Something completely different! Tapas, squared. Surprising dishes, some with a twist and some from the classic menu. Something for everyone, and all at a reasonable price. Curious for something different, but not breaking the bank? Then this is the place to be.

No complaints whatsoever. The service is friendly, pleasant, and very fast. No one left their glasses empty, and rounds were quickly taken and served. The food is definitely more than excellent, and the portions are a good size. The atmosphere is very cozy and inviting, and everything is neat and tidy. I couldn't find a single spot that made me think, "Oh, that's a shame." The acoustics are incredibly good! You can tell the owner has really put a lot of effort into it (he even mentioned it at the end of the evening), and that makes all the difference. 99% of the time I dine out, I leave (satisfied, of course) with ringing ears, a headache, and exhaustion. That was definitely not the case this time. I don't say it often, but this is a place you want to try. I'll definitely be back!

A charming restaurant with comfortable seating. The dishes are a good size and very tasty. Plenty of choices. One area for improvement would be to serve "real" whipped cream with the desserts; currently, it's imitation and it collapses quite quickly. Not cheap, but the quality is really good. The food was delicious. Lots of freshly prepared dishes. Unlike many other tapas places, my food here didn't taste like it came from a wholesale fryer. The service was also efficient and attentive.

A wonderful restaurant with delicious food and great service, attentive and friendly staff. We've been here about six times now, and it's in our top three.

Je kan hier heerlijke tapas eten. Niet het hele menu is mijn smaak maar zo hoort dat. De Spareribs waren over heerlijk en boterzacht. Texasstrips vielen qua smaak tegen. Een ander zal het niet met mij eens zijn. Prijs per persoon: aan de hoge kant. Verder gewoon goed. Bediening is vriendelijk.

Cozy and tasty, nice staff, good service.

The food was very well prepared. The steak was beautifully pink. The fish was wonderfully tender. My recommendations: Scallops, Irish steak with JD whiskey sauce, Taco Tuna (taco boat with raw tuna). The mini kapsalon döner is also a nice idea. The staff was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is great. It's beautifully decorated and places where you can truly be with your group, away from other guests.

I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food, the friendly and attentive service, and the atmosphere at De Buren in Terheijden. I'd heard rave reviews, and now I've found them to be entirely true. You receive your ordered dishes simultaneously, and everything is delicious and hot (where applicable, of course). You also get a glass of water with your wine, and it's refilled regularly. The desserts were also delicious. If I really have anything to complain about, it's that hot tea in a single-walled, regular glass, while nice, isn't the best option since you can't hold the glass (and there was no handle). But that's about it. A point for improvement? I'd definitely love to come back.

Delicious food for a good price in a cozy and atmospheric environment, pleasant service. And free water😃which you pay €3 per glass for at other restaurants. In short, definitely recommended, we have been there a number of times now and always good.

Have been several times, every time it was delicious! Dishes that other restaurants do not serve, something for everyone with our favorite dishes with the Jack Daniëls sauce. Staff friendly and cozy atmosphere. This is our favorite restaurant. :)

De Buren is one of our favorite restaurants. Very tasty food, the portions are just right! You can stay there all evening and they have super friendly service and a good host and hostess. Reservering ging vlekkeloos. Zelfs toen we nadien van 2 naar 5 personen wilden reserveren. De kaart is uitgebreid, verzorgd en compleet. Dit geldt ook voor de wijnkaart. Het ontvangst is vriendelijk en gastvrij. We hebben oprechte interesse ervaren. De prijs is weliswaar net even iets hoger, maar dat krijg je ook terug. Wij vinden het een aanrader en een aanwinst in de regio!

Have been many times and every time you are wonderfully pampered. Always a glass of water with the wine. The water is continually refilled during the evening. The food is delicious! New dishes on the menu since this week, combined with the old faithful. Sander and team: it was excellent again! I'm guessing I brought a few new guests who may come more often.

Tijdens 2e kerstdag hier voor het eerst geweest. Werden ontvangen en onze jassen werden aangenomen. De rest van ons gezelschap was er nog niet maar kregen al wat te drinken aangeboden. Als je een wijntje nam, krijg je er een glas water bij (die gedurende heel de avond werd bijgevuld. Het eten was ook fantastisch. Het restaurant heeft een tapas concept met verschillende soorten gerechten. Je mag 2 of 3 gerechten per ronde kiezen. Ondanks de drukte en n wij met een redelijk grote groep waren ( 13 man) was ons eten er snel en warm. Als toetje had ik het grand desert; crème brulee, cheesecake, bol ijs, kleine brownie, macron, ook enorm lekker. Personeel was ook enorm vriendelijk. Dus; absoluut een aanrader om er te gaan eten.

