I have been waiting 1.5 hours for my food. I only ordered 2 poke buns and saw on the app that they were on their way half an hour before I called them. Eventually, I called them and all I got was a lot of backtalk about me just having to wait for my food, this and that, and they kept saying it! Terrible to listen to. While you try to call politely to ask where it is, that's what you get back.

We ordered 2 poke bowls here more than an hour ago. We called to ask where the food was. The man kept repeating that we “just have to wait”. Not very friendly.

Ordered here for the second time. The large poke bowls are a good size. Something went wrong, but after contacting them, it was immediately resolved in a helpful manner. Some extra toppings are a bit pricey. Otherwise, very tasty and offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it!

I order here regularly and it is always a 10/10. The food is always fresh, delicious, and of good quality. Once, there was a little too little sauce with my order. After I contacted them, they even brought extra sauce. That wasn't necessary at all, but I thought it was incredibly sweet. The service is truly amazing and the staff is always friendly. I will definitely keep ordering here and can recommend it to everyone!

Placed an order (2 hours in advance), clearly indicated that we had a break to eat at 7:00 PM, it arrived 30 minutes late, no sorry, no apologies, but a lot of abuse from the delivery person right in the middle of the restaurant because my colleagues and I indicated that we didn't appreciate it. Never again!!

The food was supposed to be there at 7:00 PM due to my break at work, but then it didn't arrive until half an hour later and the service was super unfriendly on top of that. Never again for me!

Delicious poké bowls, it's just a shame that they have been running late lately, and when you call they say 15-20 minutes and that is completely wrong.

I had driven past this place a few times, but had never ordered anything. Today I was hungry and thought: let me just give it a try. I absolutely do not regret it! From the moment I walked in, the service was amazing. I was helped very kindly and respectfully and even addressed formally, which I really appreciated. The staff took the time to answer my questions and gave honest advice. I mentioned that I am actually not a fan of poké bowls, because I had always heard that everything is cold. They calmly explained that the rice is still warm and that the crispy chicken is served hot. On their recommendation, I chose the large crispy chicken poké bowl and let myself be surprised by the standard vegetables. And wow… what a portion! The bowl was absolutely packed. But most importantly: it was incredibly tasty. Truly one of the best meals I have eaten in a long time. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and the combination of ingredients was just perfect. For me, they undoubtedly deserve the highest rating. Great service, friendly staff, a generous portion, and above all, fantastic food. I will definitely be back here!!

Food quality that is worth the money. Delivery is a bit iffy at times because for whatever reason the address is always listed wrong on their GPS. So delivery takes a bit longer, but they are always kind and generous.

Okay, new review. In my previous one from half an hour ago, I said that my ordered sushi hadn't been delivered.... But now I have received it after all. I was called and told that the wrong sushi was going to be delivered and that the correct one would still be delivered. It was busy, so it could take an hour. It took a little longer than an hour, but it has been delivered. GREAT, thanks.

I was looking for an alternative to Poke Bowl Hawai, which I usually enjoy. When I arrived, unfortunately, I could only conclude that a whole lot of (probably) fake reviews were artificially boosting the score. The tofu was very unappetizing. It was a tough substance, and if you had told me it had been sitting in the corner of the kitchen for a week, I would have believed it. I ate it reluctantly, fearing food poisoning. Furthermore, an item was missing from my poke bowl. It certainly wasn't worth the 16 euros (pp). After waiting for about half an hour, they fortunately arrived just in time so I could still catch my train.

After my evening shift, I was in the mood for something tasty. I ordered a delicious custom-made poke bowl. It was delivered within 45 minutes and the taste was truly perfect. Highly recommended! Still good even late at night.

A truly fantastic experience! The atmosphere is relaxed, the service is fast and professional, and the staff are incredibly polite and respectful. The dishes were delicious and clearly prepared with great care; every detail demonstrates their attention to quality. The service was absolutely fantastic.

I tried this food once, but it didn't live up to my expectations. It was rather disgusting and not tasty at all.

I hesitated to order after reading all the reviews, but I did the poke bowl with salmon, it was fine, the rice was a bit old, otherwise it was well filled and the delivery person arrived within 30 minutes, so right on time.

He is inedible and you can never solve problems with these people, he just wants to keep talking he doesn't even deserve a steer

We had to wait a long time for our food. I ordered the grilled salmon poke bowl and only received four small, burnt pieces. It's a shame we won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered at 6:18 PM, supposed to be delivered at 7:20 PM. I called around 7:45 PM and they said they'd be there in fifteen minutes. I didn't receive my food until 8:25 PM, but I did receive two cans of drink. To my surprise, I also received the wrong sauce... chili sauce instead of wasabi mayo. I called again, but they couldn't bring me the right sauce. It's a shame it took so long and they even gave me chili sauce. The food was otherwise fine, but I won't be ordering from here again anytime soon.

It took 75 minutes before I got my order and then there was an item missing! Really ridiculous. Waiting for a long time and then getting an incomplete order. Fries were limp and mango in the poke bowl was far from ripe! Food was also not really tasty and certainly not for that price. Of course I called the restaurant and they would deliver it as 'quickly' as possible. 2 hours after ordering my order was still not complete. I will never order here again. Be warned and just order somewhere else. There are enough other restaurants in Apeldoorn that sell the same thing. Tried it once but never again!

I just ordered food from you, it was unpalatable, the shrimp were wet instead of crispy and everything smelled like salmon. I threw up from the smell, it was so overpowering, a waste of money. Never again and will never recommend it to you, damn it, I've never eaten such a bad meal in my entire life

Always good food and good service! Something minor went wrong with the order, but they let us know and it was resolved very quickly. The employee went to great lengths to take the order to the correct floor at work.

