Great place, delicious food and extremely nice people.

The food wasn't particularly special; some dishes lacked flavor. The atmosphere and service were good, though.

A great coffee shop by Randstad standards. Good coffee, delicious pastries. Also a great place to play a board game, if you bring your own. Service was attentive and fast.

I was not so happy about the food, we had the tiramisu that was so different and the texture was sandy. ad the lambs hamburger was very close to normal average kebab.

Nicely decorated and delicious food. There are plenty of vegan options. I also recommend taking some vegan pastries with you for the road. I ordered the banana pancakes, butter cake and salted caramel bar. All very tasty.

Always a party to come, whether it's for coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner or a drink! This is my favorite and regular voice on Terschelling.

Had a lovely lunch at Pura Vida! Atmospheric place with very good food.

Er wordt aam tafel gezegd dat gekozen smoothie niet mogelijk is, maar wel een andere smoothie. We bestellen deze, komt de dame aam tafel melden dat smoothies niet mogelijk zijn. Bestelling wordt geleverd met deze mededeling, wij maken een andere keuze en de dame gaat andere gasten helpen afrekenen en gaat tafel schoonmaken. Op tafel stonden 4 van de 5 drankjes en 1 taartje. Wij vragen beleefd of het 5e drankje nog komt. Deze wordt dan pas gemaakt. Vervolgens zijn de overige taartjes nog niet bezorgd. Ik vraag of dot bewust gedaan wordt. Er worden nog 3 taartjes bezorgd aan tafel maar ik mis nog de 5e. Ik zie deze klaar staan maar bezorgen doen de dames niet. Het eten is hier altijd geweldig maar de bediening was bijzonder matig vandaag.

Super leuk Restaurant waar je voor het Diner zeker WEL moet reserveren want ze zitten redelijk snel vol wat ook wel logisch is omdat er erg goed wordt gekookt en alles vers is. Zeer goede bediening en erg gezellig.

Overheerlijk gegeten bij Pura Vida in Midsland! Zowel hoofdgerecht als toetje was verrukkelijk. Als we weer op Terschelling zijn, komen we weer. Of nog beter: open gewoon nog zo'n geweldige zaak maar dan in Eindhoven!

Good food, very tasty, nice service and not unhealthy popular soft drinks, for example: Fritz kola or scallop apple juice for the children. They don't have normal fries but “sweet potato”

If you have little appetite and are a picky eater, don't go here, they don't even have normal fries but sweet potato fries, most of the food just looks nasty (no offense meant, I'm just a picky eater) service was Nice, the person who served us was nice and made jokes, atmosphere was nice but there were a few nails sticking out of the wall, so 4 stars for atmosphere. Message to the owner: PLEASE use normal potatoes when making fries because believe me, not everyone likes sweet potatoes.

It's fantastic that there is such a cozy restaurant on Terschelling that serves top quality vegan and gluten-free food. A great gift for me as a person with a gluten and lactose allergy!!

The food was delicious, but it does detract somewhat from the experience if you give me tap water with self-added carbon dioxide (served too warm, no ice cubes) with dry eyes, while I asked for Spa Red. That's like asking for Coca Cola and getting Pepsi. Because, no, that's really not the same. And asking more than €4 for that is completely out of proportion. Let alone the taste and mouth experience. A good kitchen.

We come to Pura Vida a few times a year and we always leave very satisfied. Great atmosphere, nice employees and tasty dishes.

Na een fietstocht in een wat druilerig ochtend met als doel dit restaurant werden we daar hartelijke ontvangen met de warmte die uiting geeft aan de naam Pura Vida. Niet op de laatste plaats: het eten is top. Heb je een vraag dan is de bediening en de open keuken, vriendelijk en attent.

Brilliant food and a lovely restaurant. Our waitress was super friendly and kind, however, after ordering a gluten-free option of the veggie burger due to having a severe gluten allergy, my friend received the normal version of the meal. This was as disappointing as it was frustrating. My friend had already taken two bites. Many apologies were made, but unfortunately, mistakes like this cannot afford to happen. This caused some panic and discomfort for us. That being said, the food was so delicious. We will definitely be back :))

Super friendly and helpful service, very attractive decor, huge choice of dishes that were all healthy, original and very tasty.

Super vriendelijke en behulzame bediening, hele sfeervolle inrichting, enorm keus uit gerechten en gerechtjes die allemaal gezond, origineel en heel lekker waren.

Heerlijk gegeten, weet eens wat anders dan de standaard biefstuk of saté. Prima porties, vriendelijk personeel. Enige minpuntje (niet echt een groot probleem) is dat de tafeltjes wel heel dicht op elkaar staan en er dus weinig privacy is.

