We have ordered from here regularly. Often the food is cold upon delivery, the order goes wrong (you receive the wrong order), and you have to wait a long time. This happened again today; we waited more than 1.5 hours for two pizzas that weren't even warm anymore. When you call, you are not spoken to kindly and are brushed off. And this on a weekday... We will not be ordering from here again.

The pizza was surprisingly tastier than the reviews here suggest. It's a simple pizzeria, but it does the job and is delicious for a simple pizza!

We have been ordering regularly from Port Said for years, and actually, it was always fine. Until the last 2 times. I always ask for salad without tomato due to an allergy. Unfortunately, the last 2 times, the tomato was simply on it. The last time I ordered and paid at 17:05. I received the confirmation email at 17:10. At 18:10 I decided to call to ask where the order was. They hadn't seen it. How is that possible? I did receive a confirmation. It was delivered at 18:35. Previously, the delivery was always friendly, but lately that has been quite disappointing too. I am not used to this from Port Said and hope the service returns to how it used to be. Is there perhaps a new owner?

Ordered food from Port Said today. The food arrived quickly as usual, but what a rude delivery person!! He threw the food into my hands and turned away without saying a word; ridiculous. I normally always tip, but that should DEFINITELY NOT be expected anymore. Just give me back the old delivery person. Also, the food is very dark again, so it is a real shame that such a nice place is turning into a mess.

The doners and pizza were amazing and the guys helpful and kind. We had experienced over 2 hours of delays and a very long day, so food finally at 10 pm was so needed. Thanks for being there when others weren't, life savers ❤️

If you like cheese on the topping and lots of garlic oil, then this is the place for you.

The pizza was actually good and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, communication was quite difficult, as the staff, who were obviously Muslim, spoke neither English nor German. It was very unpleasant that they had miscalculated and, upon delivery (22 pizzas) for our group, presented us with additional charges that I had to explain and collect in a complicated manner.

The food at Eethuis Port Said is always delicious. The delivery driver is incredibly friendly and the order arrives quickly. What's more, the food always arrives nice and hot. All in all, a top-notch restaurant that I highly recommend!

Ordered a few times. The food is great. Ordered again today. I just got out of the shower when I heard the doorbell ring. It turned out the food was 40 minutes early. When I confronted the man about it, he started yelling and tried to walk away with my food, which I'd already paid for. I finally grabbed the food from him and told him his reaction would make me never order from him again. Arriving so extremely early was already extremely disappointing (I was walking around with wet hair in my dressing gown because he arrived early), but his reaction was what made me write this review. I might have been a bit irritated and could have worded it differently. But I wasn't wrong. He was wrong. And apparently, the logical response is to yell and walk away with the food. He then left me completely bewildered. Such a shame.

I recently ordered from Port Said Eethuis and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious and well-seasoned, and the portions were generous. It was delivered quickly and everything was still warm. The delivery driver was also very polite, courteous, and friendly. Definitely recommended if you're looking for something delicious!

Extremely poor service. The food was never delivered, and when you call, you get a rude mouth, even though it wasn't their fault... very strange. 🤨 We won't be ordering from them again! I'd rather pay more to be treated decently!

The food was very hot upon arrival, which was great. Delivery didn't take long. We had a pizza, spare ribs, and pasta. The döner pizza (with extra meat) wasn't the best we've ever had, but we enjoyed it. The spare ribs were a bit too greasy. The pasta al panna (penne or spaghetti, cream sauce, ham, mushrooms, and cheese on top) was very tasty, but lacked a bit of flavor. It might just be my taste buds. I added some black pepper myself. It might have been better with a bit more spice to the cream sauce, but don't ask me what it would have had. Maybe garlic, or a creamier sauce. For us, it really wasn't bad. It was manageable. We'll definitely order again.

First and last time ordering from here. Never had such bad pizza. The garlic sauce tasted like mayonnaise. You wouldn't even feed a dog such bad food. Too bad I can't give 0 stars.

After many years of ordering here quite regularly with the s-lec team and today the order went wrong again and after a ridiculous discussion with the staff of port said, we as a team have decided never to place an order with port said again.

Kapsalon ordered bike was cold lettuce was completely soft and old was unedible and ended up with nausea and stomach ache, staff is friendly but not recommended so never eat here

Snelle bediening, vriendelijke mensen, maar de pizza’s zijn niet zo goed. Het deeg is niet echt pizzadeeg, de topping is ook geen echte Italiaanse tomatensaus. De lasagne van mijn dochter was redelijk droog maar de smaak was oké. Veel van de frisdranken uit de ijskast waren een aantal maanden vervallen. Datum dus goed checken.

Ordered food at a quarter past 5 and at 7:38 PM it was finally delivered. Called in between and you were only told it was on its way and push it away. fries ice cold and limp pizzas cold and 1 even tasted as if the pizza had already been baked and had just been reheated so tough called and you are only told next x discount and push away Never again for us bahh

For the sake of kindness, I won't go into too much detail with this review... But I am not happy with this restaurant. Ordered something this week... Well, I'm definitely never going to eat here again! There was a problem, did they solve it? Uuuhm, yes in principle, but was I satisfied with that??? Absolutely not actually, we didn't get what we wanted and what we did get was not tasty!!! So never again for me anyway!!!

We bestellen bijna wekelijks. Vaak moeten we langer dan een half uur na opgegeven bezorgdheid wachten, soms een uur, vandaag 45 min.. Terwijl we om 15.55 hadden besteld om om 18 uur te bezorgen. Maar vandaag waren de pizza's ook nog eens lauw tot koud. Daar 40 euro voor vragen dat kan echt niet. Heel erg jammer want de smaak is altijd goed. Op deze manier gaan we niet nog eens bestellen.

Eten is best lekker maar een bezorgtijd afspreken is onmogelijk, bijna altijd te laat en niet een beetje. Erg jammer.

Pizza en Calzone besteld en op de camping in Melick afgeleverd. 1 minuut voor aankomst werd er gebeld. ff naar de ingang lopen, contant betalen. Het eten was goed warm en lekker op smaak.

Hier eten afgehaald toen we een weekend hier verbleven. Een schotel genomen waarvan we zelfs met twee personen van hadden kunnen eten. Het eten zelf was prima.

Prima pizza's alleen jammer dat de prijsstelling nogal wisselend is. Voor het overige niets dan lof.

Is zeer vriendelijk en lekker eten. Dus zij verdienen 10 van 10.....

Vandaag voor het eerst sinds lange tijd iets anders besteld dan pizza. De pizza's zijn de laatste tijd super lekker. Vandaag t-bonesteak en biefstuk gehaald. Super lekker!!! En een heerlijke salade erbij. Weet niet zeker of ze een nieuwe kok hebben maar het was geweldig en voor herhaling vatbaar!!!!
