Edit: eigenaar heeft de "Mixed Grill schotel Speciale" nogmaals geleverd de dag erna. Schotel bestaat uit een grote bak met vlees. En een zak patat + salade. Alles smaakte goed. Zeker aan te raden.
