On the Tuesday evening we were there, the place was packed. Despite that, the service was polite and prompt. The food was good, very tasty, and generous portions. We were chatting, and the steak had cooled down a bit, so Joey offered to grill it again. We had a delicious meal and drinks with excellent service. If I'm ever in the area, I'll definitely be back.

I went out with the firefighters. We had a boat trip with snacks and drinks on board—everything was perfectly arranged, nothing was too crazy or too difficult. Thumbs up! Afterward, we had a delicious dinner. Bo's service was superb—I didn't see a single empty wine glass all evening. The service and quality you get for the price are truly exceptional. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and everything was perfectly arranged down to the last detail.

We had an amazing dinner at Restaurant Centennial Aalsmeer with our group of 12 colleagues, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was warm, stylish, and perfect for a group gathering. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home. Service was fast and very professional. The restaurant is easy to find, with convenient parking nearby. We loved the balance between fine dining and a relaxed, cozy vibe. Everyone at the table was impressed not a single plate left unfinished! It’s the kind of place you instantly want to visit again. Highly recommended for both group dinners and special occasions!

Restaurant Centennial is proving difficult to honor its agreements. The agreement for a lunch/cruise package for 19 people, including coffee and tea, was confirmed both verbally and by email, including the agreement that no additional drinks would be ordered. Lunch was supposed to take place before the cruise. Upon arrival, however, we were informed that the cruise was canceled due to the weather (separate cruise cost 12 euros per person, totaling -228 euros). Contrary to the agreement and without our permission, drinks were served instead of the requested tea and coffee, and some even requested a second round. Upon receiving the bill for 578.35 euros, I immediately pointed out that this was incorrect, partly because we hadn't taken the cruise. Nineteen 10-euro deductions (190 euros) were made from the bill. I disagreed, but ultimately paid €388.35 instead of €19 x €13 = €241. In the days that followed, I contacted the manager several times by email and phone; he indicated he would refund a maximum of €50, but to date (three weeks later), this amount has not been received. Lesson learned: make clear agreements and monitor them step by step to ensure they are being honored. Also, check what is ordered and, at the very least, keep track of the quantities. In retrospect, I have to conclude that this seems more like a revenue model than a series of mistakes.

Fantastic experience! We had a truly wonderful evening here. The tableside grill was fantastic—everything was fresh, well-marinated, and prepared exactly to order. The service was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and relaxed. The food has always been delicious, but since Bart left, the service has been truly terrible. We tried it again tonight, and wow, what a difference the atmosphere and service have made! It was cozy, and they regularly checked to see if everything was to your liking and if you needed another drink. A very pleasant surprise!

With a group of 18! We had a fantastic meal at Restaurant Centennial. The service was excellent, provided by Henny, Ceo, Melle, and Rosa, among others. Despite the size of the group, the food was served simultaneously, at the right temperature, and was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back soon! Recommend the carpaccio, rib-eye, and spareribs! Delicious!

We recently had dinner at restaurant Centennial and were impressed by the service and the main course, although the starter was unfortunately less successful. We started with a drink on the cozy terrace. It is nice that there is a separate section for smokers and non-smokers - they really thought about that. We had the crab soup as a starter, but it was very disappointing. The soup was watery and bland, and there was only a spoonful of mini shrimps at the bottom. For €12 you would expect a lot more quality. We mentioned this to the staff, who responded professionally and politely. The soup was removed from the bill without discussion and the employee even said that they would not be serving this dish for the time being. Very neatly resolved! Then came the main course, and that more than made up for everything. We chose the ribeye and the Angus steak, both ordered 'rare'. These were really perfectly prepared - tender, juicy and full of flavor. You can tell that they work with high-quality meat and a kitchen that knows what it is doing. Really recommended for meat lovers! In summary: good atmosphere, friendly service, a nice menu, and fantastic main courses. The crab soup was a downside, but that was handled nicely. We will definitely come back to try more of the menu.

Gereserveerd voor een High wine de luxe inclusief de Rondvaart voor 2 personen. Dit was voor een verassing voor een verjaardag te vieren. Bij de Reservering ging het al moeizaam na 3 x een mail en 3x bellen kreeg ik eindelijk mijn bevestiging van reservering binnen voor 8 mei om 14:00. Bij aankomst in het Restaurant kregen wij te horen dat de rondvaart niet doorging want de motor was stuk. Wij waren de enigste in het hele restaurant ik denk te weinig voor de boot dus werden met een smoes afgescheept. En nog het ergste van het hele verhaal werd er gewoon het volle bedrag gerekend per persoon zonder rondvaart. Wij voelen ons besodemieterd en raden dit restaurant niet aan. De high wijn was matig en totaal geen interesse in ons een saaie en zielige bedoeling. Wij kregen om het schuld gevoel weg te spoelen een glaasje prosecco gratis joh dat verandert de zaak.🫣 Zeer slecht en matig bedrijf vroeger was het beter bij Centennial. Het om je voor te schamen om mensen zo te behandelen en dat nog wel op een wat zo speciale dag voor ons twee had moeten worden. Waardeloos👎 Dit is al de tweede keer dat ik ben teleurgesteld in Centennial. Wat een slechte organisatie ik weet niet wie de eigenaar is maar ik zou het personeel ontslaan. Imca Stukart

Great location with lots of free parking. Very good cuisine for lunch and dinner. I am a big fan of the super tender and grilled (smell and taste) spare ribs. This also applies to the 450gr. Ribeye! The rooms; clean, spacious; especially the Executive Rooms (mega high ceilings), the standard room is also fine!

