Absolutely adore this place. The staff is super sweet and present, pet beans is there every now and then, definitely a plus for the energy. The food is so super tasty and protein rich! I'm a fan. I really like how they just write the menu cards on a piece of paper with a pen and a drawing next to it. I don't know, I feel this place. Would highly recommend!

What a nice and atmospheric place for a delicious vegan lunch with matching drinks. Tasty, original dishes that are all worth tasting... That's why we stayed longer. A winner in Amsterdam North.

Best café in Noord! Super kind staff, a cool atmosphere and amazing music. They also have some games available and it’s also possible to work on your laptop. Plus, the veg toasties were amazing! Definitely a spot to come back to.

Cool atmospheric spot to unwind, dig some indie music in what feels like a cozy hotel lobby - in which you are the guest and treated likewise by truly sympa couple owners. Good coffee, great munchies (the ginger loaf !) and spicy food - check when their kitchen is open

Loved having our function here in the cheeky back room, impeccable service, kindness and care. The serving platters were tasty and the high quality wine was forever flowing.

Delicious feijoada and coxinhas! Refreshing drinks! The atmosphere was pleasant and friendly staff. But most importantly, my Baloo was welcomed with open arms by the whole staff (and a few guests). He got water, treats and cuddles. A true pet-friendly place!!!

Subcult is a very nice place to have lunch with my grandson and relax with friends in the evening. Good atmosphere, beautiful decoration, very good coffee from Jort and delicious Weizen beer. Caitlin is very attentive (and present) which makes me feel completely at home in their beautiful café.

My favorite coffee shop in North. Incredibly delicious coffee, but you can also go here for good wine, matcha, specialty beers and tasty and special food. The atmosphere is very accessible, it really is a living room for the neighborhood and everyone is welcome. There is always good music and the owners are very nice, sweet people. I come here as often as I can ❤️

Stopped here after taking my dog for a walk and loved it. The staff were super friendly and coffee was great. It’s so nice to get a coffee somewhere that’s not minimalist beige these days and actually has some personality.

Subcult serves the tastiest cappuccino ever, accompanied by a delicious slice of lemon cake. What does a man want more. They moved from theater breeding ground De Sloot to Amsterdam-Noord in May. And what a beautiful place it is with a nice park across the street where the children can play while you have a nice cup of coffee. Really great

Great place, atmosphere, and super friendly staff I was glad to have fresh apple juice option. It's rare in NL. Also tosti/sandwich option was awesome, despite the fact that I was very skeptical from the beginning.

Te gekke plek op een broedplaats (De Sloot) waar je heerlijke koffie kunt krijgen, die gezet wordt in een futuristies apparaat! Ze hebben ook andere drankjes, maar de iced latte is mijn favoriet! Schappelijke prijzen en een leuk terras in de zomer ook.
