Ramon is a very warm person and makes fantastic, fluffy banana bread! Enjoy your coffee with a great view of the harbor.

We stumbled upon Ramona’s Coffee Kiosk while staying nearby at a boathouse—just a quick 5-minute walk—and what a delightful surprise! This charming little spot instantly became a highlight of our trip. We tried several cakes, including the banana, orange, and the standout rosemary cake—which was absolutely out of this world! I’ve only ever had rosemary in savory dishes, but in cake form? WOW. So unique and bursting with flavor. Even more impressive, they kindly made omelettes for my children (even though it wasn’t on the menu), and my 4-year-old loved it so much she ate two! That kind of warmth and accommodation goes a long way. There’s a cozy outdoor seating area overlooking the water, and we enjoyed some lovely conversations with other guests while sipping coffee and soaking up the calm, local atmosphere. The staff is super friendly, and Ramon also speaks fluent German and English. We were looking for an alternative breakfast option near our hotel. We enjoyed our coffee in the perfect weather with a view of the harbor. They offer a selection of milk alternatives. Westpark is right around the corner, making it very centrally located. They also serve a small selection of juices and a large selection of sandwiches, cakes, croissants, etc. There's no restroom here, but you'll find one nearby. So if you want to have a light breakfast or snack in good company, you should definitely come here.

Great place, whether at the start of the day with coffee, espresso and a little something to eat or throughout the day with delicious ciabatta in sufficient varieties, and a very friendly and authentic boss... There was always something to laugh about and a relaxed atmosphere. A small oasis right on the water... We really enjoyed staying here and are already looking forward to the next time. My favorite coffee stop in Amsterdam, on my way to the office. Halfway from central station on to Houthavens, I stop at Ramon's to enjoy delicious coffee, the beautiful view and I usually pick up a slice of homemade Rosemary cake as well.

I stayed in a hotel nearby and was looking for a good coffee place and found Ramon’s Kiosk on Google Maps. The coffee was really good and also loved the fresh squeezed orange juice. The avocado and Serrano ham sandwich was delicious. I ended up coming for breakfast every morning. The service was amazing and the owner was really friendly. It was nice seeing the repeat customers, mostly locals with their dogs and people on their way to work. I found the price to be quite reasonable for a better quality and service than the places in the city center. I highly recommend this place.

Great spot for boost your power or get chilled. Nice port view, cosy chairs, delicious food and great coffee. Prices are reasonable and staff very friendly and polite. They have vegan options, including desserts. Sarves granola, pastries, cakes, soup, salads and ciabatta. Wide selection of beverage. And there is even a small library, you can grab a book and enjoy your coffee! Highly recommended!

Was recently in Amsterdam and happened to pass by Ramon's coffee Kiosk with a beautiful view over the Houdhavens, I had the weekly (changing) vegan sandwich with grilled zucchini, vegan feta, basil mayo (vegan) and pine nuts, really delicious and I will definitely come back . Delicious cappuccino, haven't had it this good in a long time, good value for money!

Always a surprisingly tasty sandwich of the week, such as the vegan rendang, which I think can stay! And in addition to good coffee and all the tasty treats that will make your mouth water, it is also cozy here.

Eline kent al haar vaste gasten, bij naam en hun verhaal. Buurtbewoners en werknemers van omliggende bedrijven. Ook leuk om bij mooi weer over t IJ te kijken.

Een hele aardige mevrouw achter de bar. Heerlijke Fairtrade koffie en zelfgemaakte broodjes en cakes. Perfect om even tussendoor snel een lunch te halen en kan meenemen of daar eten! Je kan ook een dag van tevoren bestellen wat je wilt eten voor de lunch! Geweldig systeem! Zeker een aanrader!!!!!