Had a lovely lunch with some clients who stayed at the hotel nearby. Nice craft beers too. Don’t know how dinner is, but the lunch was excellent!

Highly recommended! I recently ate at Centennial, and what a fantastic experience it was. The highlight of the evening was without a doubt the tomahawk steak, perfectly prepared, tender and full of flavour. I have rarely eaten such a good piece of meat, both in terms of quality and presentation. In addition, the service deserves a big compliment. The staff is friendly, professional and knows exactly how to ensure you have a pleasant evening. The combination of delicious food and top service makes this restaurant highly recommended in my opinion. If you're looking for a place where quality and hospitality come together, Centennial is definitely worth it!

Deze plek qua eten niks mis mee. Maar mijn vriendin had een haar in haar eten en ze had het nog niet eens voor de helft op. Wij gaven dit netjes aan bij de bediening, hij zei dat hij ons begreep.en vroeg of wij een drankje van het huis wouden.ik vroeg moet ik dit gerecht echt gaan betalen aangezien er een haar in zat en het was voor de helft maar opgegeten. Toen kwam de eigenaar en die maakte het helemaal mooi die wou ons de schuld geven en wou ons alles gewoon laten betalen.de eigenaar heet joey en is een vreselijke man. Zoiets kan gewoon gebeuren maar neem je verantwoordelijkheid en ga niet in discussie met je klanten.zeer onprofessioneel en klant onvriendelijk.

A surprisingly good restaurant at the Chariot hotel. I had a sea bass and it was absolutely delicious. We ended up here by chance, but definitely a recommendation.

Unfortunately, agreements made are not kept if it turns out that Centennial has made a mistake. Don't react and put your head in the sand. After repeated attempts and given a chance to respond. It's cheating and theft. Nice talk and nothing else.

Great atmosphere, very clean and organized, well decorated. Good service, the atendents are very polite. We were guests in the hotel Chariot for 2 days as courtesy from KLM, and we had the chance to appreciate dinner, breakfast and lunch there since the restaurant is inside the hotel. A truly beautiful restaurant and delicious food. We had dinner there on a Saturday afternoon around half past three. A lunch. Starter menu with carpaccio and my partner an eel dish. Delicious in taste and the right temperature. Then a salmon fillet and my partner a steak tartare. Delicious food and the service was top notch. Very friendly. Recommended to have something to eat there. Price is also not too bad. Especially what you get for it.

Kwam hier altijd heel vaak.laatste jaar van 2024, tot 3x toe slechte service. Nu gaan we er niet meer heen. Eten niks op aan te merken. Service heel onpersoonlijk. Voorheen altijd in voor n praatje nu alleen maar gestresste bediening. Ram vol, veel te druk, waardoor je ander half uur op je voorgerecht moet wachten, zonder enig aangeboden broodje oid. En daardoor zoveel herrie dat je elkaar niet kan verstaan. Heel jammer, erg achteruit gegaan. We komen niet meer.

My husband and I had dinner at this restaurant tonight and we are very disappointed with the overall experience. The service was absolutely substandard. The staff did not seem interested in the guests at all, did not chat at all and were mainly concerned with themselves. We felt like we were more of a burden than guests who wanted to have a nice evening. The food was fine, but certainly not exceptional. Given the high expectations we had, it was unfortunately a bit disappointing. However, what disappointed us most was the unfriendly and disinterested attitude of the staff. Service is just as important to us as the food itself, and unfortunately that was not offered here. We would have liked a warmer and more hospitable experience. We hope that the restaurant will focus more on customer focus and friendliness, because with better service the food could certainly have made a greater impression.

Excellent service and attention, very friendly people

Operation was very messy. We quickly received our main course, even though we haven't even had our baguette with herb butter yet. Personally, I didn't think my main course was anything special. There was no love in the tenderloin salad. There was even a tough piece of meat in there and the salad looked like old leftovers thrown together. Tomato was soft and there were stumps of lettuce in between. Also the server was very rushed and chaotic. He was taking our order and out of nowhere he walks away from us and shows new people to a table even though we haven't passed all our drinks yet. He also threw the dessert menu on our table after dinner without any reason or politeness. Really disappointing all…

