Today I was there with my wife and daughter. We ordered on the spot, and for three people with drinks, we paid almost €50. Two capsalones and a doner. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. Someone very hungry might be satisfied. The service was friendly, but the people gambling were loud.

I've ordered frequently, and each time something has been wrong. If you order ASAP, they initially say 30 to 20 minutes, but you have to wait at least an hour and a half to two hours because of the busy period. The quality you get is also very poor for the price. After several attempts, I decided to give it another try, but it remains one of the worst in Rotterdam, especially due to the customer service they offer when you call. Unfortunately, I can't add the recordings of the conversation here.

Ordered online and it was supposed to be delivered after 75 minutes. When we still hadn't received anything after an hour and a half, I called and was told that they were preparing our order at that moment. It is now more than an hour after the agreed delivery time and no delivery person has been there and they are unreachable by phone. Simply antisocial to treat your customers like this.

Oh what a disaster! We ordered via thuisbezorgd and I was so deeply disappointed. Little taste and also ridiculously little food for the price you pay. It seems to be much better if you pick up the food, but I don't dare anymore.

Took about 45 minutes for the food to be delivered. €9 for a small bowl of döner I find scandalous. The döner was not tasty and old. We also got stomach complaints after eating. I will never order anything here again.

I get here at 1am and walk in and they say we are already closed. On their website it says they are open until 2am. Drove for nothing! Be careful don't come here in the evening.

Shawarma sandwich with an extra pita, great. Delicious garlic sauce and spicy sauce. Just enough of a meal.

Chicken doner and kapsalon are incredibly good, the staff are also pleasant people, what more can you ask for, transportation is easy, there is parking at the door.

The staff is incredibly antisocial. You are not allowed to sit anywhere, and when you finally dare to order something, you get a service that is simply shit. The food? A complete disaster: the fries are ice cold, the shawarma tastes like sweat and the spare ribs are raw, just rude! The table has not been cleaned, the sofa is a dirty mess. Only the waitress was a bit normal, but that doesn't make up for it at all. This is just an insult to customers, never again!

Normally I am very pleased with Ramses, but now very disappointed, order baklava for dessert and get 2 pieces for 4.50 euros, this is pure theft, sorry to say so, really worthless😡😡

Do people get themselves killed, what a shame that they even have such people in their home, what was bound to happen with how you always see them racing.

This restaurant, which is of extremely disappointing quality, manages to be 50 minutes late even though we had already ordered all the time before. We called 5 times, they were there almost every time, but not normal, these are stupidly slow people. When I got the food I understand why they were so late... the lamb had walked away from my hair salon it was so cold. Fries were raw and everything else was cold. Ordered an XL hair salon and my container was smaller than the normal size. Really save you the money and time because this restaurant is so hopeless.

I thought I would get a nice haircut after having a great day. However, my day was completely ruined and I have never had such a bad hair salon in my life. After we called 3 times and he still wasn't there, it wasn't good. It is 2 degrees outside and I think that even if I had put the hair salon outside it would have been even warmer. They probably put the fries raw in the hair salon. Luckily I had hot sambal at home so it was still kind of warm. But I really like that I still had a dry sandwich at home because it tasted 10x better.

This was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had at a shawarma place. The meat tasted like it had been left in the snow for a week, and the sauce had the consistency of water with an aftertaste of plastic. The fries were soggy, overcooked and tasted like old plastic. I advise anyone with taste buds and self respect to avoid this place like the plague. Find another place, even a sandwich from the gas pump is a better choice.

Rarely have I eaten such a bad hair salon. The fries were boiled rather than fried and the shawarma was drier than the Sahara, although it is warm there. Also the food arrived 50 minutes late

I don't know who reads your receipts or cooks, but they do understand that if a Turkish pizza says cheese without sauce, it should contain CHEESE and not SAUCE.

Satisfied customer for more than 30 years, Ramses dishes delicious. If we are on holiday, they call to see if everything is ok 🙃 nice staff, sometimes a bit late due to crowds. The food there is super fresh, highly recommended!

Tasty Shawarma and good service

We have been ordering food from Ramses for years. Always just good, despite the fact that sometimes something doesn't go quite right, but it is always resolved. I recently had the opportunity to spin the prize wheel and won a very nice Sonos smart speaker. Now in and amazing sound and convenience. Ramses, thank you!!

Tried ordering from Ramses again today. Unfortunately after waiting more than 1.5 hours (where it would have taken 45 minutes). No food yet. Then called several times and no answer. When I finally got on the phone, I was told that they had no more döner and if I wanted shawarma. I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't called. Very unfortunate. Finally called after 2.5 hours to say that the food was no longer required. Very poor service and unfriendly treatment.

We recently tried to order food from Ramses. We ordered at 6:15 PM and received an email that the food would be available at 7:45 PM, this was to be expected on a Saturday. However, they were not there yet at 8:00 PM. We called several times without answer. Emailed without response and even via Facebook they did not respond. At 9:45 PM we received a call from a delivery person that he was at our door, but no one was there. We indicated that she no longer had to deliver the food. Fortunately, we had opted to pay at the door, but what BAD service. We have not been called back either. We will never try to order from here again and certainly won't recommend it to anyone..

I often went here to get food in the past, it was always tasty. I ordered spare ribs again in a long time. What a disappointment! They had had the pre-cooked spare ribs from the freezer under the grill for far too short a time... they belong on the bone but they were tough, just barely done....I ordered spicy but the little sauce that was on it was sweet. Last time here.

