Poké Perfect in Binnenstad-Zuid

I noticed in the reviews that forgetting the sauce seems to happen more often. Unfortunately, my poké bowl also arrived without any sauce. After calling twice, I eventually received a small container of sauce. There were too many fillers. Even though I ordered double fish, the amount was still very minimal. Overall, disappointing quality for the price.

We ordered two poke bowls through Thuisbezorgd, but both arrived without any sauce, even though sauce was clearly included in our order. When we called to report the issue, the response was disappointing. We were told that delivering the missing sauce would take a long time, and no real solution was offered. As a result, we were left with dry bowls. I would have expected better customer service — at the very least some form of compensation for the inconvenience and poor experience.

The poke bowls here are really good! Fresh taste, good size and good ingredients proportion. That is why we order again and again. BUT the pick up option really disappointed us. Every single time we made an order online and came for pick up - it was never ready. In fact they always started making our order only when we came in. So we had to wait around 15 mins for 2 poke bowls (after the pick up time). We didn’t mind first and second time this happened, but all the next times - that was just annoying and disappointing. Although the food is really good - the timing should be improved.

I reserved two poke bowls for pickup at 6:10 PM on September 17, 2025. They weren't finally ready until 6:29 PM. Other people who came into the store after me and placed an order received their to-go poke bowls before me; that's inexplicable, of course. When I got home, everything in the poke bowl was chopped up incredibly small, including the chicken, which significantly reduced its flavor. When I told my girlfriend it cost €18 each, she was shocked. It was a terrible experience; I'll never come back.

The restaurant had forgotten part of the order and it couldn't be delivered because it was placed through Thuiszorgd. No further explanation was given. I was offered a refund or a new order and paid (extra).

Nice employee. Disappointing food; took the Witzel with partly sushi rice/quinoa. Everything was equally tasteless and dry with only a predominant amount of onions. I suspect there was no sauce on it. Waste of my 14.20€. If I had lived nearby I would have gone back.

Ordered Honolulu heatwave. Make sure your staff knows how to make a dish. 30 pieces of jalapeños instead of a few pieces. Too bizarre for words

Tasty poke bowls and very friendly staff. With the 2nd signature bowl for a 50% discount, we ended up spending 13 euros per bowl, which I think is a great price. We were positively surprised by the vegan salmon, which was very tasty and a good alternative to fish. All in all a good place to come back

I ate at the place at night and there were customers eating at the place and many deliveries... but still the service was fast and efficient... the women were very friendly and smiling. The place with clean floors and tables.🤗 and very delicious food🤤 Recommended this place.

Had a quick bite at Poké Perfect. It was not busy so plenty room to dine in. Good portions (both had the regular portions, and I am a fairly big eater), royally seasoned. I went for the classic poke bowl, but because I am curious I will try Ron Blaauw’s signature rendang poke bowl the next time. My friend is following ketogenic diet, so her poke bowl was with cauliflower rice instead of sushi rice. She was content with her dish.

The poke bowls are very good, I ate there/ ordered a couple of times. They also extended their menu recently also those new offers are very tasty. Staff is always friendly, you sometimes need to wait quite long when you are there during peak hours.

Dear people, I would very much like to order from you. Now you just got the Ron Gastro bowl beef rendang "warm" bowl. I was really looking forward to a warm bowl. The disappointment was great when I noticed that the vegetables were ice-cold and only the meat and rice were still somewhat lukewarm. Because the vegetables are not heated, the rest will naturally cool down as well. Please also warm up the vegetables or don't call it a warm bowl but a lukewarm one.

Waiting 10 minutes to order and then being told that they are too busy to order and you have to go to the back of the line to order via the vending machines. Staff take their time to chat with each other while there is a long line.

The quality of the food is really good, and the price is affordable and correct for the amount of food they give you. Customer service is good as well.

Ate here and the food was amazing! I got the vegan original and it was super nice! The person who served me was super polite, kind + professional!

I love the ambiance in the restaurant, it's definitely worth dining in. My build-it-yourself bowl arrived in less than 15 minutes, and especially the rice was really done to perfection. Maybe I would do -33% edamame and instead ÷5% of all the other toppings (it felt just slightly unbalanced), but overall, it was a super solid bowl. Service was a 10/10 as well. Thanks a lot for saving my study night!!

