The gyoza tasted awful. The poke bowl also had a strange flavor and didn't look appealing at all. First and last time ordering from here.

Ordered two poke bowls with crunch chicken. I also ordered two extra crunch chicken bowls for €3.50 each, for a total of €7 extra. It literally came with one container containing five pieces of chicken. Disgraceful.

We order here often and are always satisfied; the poké bowls are delicious! We always receive exactly what we order. Today we had an incorrect order due to a website error, and it was resolved immediately after a phone call. Excellent service! They honestly told us that delivery might take a little longer, so we're happy to drive back and forth ourselves. We get our food within 10 minutes. They also have a great loyalty program with a €5 discount on their website and a free drink with every order.

We ordered two bowls with some chicken and a bubble tea. The first time it was supposed to be delivered, the order had fallen or something, so they said they'd take it back and give us a new one. We thought, "It happens, no problem." Later, a neighbor rang the doorbell and told us there was a bag of our food lying on the street somewhere. The delivery driver had simply thrown the bag down. It turned out the salmon was gone, and we had to change our order. That happens. But when we received the order, it came with the wrong sauces. Furthermore, when I asked the second delivery driver if he could take the mess the previous one had left, he pretended he would, cycled over, gave me a thumbs-up, and then didn't. Super antisocial. A shame, because it was otherwise delicious.

One of the two forgot something. After calling a few times, a new one was delivered as a courtesy, including the missing item. Still a good meal.

Ordered a poke bowl with salmon and tuna. Day after day I felt sick all day. Don't order raw fish here!!

This used to be my favorite place, but the quality has really gone downhill lately. The young guys behind the counter seem to be completely disinterested and have no sense of service. Orders are wrong and there is so much wasabi sauce on it that it is inedible – it is rice with sauce instead of sauce with rice! In addition, the last time there were almost no protein options available: tempeh, vegan tuna, tofu and shrimp were all gone. No brown rice, no edamame, and half of the toppings were simply missing. A shame, because the quality used to be really great.

Previously always very satisfied but the last year my order has never been correct, from missing parts of the order to delivering an hour earlier than I had indicated on thuiszorgd. Several times a poke bowl without topping (fish or tempeh) was even delivered because the one I chose was gone. Without calling or coordinating in advance. This time I noted that if the tempeh is gone again they had to cancel the order, then a bowl with Tofu was delivered with sand in the lettuce. When you call them you get little to no help.

There was a fly at the bottom of the rice in the poke bowl!!! What a mess. We also paid extra for soy sauce, wasabi and spoons, but did not receive any of this!

Too bad :/ ordered earlier and quality was always top and fast delivery. I have been ordering a poke bowl every now and then for about a year now, but it has never gone well. Much longer waiting times (I have often had to wait more than 2 hours), 9 out of 10 times (several) ingredients of the poke bowl are simply missing and extra promised drinks never delivered. The quality of the food has also deteriorated terribly, pineapple was white? hard? and tasted like nothing. Very unfortunate, since I hardly decide to order anything let alone a poke bowl :(

Used to be my favourite go-to for poke for lunch. The staff is kind, and the food is always fresh and tasty. To my despair, they changed opening hours and they're only opened from 4pm onward😫 way too late to have it for lunch now, I'm really bummed about it but I understand I was one of the very few people buying there so early...

Really worthless, don't order here! Order is still not here 2 hours later.. called poke-you and they have been saying for 1 hour that someone is on their way even though it is a 7 minute drive from our house. In the meantime we have ordered something else that does promise what they say on the site. Korthom: don't order here!!!!

Ordered pokebowl salmon, but it was absolutely not tasty. The rice was a big lump and way too sticky for a pokebowl and the salmon tasted so old that I didn't dare eat it anymore. Waste of my money.

Worthless. Bad service, long wait. I drove back myself to return my poke bowl and ask for my money back. Paid big money for a poke bowl with salmon; there were 4 cubes of salmon in it... When you call you get antisocial youth on the line who don't take you seriously and hang up in your face. This is really bad advertising for your company. I would never order here!

Ordered twice in 1 week. Totally went wrong twice, forgot everything, cold meat, barely any rice, watery bubble tea, wrong sauces, forgot sauces, chicken not cut into pieces but a whole block, no chili sauce received, no money refunded for products that were out of stock, avocado not cut, tuna ice cold. Which is a shame because I was very satisfied the first time

Ordered Pokeboll, but never received, after calling the store for 3 hours and then not being treated properly. Super childish and unprofessional, laughing, shouting at others and then not even calling back as promised. When I did this myself I heard “what should I say to her” is this normal service? They then promise that I will get my money back tomorrow without asking for any information. In short, I will never order here again.