One adult and two children have been poisoned after sharing a kebab. Moreover, unfriendly people. They treat you like they don't want you there.

Ordered rib eye. Ice cold fries that arrived were missing and it was a tiny piece no bigger than a meatball. And you pay €18 for that! Wasted money!

First... had to wait 2 hours and 10 minutes after ordering, while the store is 5 minutes away from me. Not a word was said at the door, delivered and immediately fled. I have the feeling that they are convinced that the fries are better cold, because there was not much heat in them. so you can't eat it at all. Then called, but was not allowed to speak to a manager, and was hung up on. I don't feel respected at all. I am warning you. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Just ordered 3 large hair salons. I waited a long time for the food even though we live 5 minutes from the tent and it is not edible unless you like cold fries and cheese that has hardened again. At the door disrespectful delivery person didn't say a word gave the food and walked away. Lekker eten maar elke keer is het verkeerd... 3x achter elkaar met groente terwijl ik altijd zonder groente vraag. NOOIT sambal erbij terwijl ik dat er altijd duidelijk bij zeg. heel erg vervelend! betaal weet ik veel hoeveel voor een kapsalon en elke keer is er wel wat mis... heel jammer!

Kort geleden schrok ik van de lage score van deze zaak. Ik kende het nog niet, maar omdat ik goede verhalen hoorde en omdat de negatieve reviews vooral over de bezorging gingen, wilde ik het wel proberen. We hebben op locatie gegeten en het was top! Vriendelijke bediening, de zaak in netjes, schoon toilet en het belangrijkste was dat alles heel lekker en vers was. Wij komen zeker nog terug!

Bestel hier vaak kapsalon via thuisbezorgd. Nadeel is wel dat je via deze weg alleen saus kan kiezen voor 1 euro. Terwijl op hun eigen site je 1 gratis saus kunt kiezen. Misschien even naar laten kijken. Verder altijd vriendelijk en lekker.

Het eten is behoorlijk maar de bezorgtijden zijn afgrijselijk. Vaak genoeg meer dan twee uur op een bestelling gewacht. Als je trek hebt, sla Ramses maar over.

De shoarma halen we al jaren hier, en vinden we eigenlijk nog steeds wel goed. Maar zet geen bakje grof op de kaart als je geen grof levert, want het si altijd fijn gesneden en vandeweek was het helemaal erg, de helft was bijna kruimels. Normaal ga ik halen maar vanwege drukte hebben we het een keer laten bezorgen, wat je 2 euro kost, echt veel voor zo'n kort stukje. Maar eigenlijk is nog het ergst dat je 25 cent transactiekosten moet betalen als je online bestelt en via iDeal wil betalen. Ramses ziet kennelijk liever zijn bezorgers met cash geld op straat?

Eten gaat steeds sneller achteruit. Bestelling kwam veel te laat, was koud en jammes genoeg word er niet op de opmerkingen gelet tijden het bereiden. Werd meerdere keren gevraagd zonder sla en komt vervolgens met sla op de bestelling. Enorm jammer aangezien het echt heerlijk was vroeger. Vervelend om te zien dat ze zo achteruot ziin gegaan. Ik ga hier niet meer bestellen. Zonde. Van mijn tijd en geld.

Personeel aardig, eten oke, maar de prijs schrok ik me dood van, 11 euro voor een kapsalon en een cola (afhalen)

Voor het eerst besteld, was super, heerlijk gegeten. 2 grote schotels, sla super vers, patatjes heerlijk. Voor herhaling vatbaar 👍

Bestellingen komen standaard te laat. Reken op minimaal een half uur extra. Als je vraagt om plastic bestek, vanwege klussen in een huis zonder inboedel, krijg je het niet. Het staat echter wel op de bon. Porties zijn ook niet overdreven royaal. Sla deze zaak maar over.

Ik heb helaas heel lang moeten wachten op mijn eten.

Altijd heerlijk eten maar vanavond een beetje tegenvaller. 2 pita's ham kaas sla zonder ham en een Turkse pizza met lamsshoarma zonder kaas ipv kip mét kaas...

Nette en verzorgde grillroom en shoarma zaak. Ik kom er al jaren vanwege de goede kwaliteit en omdat ik altijd netjes wordt geholpen. Er wordt ook heel schoon en netjes gewerkt. Ik kan met eigen ogen toezien hoe er wordt gewerkt en ben fan geworden. Deze mannen begrijpen wat je moet doen om je klanten tevreden te houden, blijf zo door gaan !

De kaas moet hier van Goud zijn. Maar liefst 3 euro voor n pita kaas. Gemiddeld tussen de 2 en 2,50 maar hier 3 euro. Dus dan maar 2 sterren ipv 5. Niet heel speciaal allemaal. Gewoon standaard grillroo

Eten is over het algemeen wel goed maar de bezorgservice is een drama. Kan veel sneller . Helaas al te vaak negatief resultaat gehad.

Altijd goede service en lekker eten. Kom er al jaren. Ook andere shoarma zaken geprobeerd om te vergelijken maar deze is echt goed.

Voor het eerst hier. Wist niet wat te verwachten. Maar het is hier goed eten. De zaak zelf is niet veel. Je komt hier voor een snelle hap. Bediening is vriendelijk. Porties royaal. Het is lekker, dus wat wil je nog meer. Prijs is aan de lage kant.
