We went for a drink here after dinner at a nearby restaurant. When we walked in we didn't really feel it was a welcoming place. It's a great location on Rembrandt Square which means it will naturally receive patrons (as happened with ourselves) however if you are reading this I advise you to choose a better place.

This little man didn't give me his name. Probably a character from Alice and the Wonderland... We were a group of 5 guys. 4 of us ordered drinks but one of us didn't so he kicked us out. Little man!!! A lot of anger for such a small human. Small man with a LOT to say

HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO! I asked for tap water a cola and a beer, he brings bottled water that cost 4 euros or more. When we said that we wanted tap water he replied aggressively/arrogantly that he only sells water and he doesn't give water. After this robbery he went to his friends and made fun of us ordering a cup of water. HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO!

Always fun in this bar! When we are in Amsterdam we always come here. Zarsja is a great bartender who always makes it fun!!

Cozy bar with very friendly and fun staff. Heated terrace and heated cushions in the chairs. Pleasantly busy, fortunately not as busy as their neighbors.

Had a quick drink, staff was friendly, unfortunately only 3 things on the menu that we could choose from for dinner in the afternoon. Great experience.

Nice place, but... drank Capocino, price € 4.00. Payment indicated including 21% VAT! "Low VAT rate is legal for a cup of coffee 9% VAT". Question asked about this. It turns out that that 21% still includes "a catering surcharge". So a new Amsterdam trick! Make it expensive, and blame it on the tax... Tax authorities: tackle this place. Only tax their annual turnover on a 21% basis..

It's a perfect spot to drink a couple of beers and chill. I loved the staff and especially the handsome bartender, Zarsja.

Best Aperol Spritz in the square! We had bitterballen as well which was delicious. Great location and great service from Denise at the bar. Would highly recommend if you need a break from strolling the streets of the city to cool off and grab a snack.

Nice corner to have a drink and people watch everyone going through Rembrandt square. It was a nice day and they had outdoor seating but they have indoor. Odd it was the place least sat in the square at the time which is why we went. Only 1 other table. Wonder why it isn’t as popular as it’s neighbors. But, a Good spot with Wi-Fi and drinks.

Good selection of beers. Went twice. First time the waitress was fun and friendly. Second time the waiter was rude, slow, and more interested in flirting with girls (who were totally creeped out).

Een heerlijk bruin café op een perfecte plek op het Rembrandtplein. Wij hebben daar heerlijk aapjes gekeken met een prima pilsje en een goede glas wijn. Tussen door nog ergens anders avondeten gedaan. En heerlijk verder gegaan waar we gebleven.......prima en vriendelijke bediening (door eigenaar). Ja dat het toilet enigszins smerig is daar kan de bediening niet op blijven poetsen dat ligt echt aan de bezoekers/gebruikers. Top we zullen zeker weer eens terugkomen. Absolute aanrader.

Wat een top bediening vanmiddag. Humor, tijd voor een praatje en zeer attent! En met een portie bitterballen en een heerlijk zonnetje kon de middag niet meer stuk!

Purtroppo è possibile soltanto consumare bevande perché non sono disponibili nemmeno panini o dolci. Complessivamente una struttura decente dove mi fermerei volentieri (è disponibile anche un servizio di ricarica per i telefoni cellulari, ma è a pagamento) Alessio da Roma
