This restaurant can be described as luxurious. Excellent food, excellent service, but not cheap dining.

Very tasty food, prices are not cheap but preparation and quality are worth it! The service was attentive, friendly and intrusive in the slightest way. Very nice experience😋

We eat here at least once a month and I don't like the reviews, but normally the food is good, but yesterday it was so bad that a full plate was returned. My daughter also returned half of the gnocci and the steak. My friend had baked half a pot of silver onions as a garnish, again always good food here, but yesterday there was a drama, even asked if there was another cook, there was no one and they just did nothing with my complaint, in other words, nice bill without eating, see me unfortunately not for the time being. By the way, I had quibbles that were even saltier than the Dead Sea.

I had the Black angus Burger and it was fantastic... I recommend it 3 beers Burger and dessert 50-60e The burger was so great that I didn't have time to take a photo of it

Beautiful location...a shame that the food wasn't good. Frozen tuna in Thai style and with a kind of pesto sauce served with frozen vegetables. Too bad!

Top location and excellent service. We ate mussels and at this time you can do that all day long and.....they were excellent!!! I had bread with it and my husband had fries, which were also delicious. Highly recommended, with a beautiful view of course!

The tent is in a nice spot. Pancakes were very disappointing, regular ready-made ones from the supermarket with 2 strawberries and 2 blueberries. You pay €12 for that. We asked for extra maple syrup because they were really dry and there was barely any on them, then we had to pay for it... The men serving were quite grumpy.

Cozy terrace with shooting views over the water

Seafood was below average at above average prices. The location was pretty nice and service tried their best. If this place served good food it would be an incredible location.

Mooie plek aan het water, maar de rest mag aan gewerkt worden. Tijdens ons kopje koffie ook maar gelijk de lunch besteld Na 1u en 10 min nog steeds niets. We moesten weer opnieuw bestellen. Daar wilden we graag weer iets bij drinken. Ook dat kwam niet. Weer opnieuw besteld. Weer lang wachten. Jammer!

Afgelopen zondag hier heerlijk geluncht op het terras, mooi uitzicht over het water. Club sandwich was heerlijk, je hebt er een hele maaltijd aan. Vriendelijke bediening.

Eten was koud en smakeloos! Bediening was ruk en niet gemotiveerd om klant te bedienen. Hier nooit meer! Mensen kunnen beter door lopen naar de kerkstraat.

Slecht eten nog heel veel zand en stukken schelp in de mosselen niet voor af gewassen, kibbeling zat meer beslag dan vis in op. Ga hier niet eten alle bier op fles waren warm alleen tap was aardig koud.

My €4 beer was just at room temperature. There were hardly any guests, but we still had to wait 1 hour for our satay with peanut sauce. Fun is different...

Beautiful terrace on the water. Had ordered lunch. Food came in 2 parts, my wife had already finished it when mine arrived and it was still not good, so I took it back. In the end it turned out fine and tasted great.

Met de familie, om een paar verjaardagen te vieren, wezen lunchen in het restaurant Aquarius. Het restaurant is mooi gelegen aan het Haringvliet. De kaart is mooi. De bediening is erg goed en attent. Het eten is voortreffelijk. Er staan mooie wijnen op de wijnkaart. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is erg goed. Een aanrader om hier met je familie, kinderen en kleinkinderen of collega’s uit te gaan.

angusburger gegeten, waarvan ik betwijfel of het augustus was op een gortdroog broodje met geraspte kaas erop die miet gesmolten was. daarnaast friet die volgens mij het frituurvet amper gezien hebben. hier komen wij niet meer

Furchtbar schlecht! Sehr wenig! Frecheit sowas zu servieren! Leider nicht genug Platz hier zu schreiben was das war! Weisswein Muscheln bestellt! Wurde in Wasser gekocht und fertig! Keine Pommes oder Brot! Mini Portion! Serviette hat man auch nicht bekommen ohne Nachfrage! Keine Gabel , kein Löffel, nix! Nachdem ich der Kellnerin sagte es wäre schlecht, sah man den Chef auch nicht mehr! Nie wieder!

We always came to Aquarius to drink chocolate milk. Recently there has been a new owner/manager(?) who is making our lives miserable. We are not allowed to sit in the back (where we have been sitting for years) because the gentleman doesn't like that. We are not busy and talk quietly, but he constantly listens to us as if we are criminals. We tried it one more time after that, and I had not even moved 2 steps when the gentleman immediately recognized me and once again insisted that we sit in the front because that is "more fun." I think we can decide that ourselves. We then left immediately. What an unfriendly, nasty man. Don't come back there again.

