We were going to go to Glouglou up the block but it was a cold night and they only had outdoor seating. Then it started to rain. This place appeared like a mirage on the corner, with a couple of seats free at the bar. Lovely vibe, nice drinks, friendly bartender. Thanks for saving the evening!

I couldn’t fault this place. We were waiting to go for dinner at the Indian restaurant a couple doors down and decided this place looked great to spend an hour in. We were quite a while from where we had spent the last few days and we didn’t know this area at all so felt a little nervous about choosing somewhere, but we walked in and immediately felt how chill it was in there. The guy behind the bar was great, so welcoming and the best customer service. After leaving we realised we had left a bag in there, which I went back for and they had saved it for me. Great guys, food looked great, really lovely atmosphere! When we return to Amsterdam we’ll be back for sure!

Amazing how stuff can ruin the business!! Telling your client who is double older then you ,and spent more time in this place then barman has ages ,one small bartender piece of ..,what ever.. We are thankful for being kicked from this place for unreasonable shift. 4 beers from old school crew next door ordered.!!!! P.S owner We will never come back here Best regards, Aleksandar

Very nice cocktails and above-average service

I’d firstly say that waiters were way too insistent in coming to us every 5 minutes asking whether we wanted something. It just kept on going like this the whole time. At some point we got used to it but it’s not really pleasant to experience, we felt kind of pressured or hurried to order more things. Still the location is very cute and it’s located in a very picturesque area of De Pijp.

Got a really good espresso martini + they kept my phone which I stupidly forgot and kept it away for me, amazing people behind the bar

I go very often and the staff is always polite and welcoming. Like all bars, it gets very busy on weekends, but as there are also seats outside, you can stay out of your way. Very recommended for a beer and to nibble on something in a nice neighborhood. The beer in the photo is exceptional.

If you are looking for a place to have a chat with someone, enjoy a nice draft and something to snack, I warmly recommend a visit to Buhrs Café. The staff was very attentive and the service was perfect all in all. Will come back!

Aan het mooie Van der Helstplein neergestreken in Café Buhrs voor een drankje. Gezellig café met dito bediening. De wijn (pinot grigio) was prima, maar komt in klein glas en is uiteindelijk qua hoeveelheid wat karig. Lekkere nachos erbij.

Ik heb hier een afstudeerborrel georganiseerd en het was echt een superfeestje! Het personeel is onwijs vriendelijk en aardig en hierdoor voel je je erg thuis. Mijn nieuwe stamkroeg is gevonden!

We hebben buiten gezeten. Het personeel kwam met opvallend hoge frequentie vriendelijk vragen of (strekking, ik ben de letterlijke formulering vergeten) we nog iets wensten, maar niet opdringerig, integendeel: sfeerverhogend, gezellig, zodat we met plezier meer bestelden en er langer bleven zitten. Iedereen blij!

Fijne plek met goede zit gelegenheid buiten met heaters mocht het koud zijn. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Het erg schattige pleintje waar het aan ligt maakt dit een extra leuke tent.

Wat een fijne plek! Vriendelijke, gezellige mensen die duidelijk hart voor mensen hebben. Mijn vrouw en ik waren hier op bezoek voor een verjaardagsfeest. Het was perfect. Lekkere hapjes!

2x chardonnay besteld, beide veel te zoet dit binnen prettig medegedeeld. Kregen daarna 1 glas aangeboden en werd andere glas teruggenomen althans dat dachten wij. Moesten 3e glas gewoon betalen ook nadat wij het verhaal verteld hadden.

Heerlijk terras, goede bediening en een verrukkelijke Nacho, ze hebben de beste zoete aardappel frites die er bestaat👌

Nunca tuve un tratamiento tan rudo en mi vida. Ni siquiera la "Directividad holandesa", sino simplemente grosera. Fui con amigos y el chico y la chica que trabajaron esta noche no me dieron la sensación de que me agradecían estar aquí. No vayas a menos que quieras un mal trato.
