Ramona in Kinkerbuurt

Came here looking to eat at Rotisserie, the neighboring restaurant. When we found that it was closed, we were pointed in the direction of Ramona which serves Rotisserie’s menu. Had an incredible burger and fries. Great taste, texture and temp, hit the spot. Wasn’t impressed with the Nachos, they could’ve done a better job mixing the cheese, guacamole and sour cream. There were many chips (that tasted good still, admittedly) that went untouched by all of the three ingredients. Prices were good but multiple drinks can run up your bill. Overall a very good experience.

Very nice place, had a great meal with my daughter. Good beer assortment, I always like it but also cocktails etc. Staff very attentive and friendly. Food also very good, I had ribs, super tender and tasty. In short, great experience, can recommend it to everyone.

Lesgooo is a great place to sit and grab a bite. We ordered the fried chicken burger. A large piece of chicken that was fine, but the other ingredients were pretty irrelevant. 🧐 Pretty good chicken, but not the best quality in Amsterdam. Satisfied but not pleasantly surprised. ✌️joe

Very mediocre. The steak was overdone (ordered medium rare) and too salty. The sauce seemed crazy and just really wasn't good. We sat at the table next to the kitchen and smelled the air from the kitchen during the entire dinner. Super nice place to have a drink, I often walk past it and it always looks cozy. But food was the last time for me.

Very cute place, good ambiance and good food. Very reasonable to! Service could have been abit better. They have two menus a snack menu and then a full menu with lots of options.

Mannelijke serveerder morste wijn tijdens het serveren. Glas wijn was hierdkor halfleeg. Tijdens het schoonmaken met een vaatdoek kreeg ik de gemorste wijn over mij heen! Later vergat hij ons zojuist bestelde drinken te serveren. Dus een slechte ervaring hier

Super lieve bediening, wijn echt niet te hakken. Wijn is wijn, moeilijk doe ik niet maar heb voor het eerst in m'n leven een glas teruggestuurd. - geen alcoholist

OK place. Service is not so OK. Got here to eat. Asked for menues. Ordered drinks, then got drinks and info that kitchen is closing. You could have said that 20 min ago and not waste my time.

This place is a hidden gem in Amsterdam. Food was really fantastic and good service too, would easily come here again and recommend to anyone 😍

Went for dinner with my partner for the fourth time and we still can’t get over the burrata! whoever put watermelon and pomegranate seeds in the dish - is a genius! Love the food, super friendly service from the ladies, highly recommend overall, especially the Sukade steak - melts in your mouth…🫶🏼

Sehr leckere Speisen. Gehobenere Küche. Kleines Restaurant mit ungewöhnlichen Speisen, die man sonst nicht oft isst. Gutes Ambiente und schnelle Bedienung.

Gezellig restaurant in het drukke Amsterdam. Voorgerecht was erg goed, mals vlees en mooi gepresenteerd. Van het hoofd gerecht vond ik de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding niet wat ik verwachtte. Het restaurant is wel gelegen aan een drukke doorgaande straat, dus op het terras hoor je wel veel verkeer om je heen. Het maakt het verder niet minder gezellig

Waiters were friendly, but it took quite some time for them to give us a menu or deliver our drinks. We had to double check if it was ordered. Food is okay. Location is good.

We wanted a light dinner and the Ramona looked most promising so was our choice this Thursday evening at 8 pm. All the tables were full outside, which was a good sign. Rather than wait, we sat at a table inside and realized we were the only diners there. It was clean, quiet and pleasant. Our server was from Lithuania, spoke English very well and was helpful. Donna ordered water, Focaccia and a side of vegetables. I ordered ice tea, garden salad with a side order of Fries. Both drinks and food were served without noticeable delay. The ginger ice tea with hibiscus was refreshing. I asked for vinegar with my fries but our server offered ketchup as an alternative not sure if vinegar was available. The Fries were delicious and she did bring some vinegar. The salad was a nice surprise too. Besides the lettuce it included walnuts, tomatoes, peppers, onions, sliced radish and, unusually, pomegranate seeds which added a bit of sweetness. Donna liked her side of vegetables which included carrots, potatoes, asparagus, peppers, zucchini and celery. The Focaccia was fresh, and good too. Dinner was $30 including tip.

Le cocktail "Old cuban" est l'un des meilleurs de ma vie... pourtant bien remplie en cocktails...

Kleine gemütliche Bar. Das Personal ist freundlich und die snacks sind wirklich sehr gut. Hier Befindet sich allerdings kein Restaurant wie anhand der Bilder schnell faksch angesehen wird. Viele der Bilder gelten dem Restaurant nebenann. Karte angehangen Stand 04/23

Very nice bar and restaurant. Super cool atmosphere and super friendly service. Good beer selection, nice menu (even though we just tried the bitterballen and fries), and overall, really good. Should come back when I have a chance.

Toen ik hier was zat mijn been in het gips en kon mijn knie dus niet buigen, maar er was niet eens een invalide toilet. Ik kon hierdoor de wc deur niet eens goed dichtdoen toen ik naar het normale toilet ging. Daarna hebben we wat besteld maar de bediening keek steeds geïrriteerd naar ons. Het kan zijn dat ze een slechte dag had natuurlijk, maar was niet fijn. We zijn maar snel weggegaan.

Un très bel accueil, les serveuses très attentionnées! Nous y avons très bien mangé. Je recommande ❤️

Unexpectedly good food menu here for a “bar”. Get their spare ribs and their devil eggs. Friendly staff too — always a plus (and a pleasant surprise) in Amsterdam. :)

Lekkere cocktails, gezellige bediening en een hele goede sfeer! Ik kom hier zeker ook een keer eten.

Afgelopen zondag hier voor het eerst geweest, heerlijk geluncht met een Ceaser salade. Je krijgt bij binnenkomst al een fles water van de zaak. Echte service.

Perfect place to round a chill night off after a visit to the FoodHallen. Service was impeccable, atmosphere was champion and drinks spot on. Tunes playing educated me, would be nice if they could share their playlist 😉✌️ 10/10 Hands down! On the list to hit up again when back in da Dam!

One of my favourite bars, chill and a good selection of wine , they used to have this nice platter but currently it’s off the menu sadly !

Best bagels I ever had. Coffee and smoothies were amazing. Staff kind and friendly. Definitely recommend to everyone visiting Amsterdam.

Hier onlangs gezellig wezen eten. Zaten op de brug in t zonnetje. Lekker eten, vriendelijk personeel. Gewoon gezellig voor even lekker wat te drinken en te eten.

Ik had gereserveerd om 19u, maar ze dachten dat ik om 19:30 had gereserveerd. We werden dus eerst aan een andere tafel gezet en we zouden dan om 19:30 aan onze tafel worden gezet. Rond 19:40 vroegen we of onze tafel inmiddels vrij was, maar dit was niet het geval en onze tafel was zelfs vergeven aan een andere groep. We hebben de hele avond het gevoel gehad dat we niet welkom waren en dat ze wilden dat we weggingen. Geen fijne service! Ik kom hier niet meer terug

My son lives in Amsterdam and we spent Christmas with him. On Christmas Eve we decided to have a meal out and came across Ramona. They had a set Christmas menu - it was amazing and superbly cooked. The atmosphere and service were great and Merle and Eva were brilliant - nothing was too much trouble and they were so welcoming. Will definitely return.
