Super nice place! Good vibes Edit here: All these lame people complain about some silly things here - it is a bar that serves nice coffee until 5 pm and is a chill bar afterwards, so if you are a ..., go somewhere else.. Service, drinks and people are fantastic! So go there and enjoy! Club nights are also cool! Would recommend Brazilian nights! PS espresso martini is superb 👌🏻

Genuinely one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Amsterdam. Short but sophisticated menus that change depending on the chefs, the kindest and most helpful staff, and super cool abandoned-school style venue that they have managed to make quite chic, still giving off the vibe of a fancy restaurant. The food was great and the vibes were immaculate! I’d definitely recommend:)

Me and my boyfriend came here late for a birthday party and had to pay 14€ each because it is ‚club night‘, which meant there was almost no people, noone dancing and in general quite whack vibes.

Great atmosphere and a special cocktail selection. One of the better places to visit in Amsterdam Noord. It’s worth mentioning that they don’t do traditional cocktails, nonetheless their menu is certainly worth trying

Had an amazing evening at Benelux-ITU Amsterdam! The staff were super friendly and really helpful. The food was out of this world and me and friend stayed here for over 3 hours enjoying all the delicious food, wines and drinks. Definitely recommend!

Great bar with drinks and nice parties at night. I liked their light work and friendly stuff. It’s good they have a room on the back for speaking where it’s not that loud when DJs are playing. Lineups are good, I would recommend it for chill club night.

The atmosphere was good. We arrived around 11:00 PM. There was a DJ playing. Nice people inside. However, the cocktails could still use some attention.

Summary: a bar that is resting reputation of being 'cool' but is in fact giving out terrible service and bad experience. Drinks by night I ordered a negroni. I didn't watch to see the person make the Negroni but when i tasted it was so bad I almost spat it out. I assumed something was wrong and tried to explain to the bar tender. She put the drink I had tasted BACK IN THR FRIDGE?! I then watched her remake my Negroni by literally putting the three ingredients into the glass with an ice cube and then handing it straight to me- served with a sprinkle of attitude. I am honestly shocked at this. Either the staff literally don't know how to make a cocktail or they are so audacious that they think is perfectly fine to serve an unmixed drink for 13 euros. Venue by night The venue started charging for the music event inside- fine. But with that they also closed the smoking area and forced people to smoke inside in a little room at the back. It was unventilated and gross. Drinks by day I waited in front of the bar for 5 mins in front of a bartender who avoided all eye contact. In the end I tried a different spot on the bar- the majority of people behind the bar also avoiding eye contact and chatting between themselves. Eventually I got service- 58 euros for wine on tap. After that I asked if we could also have some water. It took 10 mins and 3 conversations for me and my friends to get water with our wine and there was endless attitude served with the water from the staff. Food by day I came here on a Saturday day time for what was apparently a falafel event. My friend tried to order a falafel wrap and was told they needed to be preordered the day before. That's ok but when it's the only thing the bar is selling this feels very strange. The staff didn't inform us that were any other food options either (I heard from a friend after that it's ok to order food from the pizza place next door). All in all, the whole experience as terrible. I hope the bar can come back around from this as when I used to come here last summer the drinks were really beautifully made and the service was attentive.

Benelux bar is my favourite bar in Amsterdam. You can go there to enjoy a cocktail, go for a bite, attend one of their food pop ups that change every weekend or go there for a little dance since they’re open until 3am on weekends. Really friendly staff and beautiful industrial sexy space. Will definitely be back ❤️

Nice place in itself. Decor is nice and nice drinks. But by the time the DJ starts and you want to dance, the club is almost always almost completely empty. Detracts greatly from the atmosphere

We enthusiastically went to Italo disco / pasta pop up with Mattia Caso. I quite like italo disco so I invited my friends to join for the music and the culinary experience. Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing and we had a feeling in the end of being ripped of. We were with 5 people and normal hungry, and the portions were extremely small, so we ended up with ordering 8 pasta dishes and 6 starters, and paying over 50 EUR per person. The food was not bad but portions were ridiculously small:15 to 17 EUR for one pasta dish, size of a starter. Italo disco experience was a soft playing spotify playlist. Will not go there ever again.

Ridiculous door policy. We first had drinks there with a group, then had dinner in the restaurant next door (at Europizza; never go there with a group; we had to wait an hour before we even got a little bread...) and when we came back after dinner, we were turned away because they don't let groups in. Some of us even already had a locker. FYI we weren't drunk or annoying or anything like that. Was purely because we were a group. Really didn't make any sense.

Lovely cocktail and cool place. It was unfortunate though that the waiter did not make time for us to explain their twists. Instead, he turned to others and never came back to our table.

Very nice stylish contemporary bar/club. Which remind me of the concrete in Berlin and the polished wood of Japanese sushi bars. Understated elegance with a hint of a 70s color palette. Me and my friends wanted to grab a pizza next door (which in the end didn’t turn out to be just an Ordinary pizza joint) but the restaurant was fully booked, we were suggested to have a drink at Benelux till there was a spot available. Even though you’re sitting on a parking lot you still have a cozy vibe between the potted olive trees. The waiter was extremely friendly and took our drinks with a smile. After having our first cocktail we could already move to eat at europizza. Afterwards we returned to Benelux just before the party started. Dj was smashing the room with some bangers, me and my friends were blown away hitting the dance floor with some moves. Nice people nice atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend this little gem tucked away (but still close to the ferry) in north.

Nice vibe with lots of potential

A wonderful bar, with kind staff and great crowd. The tip came from a friend who lives in Amsterdam, it's a very local place, with great drinks. If you are hungry, you can eat at Euro Pizza - right next door. In addition to the cool atmosphere, we were lucky to have a performance by an excellent DJ who livened up the night.
