Top service, mistake on my part when ordering Kapsalon and Pizza Shoarma. I was supposed to call to ask if it was lamb or pork, but I forgot until I received the order. Then I remembered that I had to call to ask, but I called anyway and was told that it wasn't lamb. They were so kind that they didn't make me order again and I was allowed to choose a new menu at their own expense. Really top notch! I eat there often or order, but I never ordered shoarma; I ordered by chance just once and they were so friendly that they provided top service. Always had a delicious meal at Prego. Respect for these people in the shop; it is to be expected of the staff in the same way that they are friendly and offer top service.

I order regularly, but now I'm completely done with it. Order a large shawarma sandwich for 9.50, and what do you get? A small aluminum tray of shawarma with garlic sauce, no vegetables, and a small, dry pita bread. When you order from them on the website, you see an image of a large, crispy bun filled to the brim with shawarma and vegetables on top—oh, it looks like a picture. But the reality is crap, and for that price. Well, this was really the last time, because oh oh oh, you sell beautiful mountains on the fake site, but in reality, you're just getting ripped off.

Prego has the best kapsalon in Nijmegen, but this time he ended up with severe food poisoning! And that after 5 bites.. really bad.

I had ordered a large kapsalon for lunch. They thought I was Obelix. Big is indeed big. Anyway, if you don't deliver my order completely, then this was the last time.

It has been a long time since I ate such terrible fries. This is not what we are used to from you. 1. It looked like old, tough fries. 2. There was very little in the container. 3. Fries without cost €3. I had 'war fries', €4.50. So you are charging €1.50 for a bit of mayonnaise and some satay sauce? 4. The price lists listed here with the menu haven't been correct for a long time. What a shame...

We ended up at this place for our colleagues' birthday lunch. The response was enthusiastic, and they helped us figure out how to arrange this within our available budget. The result: The lunch was a great success, with delicious pizzas that were already sliced ​​for our convenience. And what makes this pizzeria special: the meat is halal and kosher. Highly recommended, even if you don't need catering but are in the mood for a tasty snack yourself.

I don't know what they do with the kapsalons here, but I think they have by far the best kapsalons in the Netherlands. They have everything they need, and the flavor is excellent. It's always a disappointing experience when I try a different snack bar, and I long for the taste of the prego again.

Very tasty food. They even have lemons for the true Turkish pizza lovers among us. Nobody has fresh lemons anymore. Everything is very nice and clean. Everyone who works there is very friendly. Since 2018, I've been greeted warmly by everyone. If you want to eat inside, there are some less comfortable chairs at the entrance. But if you walk through the door to the back overlooking the Leuvensbroek shopping center parking lot, there are very comfortable benches. Good service. Eating inside is also definitely rewarding with the service and the sparkling clean cutlery. I've been coming here for years and can honestly say they have the best lahmacun and chicken doner (I really love chicken doner; it's a whole new experience). You can also get chicken doner in a lahmacun (Turkish pizza), which is also delicious instead of durum. A bit more expensive, but very rewarding. So much tuna on a tuna pizza that you can tell they use a bigger can than other places. The shawarma on the pizza is delicious and plentiful. When I ask for extra onion on my fries or pizza, they're never stingy. The service is great. The staff recognize everyone. They greet everyone. Even the chef and the owners chat with me, asking how I'm doing and so on. That happens because they're so friendly and I'm a Turkish pizza addict. Of course. With lemon. Which is possible here. Other places usually don't. A very good place. It deserves a full 5 stars. A pat on the back to everyone who works here. :>

Unfortunately because it is the only cafeteria in the area and I have been coming there for years, because other cafeterias are just too far to get a quick bite. Things often go wrong with an order and you shouldn't expect any apologies from those young people. The girl behind the cash register was very rude the other day, as a customer I pointed out that she could be a little friendlier. The dish I received seemed as if something had been done with it, because it tasted very strange. I don't understand why they let such lazy people serve customers. I am a regular loyal customer, purely for the quick bite, but certainly not for the service, a real drama. There are only a few good guys behind the counter who understand it, the rest had better find work that suits them better.

Unfortunately, an order that is incorrect for the 5th time. You always miss part of your order. Now again the fries that come with a shawarma dish. Either you miss the snacks, or the salad.... The last 5 orders were all incomplete. Then you call and they still don't understand why you're calling. Eventually it will be delivered, but then the rest has already cooled down. It is always indicated that it is busy, that is possible, but even then you must deliver the complete order. It doesn't even matter whether you have it delivered or pick it up yourself. It was the last time for us. We no longer order or collect from here.

Me and my colleagues came here every week, especially for the greasy bite on Friday. But being told off and having loyal customers simply pay 1 euro for a bowl of sauce is a shame.

I recently moved to Swan Field, so I was looking for a good cafeteria. After trying a few in the area, I ended up at Prego. I can say that my search has come to an end and I finally found a good one. I ordered a large Kapsalon shawarma because in my old neighborhood I was used to it being just enough, but this size could feed the entire street. Also brought along a super war and that was also fine. Fries perfectly cooked satay sauce is tasty and the frikandel well cooked (no dry breadstick). I wanted to give them another chance tonight because I think it's commendable that the owner responds to reviews, even the bad ones (and therefore takes complaints seriously). Ordered large fries last Saturday, came home and received small ones. Ordered special fries and frikadel special for dinner today. I heard the owner be very unfriendly towards the staff. My fries are then wrapped up on the counter, say something, the owner's mouth was loud and he indicated that I was not allowed to come in anymore. That long owner is really terrible, there are 2 owners, the small one is very customer friendly, the long one is terrible.