After reading some reviews... we were worried about the place... HOWEVER, we are happy to have skipped it because we had a great meal! The dishes were very very good, served hot, at affordable prices. We had a Saturday evening without reserving a place outside with a very nice view! Thanks to the waiter Jerry, who spoke English very well, was very friendly and served us on time! We recommend this place which seems unmissable!

Had a nice afternoon on the terrace, it was busy and you noticed that from the service. In the evening we had a mussel pan and kibbeling menu here. It's a shame that such a beautiful location on the water doesn't serve "fresh" kibbeling for that kind of money. Friendly service, cozy terrace in a beautiful location. Highly recommended for me!

Fries came after the food was already finished and taken away!! And they could have spent a lot on us. But they just didn't come by our table to ask about it. While it was very quiet. What a view! Complete view over the Haringvliet and the Hellevoetsluis lighthouse. We were last there years ago and have now returned after a new owner and building. Delicious food, friendly host with a sense of humor and a pleasant place to have a nice meal. I'm curious about the terrace, definitely come and enjoy a glass of wine there in the summer

It's been a while since we last had lunch here, but the experience was truly delightful. The ambiance was inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious. We're already looking forward to our next visit, especially when summer rolls around again. Oh, and that bread we ordered It was exceptionally tasty!

Very friendly, correct and fast service. The food was really tasty and served on time. In my opinion, the atmosphere of the restaurant could be a little more cozy, but I know that's a matter of taste, so it's different for everyone. We will definitely come back again and hopefully have an experience as good as today with our family lunch.

Beautiful place but the building is in need of renovation and refreshment. Staff could also be a bit more motivated. Nice view and dishes that passed by looked beautiful. Times we have eaten it has been normal. Due to grumpy service I did not go back (have been there several times).

We hebben heerlijke hertenbiefstuk gegeten met rode kool en aardappelpuree! Op aanraden van de chef dronken we er een lekker biertje bij. De desserten waren een heerlijke afsluiter. We werden gastvrij ontvangen en vriendelijk bediend. JK.

Mooi gelegen met vrij uitzicht over het water. Goed bakkie koffie en lekkere appeltaart. Goed rustpunt bij een wandeling rond de vesting.

Ik vond het eten niet zo lekker. Ik had de vis van de dag genomen. De vis was zeker goed, maar de risotto was niet gaar en dus nog redelijk hard. De frieten die bij de mosselen van mijn partner kwamen waren niet consisten sommigen waren goed andere nog slap. Bediening was heel behulpzaam en het restaurant was wel proper en verzorgd.

War jetzt zum 2,ten mal da...mit meinem Hund ..wurde immer höflich und freundlich bedient..bekam eine deutsche Speisekarte .. Essen war prima ich gehe noch einmal hin Muscheln essen!!!!

Cooles Restaurant guter Service und gutes Essen!

Wat een waardeloze bediening. De jonge bediende ziet ons binnenkomen, maar komt niet naar ons tafel. Hij kijkt niet. Na heel veel pogingen zijn aandacht te trekken, uiteindelijk naar de bar gelopen en gevraagd om bediening. Gelukkig maakte de kwaliteit van de lunch iets goed.

Mooi uitzicht over het water. Goed broodje carpaccio met heerlijke truffel mayonaise!! Lekker vers brood. Zeker aan te raden. Flatbread zit niet veel smaak aan. Pulled chicken is prima. Wel wat prijzig, maar zit leuk. Bediening is goed.

De locatie is erg leuk, aan het water, ideaal met dit mooie weer. Het eten had helaas twee kanten. De kalfsschnitzel zag er goed uit maar bleek slap en smaakloos, de kartoffelsalade die erbij zat was niet lekker en de stroganofsaus ook niet erg smaakvol. De tonijnsteak daarentegen was heerlijk, het sausje erbij ook erg lekker en de groentes prima. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en het eten werd snel geserveerd.

Érg duur voor wat je krijgt. Mosselen veel te lang gekookt erg jammer... smaak eraf. Bizar weinig friet en sla wat je erbij krijgt. Voor mij nooit meer... zonde geld. Pluspunt was vriendelijke bediening. Mooi uitzicht

Also guten Service stellen wir mir anders vor. Man wurde hauptsächlich ignoriert und hat sich nicht wirklich erwünscht gefühlt. Von Anfang an haben wir uns über den Hummer erkundigt, nur dass uns dann nach 60 min gesagt wurde, dass es heute keinen Hummer gibt. Hätte man ja schon bei der Bestellung sagen können. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, jedoch für den Preis nicht wirklich gerechtfertigt. Service miserabel, also eher nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Lunch voor 3 personen. Kibbeling met friet was fantastisch, heerlijk. Leuk en groot terras aan het water. Voor rolstoelers is er rechts van de ingang een helling beschikbaar richting terras. Toilet voorzieningen voor rolstoelers is NIET beschikbaar!
