Nice little restaurant in Den Oever. We had a delicious pizza and a wonderful tiramisu.

We ordered takeout. Excellent pizza, just like in Italy. Congratulations!!

The pizzas are delicious. We don't recommend eating in. It's very small. It's filled with blue smoke from baking the pizzas. The prices are a bit high.

Nice little pizzeria. Very friendly staff. The pizza and bread with dip are delicious. Be sure to make a reservation in the evening. If we're ever in the area again, we'll be happy to come back.

Pizza was too bready wet and greasy. Too much cheese and ham. Crispy crust would have been nice. Service and restaurant were otherwise fine, very cozy.

Excellent! The pizza is amazing and the service is top-notch. The best bread we ate on our vacation in Holland. The beer is a bit watery, but authentic Italian. Highly recommended 👍🏻

After reading the good reviews, we went here to eat a pizza. And they were excellent. Funny that they only had Italian soft drinks. Very soft music in the background, excellent. Easy to talk to each other. For the good, the chairs and the bench were really loud, but the pizzas were so delicious that it is definitely worth the 5 stars. Recommended!

This lovely little restaurant is located in a very quiet but sveerfolle place, a little bit hidden if you don't know where it is. The pizzas are amazing, the best I've ever had. The staff is very friendly, and it's all very tidy. Definitely recommended if you're in the area.

We were thrilled with Bruisend. Although we were alone, the waitress was attentive, unstressed, and very friendly. (The restaurant was busy.) Both the vegetarian rib fillet and the rump steak were excellent, cooked to perfection, medium-rare. The restaurant's own beer is very tasty. We highly recommend Bruisend.

Arrived late due to car trouble, but were still served by the friendly owner, thanks again. Delicious main course of coalfish with mussel sauce and a panna cotta with pickled pineapple 👌.

We dined at Bruisend on August 15 from 7:15 PM to just over 10:00 PM. The biggest problem was that the service was extremely slow, waiting for the main course for three quarters of an hour was really too long. We also reported that nicely. The glasses of wine were generously poured, but the smoked salmon was much too dry. The tea and the unfortunately weak cappuccino without a firm layer of foam were on the house, because of the inconvenience, but on the other hand the soft shell crab bun that my wife had ordered (I had a delicious carpaccio with risotto) was on the bill twice (28 euros), we only saw that when we were home. Great food, if you have any complaints about this, it's probably your fault

A little less than expected... Food (hake and pike) was tasty, but meager portions. The student worker was friendly, but please train a little better (didn't know the drinks menu and she also didn't know the dishes on the plate; pike and hake were mixed up and corrected by us). The large terrace was also closed, so we sat in a small corner of the terrace with little view and sun.

Service could have been a bit faster.

The service, the ambience and especially the food were very, very good. And at a more than reasonable price. If I could give it a sixth star, I would. Thanks for the hele leuke avond.

Ate here on a weekday. It was very quiet in the restaurant. Nice decor and style. This has even been extended into the toilet for the total experience. Super nice staff, nice and quick. Na een heel vriendelijk onthaal namen wij plaats in het sfeervol restaurant. De gerechtjes hebben een mooie presentatie en zijn top. Bovendien zijn ze heel kindvriendelijk. Topadresje!

Had a vegetarian meal here. I had a wild mushroom soup and a grilled stuffed pumpkin. Clearly a lot of attention was paid to it. Varied and very nice in taste. The wine and fries were also very good. Recommended

2023 - It was holiday time again and of course dinner at our favorite restaurant. The kitchen - the food - as always fantastic, super tasty and made from regional products and of course prepared with a lot of love and skill. Special requests are implemented with suggestions - there were also surprise menus. Hendrik and his kitchen crew enchant the guests' palates, but the eye is also there - the display is simply perfect. The staff, as always, are very nice, accommodating and take care of everything. We will be there for Christmas this year and are really looking forward to the Christmas menu. Of course, we are guaranteed to come back to Bruisend in the next few years. The kitchen - just fantastic. Made from fresh regional ingredients and a lot of love with imagination, a culinary delight. Hendrik always comes up with a new greeting from the kitchen - small spoons with a lot of taste (see pictures). The staff is very, very nice and accommodating and responds to all requests (customizing the dishes if desired). A children's chair and crayons are also available for families. There is an elegant selection of selected wines to accompany the meal - there is something for every wine lover. The prices of the dishes are justified for the ambience and preparation (freshness of the ingredients). We visited Michelle and Hendrik in their restaurant Bruisend for the second year in a row. We will definitely be visiting Michelle and Hendrik again in the next few years. Großartiges Essen und richtig gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten Brot als Vorspeise und jeder ein Hauptgericht, mega Pommes, zwei alkoholfreie Getränke und einen Kakao und für zwei Personen 88 Euro gezahlt. Und wie gesagt: richtig lecker!!!

