Delicious sushi to take away or have delivered. The staff is very friendly, highly recommended, and reasonably priced.

Used to be my favorite sushi place. The quality has really deteriorated lately. It didn't seem fresh, but rather like it came straight from the refrigerator. The delivery was good, but complaints are ignored. I'll order from somewhere else next time.

If you're going to order food, do it somewhere else. I don't judge by one experience, but it's always disappointing here. The gyoza are fried instead of baked and then steamed, as they should be. The fried noodles with tenderloin pieces were very good the first time. The second time, the meat was burnt and tough. The last time, I even got a completely different dish, with pork. Unfortunately, they don't respond to complaints, so I won't be ordering from them again.

Ronny thought he could get a free meal with some prestige and attitude, but this sushi is inedible, so avoid this place.

We order here a few times a year, normally always satisfied. This time the bag got wet so it tore on delivery and the contents were on the floor. This can happen sometimes. Normally we never complain. This time we called and explained what had happened. A little later they were at the door after seeing the torn bag we got the damaged products new with apologies. Good that there are still companies that treat their guests properly.

We always ordered from you, but not anymore from today. How very bad. Everything has almost the same taste. Crispy chicken was not crispy, hot snacks cold. No chopsticks, no soy sauce and not available by phone.

We have been getting sushi at Sakura for years and recently drove 50 km for it because we live outside Apeldoorn. Today we had a major disappointment, the sashimi was not fresh and cut much too coarsely. We had to cut them into pieces ourselves. In addition, the sushi had a very bland taste. A waste of the 55 euros we paid. For the next time looking for a sushi bar near us

It was, in a word, “delicious”. Eating sushi remains quite pricey, but it was worth it, excellent quality. Delivery person was friendly and on time. Recommended.

Waited 1.5 hours for the order. Tasteless, dry and clearly used old frying fat. Bah! Never again....

Once never again. Truly the worst sushi I have ever eaten. All crunchy rolls were not crunchy, but super tough and dry. I had to eat so much soy sauce with it that I could still taste some of the flavors. I am not exaggerating. The beef roll was also extremely dry. Spent a good 60 euros for nothing and throwing away food. Shame.

We occasionally order Sushi and then often but this company. I read quite a few negative reviews, but we don't recognize them at all. Actually always delivered on time, super tasty and fresh and for a fair price. We are and remain customers and have no reason to think otherwise!!

I order here very often and today it was delicious as always! Ordered on the site and received a free can of coke. Everything is also halal! Super! Even got extra sushi to enjoy. They looked carefully at the comments because because of the pregnancy I am not allowed to do everything. Really great. See you again soon! :)

After a long time and several emails with a discount, I ordered something from you again today. Last time I also had a complaint about the tenderloin roll. Now, however, I am almost choking on my food because the salmon has not been properly checked for bones. See picture. This and the fact that the food is delivered half an hour early has convinced me not to place an order with you anymore.

I strongly discourage anyone from ordering food here! I had to wait a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes for my food. After waiting an hour I decided to call and was told it would take another 10 minutes. After waiting another 45 minutes, I called again. 'The food is on its way and should be available at any moment', after which I had to wait another 45 minutes. Once again, I strongly discourage anyone from ordering food here.

Ordered for the first time to try something different, but also the last time. Picked it up and I didn't think it looked very clean in the payment area. Fat ATM and cash register. Dusty TV. When we got home we received some of the wrong sushi. Called and it was delivered quickly, but first we received a bag from another customer, so it didn't go well again. Sushi had a very bland taste, the chicken could just as easily have been shrimp and vice versa. Beef is very tough and no taste. We stick to our trusted sushi from someone else.

The sushi is delicious, really prepared with taste. And the best part is you can still save for a discount.

Now one of my favorite delivery restaurants. Delicious food and delivery is a lot better than a few months ago. 👍🏻

Great care was taken after there was a problem with home delivery. They took my call seriously, concluded that something had gone wrong, but they still received my order within 30 minutes! Also delicious food. Chapeau for the customer friendliness and quality!!

Delicious sushi and delivered on time

After two previous orders that were very tasty, the last order was absolutely terrible. The website appeared to have been updated, but after receiving the order we thought we had ordered from the wrong person. The soy sauce was terribly salty. Fortunately, we still had a bottle in the refrigerator. The sushi all tasted good. And even the fried dishes were not successful; Bland and no taste. All in all it didn't look neat. The dishes each seemed to come from a different kitchen. So disappointing that we will no longer order from here. :-(

I really wanted to leave a bad review, the waiting time for delivery is a bit long. But the sushi is really delicious, well filled and lots of it. Hot dishes arrived hot and, in my opinion, much tastier than the competitor. Nice staff, good help on the phone. I am positively surprised by the quality of the sushi, I will order here more often!