Food poisoning!! I ordered a poke bowl with shrimp and crispy salmon here. Very small piece of salmon, hard and dried out (see photo). Something in the bowl smelled strange and after the shrimp also tasted different and the rest was not tasty, I threw it away. Then I was very ill for two days, I will spare the details. Haven't been this sick in years. However, PokebowlKing does not want to refund me or even offer me any compensation, because according to them the food was okay. Worthless.

Healthy food and very tasty because it is Asian food

Ordered food via home delivery on December 9. Food is delicious, only cooked spicy salmon tastes like mackerel. Called about this, but the young man in question did not speak Dutch well enough to understand what the problem was.

After several attempts we did not receive the correct order. We received an order from someone else. This can happen once of course. We called about this and were told that this was correct and that they would solve it. Half an hour later the delivery person was at the door to ask what was wrong and that they would bring the correct one in 10 minutes. We then received a bag with still not the correct order. We called again about this and they told us that we had received the correct one, while the wrong one was still in front of us. We asked if this could be resolved, but we received no cooperation and were simply hung up on twice. Unfortunately bad service

This was a ridiculous experience. If you like dry, bland poke bowls with a gross sauce, and most of it is just cucumbers - then feel free to eat here. However that was not exactly to my liking to put it lightly. Food quality aside - the delivery and service was somehow even worse. If I could place a rating of 0 - I would.

Nice owners, picked up a delicious poke bowl twice and both times received something extra, such as a bottle of water during the warm weather.

Went by today to get a pokebowl, the staff was very friendly and offered us chicken to taste. We were with a number of children, the children offered them lollipops, which the children really enjoyed. Pokebowl was also tasty and overall a pleasant experience! Thank you!

The poke bowls here are the best ever and the really sweet staff work here. Also the owner, these are really people who do their work with love, which is why we will always remain regular customers. We get poke bowls here every week and we will remain regular customers forever

What a crappy company. First we get a call that the chef is sick, we initially had to pay 14.70 for a poke bowl and sushi, but the chef was sick so sushi could not be made. Well, no sushi then, then we suddenly had to pay 17 euros for delivery while the sushi had been removed. This had to do with an Uber Eats deal... 14.70 - sushi = 17 euros? The delivery person arrives to pay, so I respond that we are not going to pay for less, more. He leans against my car while he is on the phone with his employer without apologies or anything after we indicate whether he does not want to do that. Very indifferent and difficult to understand, he indicates that he has no change with him, while we don't know what to pay now that the sushi has been removed. Never again for us!

We initially wanted to pick up at Poké Poké, but we were already in the city and this was closer. What lovely employees! We even received guidance with the ordering kiosk, which was good because it didn't work very well because it sometimes faltered. But we could just order normally. While waiting we got a piece of chicken with siracha sauce and sesame sauce... delicious! The poke bowls were very well filled!! They are absolutely not economical, we can say that and it was delicious..! We will definitely come back.

The order arrived an hour after the requested time, even though I ordered an hour and a half in advance. 20 minutes after the food was supposed to arrive, I called to ask where the food was? 'the delivery man is on his way, he will be there in five minutes'. Ten minutes later I get a call from another employee. The food would be here in fifteen minutes now. That fifteen minutes also turned into half an hour. It can be busy and I have no problem waiting, but if you give a time, you do it for a reason. If you are unable to deliver, communicate. And not 30 minutes after the actual delivery time. The food was also nothing to write home about. The falafel and tofu were extremely dry. The tofu was even slightly crispy, so dry. On the other hand, the mini spring rolls were soggy and limp. Furthermore, dressing doesn't seem to be a well-known concept here. Unfortunately, no more Poke bowl king for me.

Delicious spring rolls and the bread for the burgers was also nice and fresh. In addition, the staff were hospitable! This is my second time here and I have no regrets.

We actually wanted to go to Poke Poke to get a bowl, but it was closed on Tuesday. So a quick search and we ended up here. Not really set up for collectors (I think mainly deliveries), the pin didn't work (had to pay with a tap), and the ordering column didn't work either, so we had to watch the employee's screen, but the service and cordiality of the owner and staff were really exceptionally good. We were with our son (2.5 years old) and he got a lollipop while waiting, and a piece of fried chicken, and they responded very nicely to him. Even we got a fried chicken leg while waiting with some sriracha mayonnaise. What an incredibly hospitable owner, many can learn something from him. The pokebowl itself was very well filled and very tasty. Slightly less rice than with poke poke, but therefore much more toppings! I really liked the bowl! Really nice people and delicious food. If you are reading this, thank you. Thank you for the great food and service.

Really dramatic. Waited a total of 3.5 hours for my order. At first my colleagues' poke bowls were delivered, but mine were not. After calling about this, unfortunately no progress was made at all. I was called an hour later to say that the rice had run out, and I was also told that it would be there within 10-15 minutes. This turned into 90-100 minutes. I recommend that you do not order here.

After many poke bowls I ended up with this company. Never had such a disgusting pokebowl before! It was upside down in the bag and ingredients were wrong. And as a bonus, a stomach ache. Do not order here!

Pricy / inconsistent delivery time

Picked up spicy shiso salmon. For the 1st time I ate pokébowl based on Bulgur. I've eaten poke bowl everywhere, it's something different. For €15 per portion, with lots of pineapple and cucumbers in it and then I suffered from intestinal problems, it is unfortunately not worth it. Such a pity

Have ordered here several times and always to your satisfaction. But this time, a delivery person showed up at my door 45 minutes late, handing over a bag with my food that looked like someone had run over it. When I said something about it, I got an "is good is good" and I thought I would approach them myself. They have no email address and they do not answer the telephone. It's a real shame, the bowls are usually good, but this experience ensures that I will not order from them again.
