Unbelievable, I have never experienced such incompetence! 2 days of calling, 25 waiting in front of you and still no contact. At the end you get a tune. Get rid of this organization that only costs us tax money. Boo, Bah!!!!

I was transferred through AV Income Management, and I can't think of anything good I can say about Plangroep. I've been waiting for the extra money for three weeks now, haven't received a response to my email (it's been taking just as long), and they're also unreachable by phone. Contact is very difficult, and asking for extra money gets me nowhere. Sinterklaas evening was ruined (I couldn't buy kudos for the family), so I hope they don't ruin Christmas either. If you need help, look elsewhere; don't contact this company...

I've generally been very satisfied with Plangroep, but since the summer holidays, it's been a complete mess and very difficult to reach. If you call for extra service, you wait at least an hour and a half, and then the fun part comes: if you want to discuss something else regarding a bill, you have to call again and wait in line. And then you can't even get your own team on the phone. When people need debt counseling or budget management, I always said Plangroep was good, but that's no longer the case. It's very disappointing that a company doesn't listen to its employees, who also say it doesn't work for them. It's a shame, because all this is unnecessary; they used to have excellent service. And I haven't even mentioned the "new" login website, which was also great, but due to privacy laws, they had to change it, and that's now nothing. I pay for it myself because I was truly very satisfied, but now there are more and more reasons to look for someone else who still provides service and where someone is actually there for you.

Met at the front door by a skinny greasy haired Bouncer who clearly thought he was hard as nails. Asked where I was from, replied England, responded, we’re full. Racist. Tried to be nice and ask where’s best to go next if you’re full, turned his back to us and said “dunno”. If it was my business I’d be after better staff and ones that actually get a wash.