Previously I was super satisfied, clean restaurant, food ready on time and faultless. However, something has changed in recent times. The sesame balls were missing and this was very difficult to do (never 'complained' before. I was able to pick them up with a lot of difficulty, they didn't seem to believe me. When I get there, they are cold and tough. They probably forgot to put them in the bag). and no effort was made to re-make or reheat them. Today I gave it another chance and unfortunately the food was 15 minutes late (take-out).

Food is great, very fast delivery! Fastest time was within 10 minutes. If you order on the site you will also receive a free can of soft drink. I can really recommend this place to everyone :)

Delivery was very fast and sushi was tasty, but it was falling apart and the sushi pieces were too big.

Never had such disgusting sushi as here. Didn't taste good at all. As if it had been in the refrigerator for days. Not fresh at all!! Raw slices of Tuna that looked brown, the meat.. chicken and beef was dry and tough and also tasted old. There was also a dish missing that still had to be delivered. Never again!

If everything was complete a 5! However, no chopsticks, no mayonnaise, no soy sauce and no sauce for the spring rolls :(

Was told on the phone that delivery time would be 45 to 60 minutes, fine for a Tuesday evening. Unfortunately only delivered after more than 2 hours. No more Sakura sushi for me. Sushi itself is fine, it definitely tastes fresh. Not necessarily special.

The sushi itself is quite good and nothing to complain about. But if you want to receive your order on time, you shouldn't be here, receiving an order an hour and a half late twice in a row.

I placed an order via Uber Eats and after an hour and a half I was told via the app and a phone call from an Uber Eats employee that Sakura was unable to deliver my order. So I think it is scandalous that you make a customer wait so long while you are not going to deliver. Fortunately, nothing else was debited as the payment was reserved via PayPal. I will never order from here again.

Food is good, but the takeaway is not up to scratch, really out of the way and not really neat, a bit old and therefore a dingy appearance. On the other hand, the food is again excellent

Food was great, unfortunately no delivery according to the stated delivery time, more than 30 minutes later! We had a dinner at home with 8 people: 4 had sushi (delivered when the other guests had almost finished their food) and 4 had Greek food (delivered perfectly at 6 p.m.)

It took a very long time before we got our food. When I called to ask where my food was, they indicated it was very busy (this was on a Tuesday evening). The hot food we ordered was cold. The sushi was quite tasty, but I don't think we will order from here again.

Never experienced such poor delivery service as with this company. I have now been waiting for my food for 2.5 hours. Called 5 times and was told 4 times that the food was being packed and would be there within 5 minutes. So that was already 45 minutes ago. This was the first and last time I order from here, so not recommended at all.

Sushi itself is quite good. But I'll never get any again. We waited more than 2 hours for it to arrive. I see many more reviews here that say it takes so long and that it is too busy. Maybe they should do something about the planning so that you get your food on time instead of always having to wait a while after the agreed time. Worthless if you make an appointment like this and they don't show up at the agreed time.

Monthly box is highly recommended, lots of variety with original pieces of sushi!

In principle I never have anything to complain about Sakura, it is always tasty and affordable, the only downside is that it sometimes takes longer before you get it. Today, however, was a disaster. We ordered, and 2 things were missing from our order, namely 6 kappa maki and 4 ebi fry roll pieces. I called and it would be delivered later. A little later the delivery person was at the door and we only received the kappa maki. I called again and my ebi fry roll would be delivered again. The delivery man was at the door again, slightly hungover. Instead of 4 ebi fry roll pieces, I received 4 tempura ebi roll pieces. In addition, everything was a bit messy and the avocado in our avocado maki was quite brown. A bad day for Sakura, unfortunately.

The sushi is delicious, of good quality. Too bad they can't seem to get the delivery done. I see the same complaint in many reviews, always delivered much too late, 45 minutes extra is very normal.

TOP CLASS FROM SAKURA. Ordered today from Sakura. The delivery person came to the door and apologized for the torn bag and the leak that had occurred. It could happen, I said, less than 10 minutes later the phone rang and the delivery person had politely reported that his order had not been delivered properly. The person I spoke to on the phone said he wanted to make this right. A while later a delivery person is at the door again with an extra package of sushi... THIS IS WHAT I CALL REAL CUSTOMER LOVE, SAKURA TOP ORGANIZED. Recommendation of a big 10👍

Yesterday (Thursday) I placed an order for 2 x boxes of the month. Was delivered about 2 hours later. The delivery person apologized, but even though it arrived much too late, the diet coke was still missing. Where work is being done, mistakes are made, but this is a shame! 😭

Placed an order today for 1 sushi of the month, 1 teriyaki steak and 1 shrimp roll. After waiting a while they finally delivered it. When we looked at our order we discovered that we had only received 4 rolls of steak instead of 8 that we paid for (€9.75). After calling, it turned out that they were closed and they no longer showed what we had ordered in the cash register! We were finally offered to have it delivered tomorrow, but we wonder whether this will actually happen

Sushi bar with very good quality. Sometimes there is a (long) wait for pick-up, even if you order by telephone in advance. Delivery in Apeldoorn also at home.

