Unbelievable, I have never experienced such incompetence! 2 days of calling, 25 waiting in front of you and still no contact. At the end you get a tune. Get rid of this organization that only costs us tax money. Boo, Bah!!!!

I came over through AV income management, and I can't think of anything good I can think of about plan group. I have been waiting for extra money for 3 weeks now, have not yet received an answer to an email (it has taken just as long) and they cannot be reached by phone. Contact is very difficult and asking for extra money results in nothing. Sinterklaas evening was ruined (couldn't buy kudos for the family) now let's hope they don't ruin Christmas either. If you need help, look further, not with this company....

In general I have always been very satisfied with plangroep, but since the summer holidays it has been chaos there, very difficult to reach. If you call for extra you wait at least 1.5 hours and then the fun part comes if you want to discuss something else regarding a bill then you have to call again with a long queue. And then you can't even get your own team on the phone when people need debt assistance or budget management. I always said that they had a good one in plangroep. That is no longer the case. Very disappointing if, as a company, you did not listen to your employees who also indicate that it is not working for them either. Too bad because all this is not necessary, they had excellent service And then I haven't even mentioned the "new" login site, which was also great and because of privacy law they had to change that, but that is now 10 times nothing I pay for this myself because I was really very satisfied, but there are now more and more reasons to look for someone else who still provides service and who is really there for you