Ich freue mich sehr, eine hervorragende Bewertung für das Restaurant Bruisend zu schreiben! Dieses Restaurant hat wirklich alles, was man sich von einem großartigen Restaurant wünschen kann. Zunächst einmal möchte ich die frischen Speisen hervorheben, die hier serviert werden. Die Zutaten sind von höchster Qualität und jedes Gericht wird mit Sorgfalt und Geschmack zubereitet. Es ist klar, dass das Küchenteam hier sehr erfahren und leidenschaftlich ist, was sich in jedem Bissen zeigt. Aber das Essen ist nur ein Teil des Grundes, warum ich Bruisend so sehr empfehle. Die Bedienung ist unglaublich lieb und aufmerksam. Das Personal ist immer bereit, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen und ist sehr freundlich und einladend. Ich fühle mich hier immer willkommen und geschätzt. Und schließlich muss ich das Ambiente des Restaurants erwähnen. Es ist wirklich toll gestaltet und sehr einladend. Die Atmosphäre ist perfekt für ein romantisches Abendessen zu zweit oder auch für eine große Feier mit Freunden. Egal, was der Anlass ist, ich bin mir sicher, dass das Ambiente hier dazu beiträgt, dass jeder Gast eine großartige Zeit hat. Insgesamt kann ich das Restaurant Bruisend nur wärmstens empfehlen. 07 april op doorreis gestopt om een hapje te eten. Wat een leuke inrichting en personeel. Eten was voortreffelijk. 07 april 2023 op doorreis vanuit Deventer naar Anna Paulowna gestopt om een hapje te eten. Wat een leuk ingericht restaurant en wat een aardige en leuke bediening. De kaart gelukkig niet te uitgebreid maar voor ieder wel een keuze uit te maken. De gerechten die wij kozen waren van zeer goede kwaliteit en erg lekker. De combinatie gezellig, goede bediening en heerlijk eten zorgt er in iedergeval voor dat wij bij het volgende bezoek in Noord-Holland wel weten waar we weer gaan eten. Ich teile gerne meine Erfahrung, nach einer telefonischer Absage, probierten wir es am nächsten Tag ( Ostersonntag) spontan mit Erfolg. Wir genossen das überaus mit Still und Geschmack eingerichtete Lokal auch der wohlfühl Charakter spielt eine große Rolle. Unser wohlfühl Moment wurde voll und ganz getroffen. Wir wollten einen süßen Wein, die erste Kreation traf nicht unseren Geschmack aber die überaus höfliche Dame die uns bewirtet blieb gelassen und traf bei der zweiten Wahl mit Erfolg unseren Gaumen. Wir bekamen ein drei Gänge Menü wobei die Vorspeise schon alles übertroffen hat. Lachs mit Eis köstlich. Hauptgericht Lamm mit Kartoffelgratin und sehr feine Auswahl an Gemüse. Last bad Not least der Nachtisch Mousse Schokolade mit typisch Holländische Spezialität genial. Mega wir waren voll und ganz zu Frieden. Preis Leistung war auch ok, mit einer Flasche Wein und Wasser für zwei Personen 122,-€ kleiner Wermutstropfen (aber vielleicht lag das an der Verständigung ) das Wechselgeld von 8,-€ kam nicht zurück ! Da ich dieses aber sowieso als Trinkgeld geben wollte sagte ich nichts. Grüße aus Deutschland weiter so, Daumen hoch von Ela und Armin

We hebben hier een heerlijke avond gehad! 😊 Het ontvangst was uiterst vriendelijk en er werd heel goed rekening gehouden met een verzoek dat ik had aangegeven bij het reserveren. Het eten was overheerlijk. Het broodje vooraf was al lekker en de hoofdgerechten (wildstoof en de eend) smaakten uitmuntend! Het toetje was een feestje op zich. Echt ontzettend lekker gegeten. Personeel heeft verstand van zaken en geeft toelichting bij het eten en drinken dat je bestelt. Bedankt voor de fijne avond!