Ordered at 5:38 pm. Get a message that they deliver around 6:25 PM. Then at 5:58 PM an email that the order has been shipped. And then just wait. At 6:40 PM the delivery finally arrives. Spent more than 40 minutes on the road for a distance that should be covered in about 10 minutes by car. Delivery lady indicated that she still had 3 addresses. So food had taken a long time to arrive and it was noticeable. Hot food becomes a lukewarm bite.

Ridiculously long ordering time; I called about it, was brushed off with a bit of a laugh by a lady who spoke little Dutch and was quite insulted by this... I will never order from here again...

The focus here is clearly on good quality food. Much tastier, purer and fresher than in an all you cat eat concept, too bad you can only pick up/delivery. Lots of choice of sushi with a crispy or crunchy bite (tip for something different: the Tamag crunch roll!). I have been a customer for a long time and recognize that delivery has taken a little longer lately, but I simply order earlier in the day and then choose the time, it works great! It's a shame that they get slightly worse reviews because of this, because they don't compromise on quality at all.

It was always delicious until I saw a mouse walking around. The employees knew about this. And they solved this by placing a plank in front of the toilet door. Very dirty!

Delivery took more than 1.5 times as long as indicated in the order confirmation. When you call, you only hear: 'we are busy that's why the sushi is later'. After a lot of asking, you hear that according to them the sushi is actually on its way, which I highly doubt because it took more than half an hour afterwards. This is a recurring issue with Sakura. The sushi is also of varying quality, this time it was good, but next time I will definitely order somewhere else....

Quite a disappointment. Everything was cold because the delivery person couldn't find my address (which is really not difficult if you just drive down the street). I also got fried shrimp instead of the spring rolls, which is very annoying because I am ALLERGIC to shrimp. Super disappointment. Shame!

Had delicious sushi from Sakura Sushibar. I ordered via their own site, so you build up points for a next order. Received excellent information about delivery time. Sushi was delicious and I would especially keep an eye on the chef's actions!

I'm a tough learner, that's for sure, but it seems to be getting worse in terms of waiting times. Ordered food at 1730, delivery was supposed to take place at 1815 and in the end you are still waiting for your food around 1900. They are also unreachable by phone and clearly deliberately do not answer the phone. Finally drove there at 1915 and upon arrival it turned out that the order was not even in production. Money back after a lot of hassle, but be careful

Shusi is tasty. But lately the delivery time has really been at least 1.5 hours and today 2 hours. So yes, apologies were often offered, but this was not the first time.

The best sushi in Apeldoorn and lots of choice in what you want to eat. They always deliver later than you ordered and that is disappointing. But delicious!

We always order or pick up from Sakura when we eat sushi at home. Top service every time. Sushi tastes excellent every time and delivery time is always 45 minutes. Even today on Boxing Day, when something went wrong with our order, we promptly received a new product. (Although this was not necessary!) The thing is that I never have cash at home, otherwise I would definitely have added some tip as a thank you! (Sorry about that 🙈) Until the next order :)

We placed our order at 9:30 PM, and it was supposed to be there at 10:15 PM. Unfortunately, the bell didn't ring until 11:20 PM and a delivery person was at the door with an incomplete order. The fried rice was not delivered, the spring rolls were stone cold and the sushi tasted good overall.

It was delivered after about 1 hour. Not tasty noodles at all. Much fat. Chicken skewers were not tasty and the rice with the nigiri was not tasty, as if it was not fully cooked. Had to pay delivery costs of 2.50 for an amount of 35 euros... no more sakura for us.

Never again!! Delivery took more than 2 hours. The "groentenmix" suppose to be tempura vegetables, but contained prawn tempura (my wife is allergic to it) and there was a hair in the Yaki Udong Tori Teriyaki..... All in all a real disappointment.

The sushi here is always a surprise! There is a lot of variety and every month there is a new sushi of the month or box of the month on the menu list! The sushi is always fresh and the taste and creation are of high quality! All in all, highly recommended to order here!

As far as I'm concerned, the best sushi in Apeldoorn, always very tasty and delivered quickly. Recommended!