Via Google besloten om hier een omzet mijlpaal voor mijn bedrijf te vieren met het gezin. Ben groot fan van tapas en hierdoor misschien kritischer dan andere, de verwachtingen waren hoog en dit is volledig waar gemaakt. Top avond gehad met geweldig eten in een zeer leuke setting. En niet vergeten, gezellig personeel!

Is lang geleden dat we zo warm onthaald haalt zijn, daarbij is het een prachtige locatie met een nieuwe restaurant! Je ziet aan alles dat het personeel een hart voor de zaak hebben en het werk met veel plezier doen. Ik raad het iedereen aan!

Leuke warme moderne sfeer, eten was heerlijk en afwisselend. Leuk ook het wisselmenu gedeelte. De bediening was subliem. Hier geen gedoe met briefjes, net op het moment dat je wil bestellen staat er een medewerker naast je tafel. Alle dames zijn relaxed en zeer vriendelijk. Voor meerdere herhalingen vatbaar !

Gisteren positief verrast door een leuk en sfeervol dorpsrestaurant. Service echt goed, dames (personeel) snappen wat er verwacht wordt. Hebben er zichtbaar lol in. Eten meer dan goed , goede porties en vollop keus. Huiswijn prima Aanrader. Ga zo door, komen zeker een keer terug

Je kunt er heerlijk eten, alleen de laatste keer was wat minder. We hadden al wat later gereserveerd dus dachten, het is minder druk. Maar het zat nog best vrij vol. We moesten erg lang wachte tot we wat konde bestellen, en de tussen tijd duurde ook te lang, dus heb de bediening geroepen en het ook aangegeven. Daarna ging het een beetje vlotter, maar dat viel ook een beetje tegen.

Beste restaurant uit de regio goed eten gezellig personnel en goede sfeer eten is er snel

Er zouden wat extra vega opties mogen zijn, maar wat er was is wel erg lekker. De service is erg luxe en je merkt wel dat het een duurder tapas restaurant is. Soms duurde het wachten op het eten wel wat lang, maar dat was het wel waard. Wel jammer dat er maar 1 dessert inclusief is bij de prijs

Vanavond heerlijk gegeten bij de Buren. Zeer vriendelijk en attent personeel. Fijne moderne en gezellige sfeer. Het onbeperkt tapas concept is leuk en lekker! De gerechtjes waren allemaal goed en ook een extra dessert was mogelijk. (Normaal 1 dessert per persoon). We gaan er zeker graag nog eens eten!

Lekker bier van de tap, goed bittergarnituurtje. Bediening uiterst vriendelijk. Mooi gesitueerd in centrum van het dorp.

Koffie ( 3€25!!) en ijskoffie bij " de Buren". Het was lekker, maar werden helaas niet tegelijkertijd geserveerd. Partner had koffie al op, ik had nog niets. ....

Dit is een restaurant wat ik iedereen wil aanraden, heel de avond genieten van super lekker en vooral vers eten. Ook de bediening is geweldig, dit kom je nog maar weinig tegen

Heerlijk eten. Genoeg keuze. En vriendelijk personeel Bestelling opnemen zou ik met een kaart doen en dan gerechtjes aankruisen en met de bediening meegeven, naar mijn meninglijkt dit makelijker maar is verder hun eigen keuzen hoe ze dit doen.

Leuk concept. Niet goedkoop in verhouding tot de kwaliteit. De gerechtjes zouden verser kunnen zijn. I.p.v. gefrituurd meer vers.

Heerlijke gegeten en ook gedronken, dank zij een prima bediening die er voor zorgde dat wij (10 personen) niets te kort kwamen. Helemaal top.

Wat was het een tóp avond in jullie prachtige restaurant !! Heerlijke tapa’s en veel keus ,alles was lekker warm en ook nog eens n heerlijk nagerecht !! Kortom een feestje ,ook vanwege de lieve bediening met hun fijne uitleg ! Wij komen zéker terug ! Dank voor alles en veel suc 6 jullie, namens ons viertjes !! 🍀

Onze ervaring met restaurant De Buren was helemaal top. We hebben heel de avond genoten van het eten, bediening en de sfeer. We waren met 8 personen, alles werd warm en op tijd geserveerd. Dit restaurant is zeker een aanrader het was gewoon heel goed allemaal.

Het eten was erg lekker! Het restaurant zat vol waardoor de uit te serveren gerechtjes wat langer op zich lieten wachten. De kwaliteit van de gerechtjes maakte dat echt wat minder erg.. ( Uiteraard ook ons gezelschap). Mooi restaurant met een fijne sfeer.
