Food and ambient were very good. Waiter dropped food ober my backpack and it brought down the experience but that's it...these things may happen.

Truly a top-notch experience at Christinis in Aalsmeer! I received excellent help from Robin, Jaimy, and Ricardo. All three are incredibly friendly, professional, and really take the time for you. You feel welcome immediately, and they give honest and sound advice without being pushy. The service was fast, clear, and with great attention to the customer. Pleasantly surprised, I'm not a pizza fan. But you can also go upstairs, where there is also a terrace. There, we were pleasantly surprised with other delicious dishes and, moreover, good wine available by the glass. Furthermore, knowledgeable and friendly service. Top-notch!

Had a delicious meal in a relaxed atmosphere

We had made a reservation and requested a table by the window, but there wasn't one available (according to the team). Later, a family arrived without a reservation, and they were seated by the window. The air conditioning above the table was blowing hard and it was cold; partly due to the draft from the outside door, the spot was not pleasant. There was also a lot of noise caused by the many people picking up pizzas. That does not improve the atmosphere. The food is fine and everyone did their best, but next time I will not accept this table.

Had a delicious meal on the upstairs terrace. Beautiful view over the Westeinderplas. The food was superb, the service friendly and relaxed. Cozy atmosphere. Prices are fine, it was the drinks that made it a bit more expensive.

We had a reservation at 7:30 pm, placed our order at 7:50 pm, and received our food at 8:58 pm. We weren't asked once if we wanted anything else to drink. The air conditioning was running at full blast, which shouldn't have been the case because we were all freezing. The food was delicious, but the service was poor.

We waited over an hour for our pizzas even though the place was half empty. The server didn't even look at us. We couldn't even order more drinks. The pizza itself, however, tasted very, very good.

Had a super fun evening on the terrace while watching the solar eclipse. The food is amazing. Service is also top-notch, only one point less because they couldn't make a cortado. But it's not a disaster. Had a truly wonderful experience at Christiani Vino e Cibo.

Super delicious Roman pizzas with high-quality ingredients. We had a Margherita and a Diavola (with 'nduja, without chili peppers. Highly recommended!) We reserved a lovely spot on the terrace, although it was quite intense in the full sun. The wait for the pizzas was very long, though. After our starter, we had to wait well over an hour. We were there on a Tuesday, so it wasn't even that busy. But with the location, the atmosphere, and the final quality of the pizzas, it was more than worth the wait. We will definitely come back again to try the pasta!

The food was good.....but the service......well, well, those girls still have a lot to learn. Asking three times if your drink was coming again. On the fourth time it was brought....zero apologies....leaning over people to serve a plate.....just walk around them. A real SHAME

Last night, only the upstairs restaurant was in use. We find that the coziest too. We sat in the conservatory by the window with a view of the Westeinderplas. The food was excellent again, as were the atmosphere and the service. All our requests were fulfilled. In short, until next time.

Ultimately, of course, it is about the food, and fortunately that was good and tasty, but if you are not from the area, you probably wouldn't choose this restaurant. From the outside, it looks unkempt and old, and we almost decided to cancel the reservation and drive on. We didn't, and fortunately, we were not disappointed. Friendly service, tasty food, but I still find appearance and atmosphere important in a restaurant, and there is certainly room for improvement in that area. The restaurant was packed, though, so many people can probably look past that and might find it less important. That is why I am writing this review; go experience it for yourself!

We had a lovely dinner here with the four of us. Initially, we had a spot on the terrace, but with this heat, we were also allowed to enjoy the lovely air conditioning in the conservatory. So we opted for the latter. As always, we had a delicious meal with tasty wine and friendly, good service!

There is air conditioning downstairs; the terrace upstairs is quite small and screened off. Friendly staff, extensive menu, and a delicious meal. Parking is available. We were on bikes. We had made a reservation. It was busy there on Saturday evening.

We went out for dinner yesterday for my birthday. Upon arrival, we were greeted kindly and given a table opposite the bar. We were early because we had three small children in our party. After the starter, the chaos began. An enormous number of customers came to pick up their ordered takeaway pizzas. It was very busy at the bar and the staff couldn't handle it. We had to wait an incredibly long time before we could order the main course, and when that was finished, the wait became even longer. It took almost 45 minutes before the dirty plates were cleared. We tried several times to get in touch with the wait staff, but they didn't see us amidst the chaos at the bar. We didn't receive the drink orders we had placed, and we just let it go. We went out to dinner to celebrate a party and enjoy a meal together, but unfortunately, that didn't turn out to be the case. The food was fine, but the service was substandard. They couldn't handle the chaos.

When the weather is nice and the Westeinderplassen are packed with day tourists, you shouldn't eat here. There is a constant stream of pizza boxes for takeaways. As a result, little time is left for the ‘real’ guests, little attention is paid to preparing a meal, the place is very messy, and you feel like you aren't a paying guest. A shame; otherwise, it is a beautifully situated restaurant with normally good food.

We dined here with 15 people during the heatwave. The downstairs area was well cooled; still warm, but more bearable than outside. The service went well. Once we received a different starter than ordered, and we had to ask for drinks again several times, but considering the size of the group, it went excellently! Nut and gluten allergies were taken into account very well. Everyone enjoyed the evening!

We were recommended this restaurant by a friend of ours six months ago. Since then, we have been there four times and have been just as satisfied every time. Yesterday, we went out for dinner again to try out the summer menu. Everything is carefully prepared and looks absolutely top-notch. I must say that yesterday, with 34 degrees outside, it was quite warm inside as well. However, all the staff were cheerful and incredibly attentive to empty plates and glasses. Mega satisfied!!

The restaurant is in a wonderful location. From the street you might think it's a tiny homely restaurant, but inside you'll find a surprise. The upstairs terrace has an unobstructed view of the lake. The food is divine, the servers are very kind, and the service is fast.

Yesterday we sat upstairs on the heated terrace, asked the staff for recommendations, and let ourselves be surprised. Well, I can tell you that everything from the starter to the dessert was delicious. The wine was also amazing. We enjoyed it to the fullest.

Dinner was offered to us. That is why we just entered the lowest price below.

We enjoyed ourselves! There was a good, lively buzz that created a relaxed atmosphere. The waitresses were genuinely attentive, smiling, and took their time. The food was beautifully presented and tasted great. The decor could use some updating here and there. Point of attention: Twice my plate was taken away just as I had finished the last bite. As far as I'm concerned, there could be a little more time between courses. We did mention that. We will definitely be back!