I often order food there, but something is often forgotten or the order is incomplete, so I won't order there anymore. In addition, they are not customer friendly and they start discussions. Not recommended.

I tried to order through delivery application and I even called them to confirm they got the order and they said yes I waited more than an hour. They didn’t deliver and shut down the shop. I had to go through customer service of Uber eats. It was super late none of the places open. The reason why I ordered food is because I recently moved to the new place and then I have no kitchen yet. I had to starve through whole night. I couldn’t get sorry from anyone they are very irresponsible. And rude people.

Ordered two poke bowls, and the order was accepted. Called the store to ask for a small adjustment, and they said ok. Then the food never arrived. There was no warning from the shop when we called or notification of any sort. When we realized something was off, it was too late to order anything else. Very frustrating experience.

The food was there within 20 minutes of ordering, maybe it makes a difference that I ordered quite late (7:30 PM), but still. Pokébowl is very well filled, right up to the brim. It's nice that you can put together exactly what you want in it.

After 2 years of ordering from Poke You, tonight was really the last. I have experienced several times that the order was not delivered complete, and tonight the order was not complete. It's unbelievable, but I didn't get what I ordered. Instead of the “vegetarian gyozas” we ordered, “apple gyozas” were delivered. Can you already see it in your mind? Apple gyozas with chili mayo? Very disappointing this… money paid for nothing…. no more Poke You for us!!

Ordered today from Poke You Helmond. The food did not arrive 20 minutes after the promised time. I called, there was some confusion, but I was promised that the delivery person was on his way. After waiting another fifteen minutes, the meal was delivered. Unfortunately, the crispy chicken of the ordered pokebowl was missing crispy chicken 🙈. Called again immediately. Apologies ma'am, coming straight away. Had to wait more than half an hour again (restaurant is 300 m away...). This time no apologies were given, but we did receive 'enjoyable food'. The food was tasty, but we won't do this again.

Very poor customer service, rude and completely uninformed. Food was really bad and we had to wait a very long time. Don't fall for it because once they get the money they are no longer interested. And she also hung up the phone with me, so there is nothing wrong with the phone. Don't fall for it.

3rd or 4th time I ordered from there. If you are going to order, be prepared for longer than indicated waiting times (indicated 40-60 minutes). In 2 years we have never received the food within an hour and today we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for 1 bowl, tuna and dessert. Way too long. In addition, the food has not exactly improved. There was more surimi on my tuna bowl than tuna. No radish but a mountain of seaweed and beans. Not the biggest problem. But a pity. No guessing this was the last time. And think before you worry, especially about time.

I spent months getting poke bowls for hundreds of euros and having them delivered. And then being treated like a dog due to an error on the home delivery site and they throw out the phone when it is busy, the delivery person himself indicated that when the maids are busy they pull the phone out, the delivery person also called the owner, but The owner told us to take the order and it was our fault that we threw my wife's poke bowl straight into the trash. Hope they can close their doors soon and they get what they deserve.

I ordered via TooGoodToGo, but due to circumstances the time had changed. Because I couldn't make it, they brought the food!! Super tasty and great service!!

Ordered again this evening from poké you Helmond. It was the first time in 3 years that the order was not completely complete. They resolved this very neatly, the food was delicious again. Thank you!

Delicious food and good service

Vandaag 2 pokebowl afgehaald bij PokéYou. Producten zijn vers; de rijst was zelfs nog een beetje lauw. We zijn voor de spicy tuna gegaan; veel tonijn: veel groenten en dergelijke en de portie sushirijst eronder was ook prima in hoeveelheid en smaak. De bediende (man met baard) mega vriendelijk! Absoluut een aanrader!

Wij bestellen hier al best lang poke bowls, altijd heel tevreden geweest! Maar de laatste tijd worden de bowls steeds minder gevuld en betaal je meer voor een bakje wat nog geen 3/4 gevuld is. Erg jammer!

Super lekker maar jammer dat ze zo weinig open zijn. Vind het echt rare openingstijden :(

Lekkere pokebowls voor een goede prijs. Alleen jammer dat ze zelden op tijd zijn. Ook hoef je vaak geen extra toppings te bestellen want die vergeten ze.