The food was a waste of money ! I already ordered in Den Haag and liked, but here, in Leiden, is a waste of money! Small, really expensive, and not tasty.

Had to wait a very long time for it to be delivered, after calling once they didn't answer the phone anymore. Then don't take so many orders if you are behind. Does not make any sense. We ended up having to wait two hours and the final score was that our order was incomplete….

Dont use the app, people that order in store are served first. Pick up time at 1910, still waiting at 20:20 while people coming in and ordering are long gone

Ga regelmatig wat halen eten is prima alleen kwam ik vorige week binnen. Was niemand na min of 4 kwam er iemand van beneden met mobiel in de hand druk aan het appen... zegt helemaal niks... pakt bon (thuisbezorgt denk) trek handschoentje aan om eten klaar te maken en pakt vervolgens super hygiënisch weer zijn telefoon en gaat met handschoentje weer staan appen... Na 2-3 min had meneer nog niks gezegd en ben ik maar weg gegaan. Misschien beter personeel aannemen

Hoewel het een fijne plek is met aardig personeel is de pokebowl niet erg goed. Alles is gemengd en geeft zo één smaak. Die smaak wordt voornamelijk bepaald door de saus. Ik vind het lekkerder als ik saus zelf kan toevoegen en alle onderdelen nog los zijn verdeeld.

de zalm was helaas niet lekker, smaakte niet vers, niet in gelijke stukken gesneden, leken wel allemaal oude restjes zalm. verder zaten alle toppings gemixt door elkaar met een saus die ik te sterk vond. geen aanrader

Het kan natuurlijk gebeuren dat de bezorger het niet kan vinden terwijl het duidelijk op google maps aangegeven staat. Maar als ik een een grote poké bowl bestel, terwijl die maar voor de helft gevuld is, dan word ik daar niet erg vrolijk van...

Wat jammer wat jammer nou toch. Op aanraden van én als liefhebber van poke bowl bij Poke Perfect gehaald. Leuke zaak met denk ik mooie ambities maar oh oh wat matig! De poke bowl lijkt op in blokjes gehakte sushi. Met voldoende smaak zeg ik nog vooruit dan maar. Maar wat weinig smaak zeg. Geen sesam, geen soja maar een bakje whisky saus! Beste Poke Perfect, ik gun jullie de wereld maar zo ga je het niet redden. Ik kom volgend jaar of zo weer eens om te zien of jullie lering hebben getrokken. Andere review die ik hier lees sluit aan op mijn mening. Ik was dus eigenlijk een gewaarschuwd mens 🫢

Poké bowl gehaald, en er werd duidelijk aangegeven welke opties veganistisch waren. Nu is dat met dit soort gerechten vaak niet heel ingewikkeld, maar ik werd er toch blij van. Eten was prima. Heel tevreden!

Bah, wat een smakeloos gebeuren. Een flinke tegenvaller. Heel veel rijst, veel edamame en komkommer, de advocado moest je zoeken. Saus deed niet veel voor het geheel.

Heerlijke poke bowls. Ook vegan opties! Porties zijn voldoende. Soms alleen niet helemaal duidelijk het verschil tussen gewoon en extra groot. Soms wel wat zuinig met toppings. Groot pluspunt: je kan een glazen bak kopen/meenemen om verpakkingsafval tegen te gaan. De gekochte schalen van poké perfect zelf kan je ook wel inleveren en krijg je het aankoop bedrag terug.

Twee grote bowls besteld waarvan helaas 99% uit rijst bestaat. Lijkt wel of je steeds minder topping krijgt.

Delicious, fresh and healthy poke bowl 🍲. The restaurant is very well designed with an awesome ambience and generous seating area. The salad poke bowl which I ordered was very well prepared and the quantity and quality were decent. The restaurant also has restrooms for use for its guests. Definitely coming back here when I’m in Leiden again.

Coming impulsively and I saw that lunch deal on the board: 9.9 euros for everything I got on my table (+fresh lipton ice tea, you can choose from their options). It’s a real deal! Also the vibe was nice. The place is located in the corner of a considerably lively area of Leiden. Plus I got lucky cause the guy who served me was cute 😆😂🙈