We hebben hier nu een aantal keren gegeten, de allereerste keer was het echt fenomenaal. Maar, de keren dat we er daarna kwamen was er elke keer wel wat. Voornamelijk lang wachten, maar ook niet tevoren melden dat bepaalde gerechten niet meer voorradig zijn. Een simpele vraag of ik een verse jus d'orange kon krijgen resulteerde in een brul door de tent of er nog jus was, helaas..... (bij ons vorige bezoek moest de bedrijfsleider ingrijpen en was er wel degelijk jus d'orange! Maar iemand moest dan wel even sinaasappelen uit de koeling gaan halen, blijkbaar teveel werk). Het simpele voorgerecht, paling op toast, liet 40 minuten op zich wachten, De smaak was top maar qua presentatie liet het te wensen over, door het te grote bord zag het er allemaal een beetje zielig uit. Dan het hoofdgerecht, ik had de saté van ossenhaas met helaas een te bittere saus, en mijn tafelgenote bestelde de zalmfilet. Deze had helaas erg lang op de grill gelegen (lees: was zwartgeblakerd aan de onderzijde). Het dessert dan, de tiramisu en de Dame Blanche, gewoon niets op aan te merken, gelukkig maar!! Maar dan, ook een simpele cappuccino is blijkbaar erg moeilijk, waterig, slap schuim en echt teveel melk (gelukkig hoefde we deze niet te betalen als compensatie voor de aangebrande zalmfilet). Jammer maar helaas, het was nu echt de laatste keer voor ons, een zaak met veel potentieel maar dit wordt echt teniet gedaan door personeel wat klaarblijkelijk niet geïnteresseerd is.

Atmospheric restaurant, but with mediocre food. Salad was really drenched in olive oil and the amount of pitted olives in an oriental salad was special. Portobello was very tasty, but too little to eat alone as a meal. Satay was fine. Service also took a very long time unfortunately.

Had dinner in the restaurant on September 26 with three people. We have eaten here before and it was always good. But this time it was just super bad. The soup was lukewarm and the main course was very bad, the meat was also lukewarm and half a frying basket of fries had been thrown together. And just as bad was the lettuce that was too sad to start with. The meat sauce was cold and the steak was tough. Having dinner with the three of them for €160, you would expect to enjoy a nice dinner. But unfortunately everything was sad and not to mention the service was very poor upon reception but we had to wait until we had made a reservation. Now I understand why it wasn't busy, it's just not okay when you finally go out to eat again and it turns out so bad, very unpleasant and unpleasant staff. Very sorry! 😌

Ik had er al diverse keren gegeten en dat was zo goed bevallen, dat op de bruiloft van mijn dochter ik gevraagd had om voor een kleine groep een bruidsbrunch te organiseren. Dit heeft Joey Koster dan ook voortreffelijk geregeld. Een open ontvangst mooi versierd en de brunch was heerlijk. Het ontbrak aan niets en alles was nog te bestellen als we dat nodig vonden. Dit hoefde niet het was GEWELDIG. Dit Restaurant (wat ook een Hotel heeft het Chariot hotel) heeft goede en vriendelijke service en heerlijk eten! Een echte aanrader. Hierbij een dikke 10

Wij waren voor de high wine en high sake gegaan. We werden echt verwent en er werd met ons meegedacht. TOP combinaties heerlijk gegeten en gedronken. We komen zeker terug. Dank voor de heerlijke avond!!!!

Great restaurant and tasty food and super staff Easter brunch

Had a delicious Easter dinner on Easter Sunday. Everyone was full of praise for the food and friendly staff. We were also there on Easter Monday for an Easter brunch for 12 people. Everything was richly provided with tasty snacks. Everyone enjoyed it. We will definitely come back here again.

This is the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in my life. Even in Albania, which was just developing in terms of tourism, the service, service and quality of food in restaurants and cafes were better. We came, sat down and waited for the waiter to get the menu, about 10-15 minutes. The waiters walk around, watch and indifferently, leisurely, go about their business. You can see them chatting merrily in the kitchen, “dancing” and so on. The food is terrible, out of 5 dishes there was more or less only Caesar salad. There are also no alcoholic cocktails on the menu. And again the wait - the child was brought dessert for 15 minutes, just 3 ordinary scoops of ice cream. We asked for the bill and waited again for 15 minutes, when we didn’t get it, we went to the counter ourselves. There is a mistake of 5 euros in the receipt. And 3 more visitors came to us with such mistakes. I give 1 star purely for the ambiance. I STRICTLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The worst service you can get. Starting with, What do you want from me?” and ending with wrong food and zero attention. Though food is good.

What a crappy experience. Constant long wait. You cannot call gluten-free bread bread. The soup was cold. Salmon was baked for far too long, causing it to be burnt and dry. When you indicate this, you are almost irritated. And finally, the tiramisu was inedible, tasted like it had been grilled. At checkout we indicated that this was our experience, to which the lady responded "yes, I already understood that, did you have a nice time?" No excuses are made and you actually just get the feeling that you are whining.

Ate here for the first time tonight, will definitely go back again. Food was excellent and affordable, service was very friendly and took compliments nicely. Had a wonderful evening.

Bad bad bad. Served twice with salmon that was not OK. First burned, second raw inside. Spare ribs quite black. Promised that these would be taken off the bill. At the end I still got the whole bill. Then don't say anything! Now you can make a whole thing out of that, but then you won't have a nice evening yourself. No, this was the last time we ate here.

Extremely well attended for a Monday. Service was still very, very friendly and relaxed, but on the ball. Food very good. Prices fair. Interior also very inviting and cozy.