Vriendelijk personeel die ons hielpen met bestellen. Het eten was heerlijk, de krokante kip apart in een bakje zodat hij niet zacht wordt. En ook ruim voldoende, zelfs voor een grotere eter. Ook de smootie en frappe was heerlijk! De bezorging was wat minder snel (+-1uur)

Een pokebowl, groot, met tonijn besteld met als basis de rijst. De bak oogt wel aan de grote kant. Echter heb ik wel het idee dat in een ander restaurant (Dadawan bijv) de pokebowl net zo groot is voor een goedkopere prijs. In de bak zat wel erg veel zeewier, 1/3 schat ik in. Dat is mij iets te veel. Liefhebbers van zeewier kunnen hun lol op in ieder geval ;-) De krab was verkruimeld wat een gekke structuur is om te eten. Ik heb wel wat pokebowls gegeten en dit is niet mijn favoriet. Wel een kwalitatief goede bokebowl, echter niet mijn smaken zoals nu geserveerd. Oh ja, ik miste wel apart geleverde sojasaus en stokjes. Gelukkig heb ik thuis nog wat liggen.

Hele lekkere pokebowls! Goed gevuld, veel keuze in toppings en een fijne prijs kwaliteit verhouding. De bezorging is top en bij ons altijd op tijd geweest.

De poke bowl smaakte heerlijk! Maar de hygiëne voorschriften lappen ze aan hun laars. Alles wordt met blote handen gepakt, zowel het voedsel als de andere benodigdheden

Besteld via Social Deal en afgehaald. Bestelling stond netjes op tijd klaar, vriendelijk personeel ook. Vulling van de bowls was goed, miste wel een goede saus erbij (anders dan bijgeleverde sojasaus). We hadden de bowls met kip en zalm. De cheesecake was heeeel erg droog.

Als liefhebber van Poké-Bowls voor de eerste keer een bestelling gedaan bij de nieuwe winkel in Helmond. - Uitstraling: Als eerste valt mij op dat de winkel qua interieur totaal geen uitstraling heeft. Daarnaast lopen de medewerkers in hun vrijetijdskleding. Dacht eerst dat het zelfbediening was ... Dus qua verbeterpunt: Uitstraling verbeteren en eenheid brengen in de uitvoering. - Kwaliteit: Een uitgebreide Poké besteld - Tuna groot met sla en extra garnalen - om zo de smaak van alles te proeven. Smaak van de Tuna is goed, smaak van de garnalen is van kwaliteit supermarkt. Portiegrootte: in vergelijk met andere Poké-Bowls, is deze beneden de maat. - Advies: Al met al zou ik als advies willen geven: doe wat met de uitstraling om je te onderscheiden van aangrenzende Fast-Food aanbieders. Test en vergelijk regelmatig de kwaliteit van alle producten, om deze voor de consument zo verrassend(!) hoog te houden ..

Keertje een pokebowl besteld inplaats van al dat ongezonde fastfood. Het was erg lekker, de yuzu zalm is zeker een aanrader! Bezorger was optijd en vriendelijk👍🏻

Erg lekkere pokébowls, we hebben met zalm, kip+garnaal en met tonijn besteld. Smaken erg lekker. Goede porties ook; de plastic bowl is klein maar als je het in je eigen kom thuis doet is het makkelijker te mengen.

De poke bowl die ik zelf had samengesteld was echt heerlijk en de watermeloen bubble tea is ook echt een aanrader. De service was top, lieve medewerkers dus ik raad iedereen aan om als je zin hebt in een poke bowl om hier te bestellen!!!

Poke powls zijn super lekker maar wel stevig aan de prijs. Helemaal als ze helaas regelmatig een extra topping vergeten waar je ook nog extra voor betaald hebt.

Goed te eten, dus ik kom wel wat vaker terug.

Hoewel de zaak niet echt uitnodigend is om ter plekke te eten was de poke-bowl zalm overheerlijk. Nu bestel ik meestal om thuis op te eten en de gemiddelde frietzaak is ook niet echt 'gezellig'. Maar goed, misschien iets om over na te denken. Jong personeel wat vriendelijk was en behulpzaam was.

Online besteld. Tijd afgesproken, vervolgens gaan ophalen , niet klaar.... andere mensen die zo binnen kwamen en bestelde waren eerder weg! Dan erbij de verkeerde pokabowl, gekregen kwamen we thuis achter, plus de kip teriyaki , daar kon ik geen teriyaki vinden. 2x besteld daar, 2x was er iets. Eten was goed.