We waren hier in vorige jaren al eerder en het was weer erg goed. We zaten nu binnen, op het straatterras is het ook leuk, maar daarvoor was het te koud. Het was druk, iedereen leek er een beetje door overvallen, maar de bediening bleef heel erg vriendelijk en rustig. Superlekkere gerechten - wij kozen weer diverse gerechtjes van de fingerfood kaart + de Marokkaanse groentesoep (top). Als we volgend jaar weer op Terschelling zijn, gaan we zeker weer.

We were there 2 days ago and made a reservation for 10am. Now it says on the door that it won't open until 12 today. Very annoying 😕

Heerlijke gerechten gegeten, burata met zoete tomaten en gegrild kippetje was the best! Erg enthousiaste dames die ons bedienden. Helemaal op elkaar ingespeeld. Ze hadden er echt lol in.

We had a lovely time sitting on the terrace watching the people in the picturesque Midsland while enjoying an excellent meal. I had the Duck Dive and that was a real treat. I complimented the staff on the delicious food and promised them to give a nice review on Google. So here it is!

Nice, unique place with many vegetarian options. The menu has some nice pretty unique options, but sometimes the food seems a bit cold/old.

Everything made with love - and by yourself. Had my most delicious cheesecake with an orange key and a delicious Latte M. The service was a bit shy but very nice. The store also has its own style in its furnishings. You would expect something like this in Amsterdam or Hamburg, but it is an asset to the beautiful Midsland and its island of Terschelling

Delicious beautiful small dishes to share. Our table was quickly full and everything was equally delicious. Our 2 kids also loved it (4 and 2 years old). Friendly service, thoughtful and hospitable. All in all, it was a relaxing Sunday evening in the setting sun with tasty snacks and delicious rosé bubbles.

Picked up food due to small children in bed at home. Ordering via website worked fine and friendly people at pick-up. A beer on the terrace while waiting turned out to be 7 euros, on the surprisingly pricey side. However, the food was the big disappointment. For 27 euros worth of 'finger food' we got two tiny tough chicken skewers, two tender but tasteless veggie satay sticks and four tasteless dumplings with a lump of bean sprouts. Not recommended unfortunately.

Booked here based on good reviews. Location: top, service: extremely friendly. Food: substandard. The lamb burger with pita bread was like a log on my stomach, my daughter's sashimi salmon was OK, but the broth in the bowl my wife ordered was just bad. All in all, don't leave the place with a feeling of: yes, recommended. Anyway, tastes differ and there were quite a few people enjoying themselves.

Exceptional menu with delicious dishes. It can also be said that it is a beautiful and well-organized restaurant with very good service. Even though I am not vegan, I enjoyed it and definitely recommend this restaurant if you want something completely different in terms of food.

We were a bit late for breakfast, but that was no problem! This Foodbar is very nicely decorated, has super comfortable chairs and incredible service. We had avocado scrambled eggs, with homemade Madelaine's for dessert! I'm a huge fan of Madelaine's and would almost recommend going there just for that! Great service, very tasty food and top location on Terschelling!

Made a reservation here because of the positive reviews. It looks nice inside, but we thought the food was mediocre. We went for the lamb and veggie burger with sweet potato fries. Both burgers were undercooked and remarkably tasteless. The bean burger fell apart and even the cheddar wasn't melted. Fries had the most flavor. When we were served we were asked if we wanted something to drink and were given a card, but no one ever came by again. It was nice that we received a discount after indicating.

They have been around for years but the quality is and remains good. Super nice staff who were happy to give me the quietest table and also turn down the music. We have been coming here for years and it is always nice to come back.

The food was okay, but no more than that. The tables were so close together that we were almost sitting on our neighbors' lap (with their dog). Service friendly and smooth.

SUBJECT TO AUGUST 2021 (Midsland location)! I expected to have already written a review, but apparently not. One of the few places with many vegan dishes. I literally came here to eat almost every morning, afternoon and evening, delicious! Fantastic food, tipped almost every time for the good service (I hardly do that). I hope they continue to serve these delicious vegan dishes for years to come! The banana pancakes in particular are highly recommended :)

Delicious food!! The duck dive bowl is highly recommended. Staff is very friendly. Often checks at the table to see if anything is needed. It was certainly appreciated from our side.

When we ate here it was a pleasantly busy evening. The place was pleasantly full all evening, with several place settings per table. We had made a reservation, which is recommended if you want to be sure of a table. Despite the crowds, the service had plenty of time to explain everything or have a chat, while in the meantime two young, new colleagues were also being trained. The food is delicious. A mixed menu with many vegetarian dishes, with influences from Lebanese cuisine. Everything prepared with care and served quickly despite the crowds. There are matching wines, beers and cocktails that the service can advise you on. Had a great evening, recommended to everyone!
