Restaurant 'De Gulperberg' in Wijk 00 Gulpen

Aardige mensen, goed eten, normale prijzen. Voor de 2e keer geweest en vast b5iet voor het laatst. Verborgen parel in Limburg

Bijna op het einde van de 4e etappe van het Krijtlandpad stonden we voor de keuze; hier een late lunch doen, of door naar een van de terrassen op de Markt in Gulpen. We kozen voor het eerste, wat een goede keus bleek. Lekker buiten op het terras met een uitzicht op Gulpen genoten van een goed gevulde zeer smakelijke Caesarsalade., een goed gekoeld wit wijntje en een superkoude Spa rood voor de dorst.

We had a cup of coffee here, but I was glad that was all there was. The tables were all full of glasses, plates and cups from previous guests. When the table was cleared, it was wiped with a dishcloth that really smelled awful. Not something I would repeat.

Excellent restaurant, friendly and attentive service. Delicious food, the spareribs are highly recommended. Good quality for a nice price.

Top location on top of the mountain with panoramic views

This is really a Location we come back to more often. Time and time again we are satisfied. View is beautiful. Parking sufficient. Dogs are welcome.

We had a nice walk uphill and then had dinner here. The restaurant has spacious parking if you go by car. The restaurant has a playground for kids and also offers a kids menu. It has an amazing terrace with a great view over the city. The food is nice and the staff are helpful.

Drove to South Limburg on a Sunday. Ended up on the mountain in Gulpen. There is a nice restaurant there. Inside, it is a pity that the floor and dividing wall have been sanded, but there is a nice holiday atmosphere there. Didn't drink coffee as intended, but ate right away. Small menu with enough choice, also special menus for children. Food was hot and the portion was large enough for us. The price was not expensive. With 2 press oven and less than 50.00 euros spent. Too bad I forgot to take pictures. When we go back in the summer I will take pictures.

Had a nice lunch with the four of us in the sun, on the terrace. Very tasty food and very good service. The prices were also surprisingly low. We will definitely come back.

Waren daar voor de verjaardag van mijn vrouw. Het eerste rondje viel van het dienblad over de rug van mijn vrouw. Zij kon een blouse lenen van de eigenaresse. Zij bood ook aan de doorweekte blouse van mijn vrouw te wassen. Daar deze splinternieuw was, wilde mijn vrouw dat zelf doen. De week erna extra naar het restaurant gereden om de blouse van de eigenaresse fris gewassen terug te brengen. Oh fijn,dankjewel. Dat was alles. Ter compensatie geen kopje koffie!!

Too bad I ate a cup of Goulash soup, didn't even add a piece of bread and paid for such a small cup, so we don't do that anymore

Restaurant de Gulpenerberg is a nice restaurant, had a 3 course menu, was delicious, just enough, bellies full Nice pleasant service. Terrace with a view (a shame about a few large trees that obstruct the view of the village). 1 point some 🙈 Ordered a beer, 18 mm Gulpener beer, 18 mm really small, But we will definitely come back again, for the food and the atmosphere.👍🏻👍🏻 Greetings

Delicious food. Very nice atmosphere. Owner does everything to make it pleasant. We are staying here in an apartment. Everything is well organised. Beautiful view.

Had both lunch and dinner. Lunch was tasty and cheap. For dinner I had mixed grill. The meat was a bit tough, which was disappointing. Had to wait a little longer for the food in the evening, but it was also very busy. Clean toilets. Beautiful location to enjoy a terrace meal from abroad. Definitely recommended!

Average age of guests is 70 years. The design is in accordance with the target group. Service is friendly and fairly fast. Only Flame Sauce with spare ribs.

Wow... Wat een verborgen pareltje in het mooie Limburg. Hier met ons bedrijf geweest voor een etentje (lopend buffet)… en het wat heerlijk... Warm koud salades vis brood vega, voor iedereen wat wils. Aanrader voor je bedrijfsfeest.

De laatste jaren verbleven we diverse malen voor een paar dagen in Maastricht. Tijdens onze bezoeken aan de directe omgeving ontdekten wij restaurant De Gulperberg, mooi gelegen, zeer vriendelijke uitbaters en … heerlijke vlaaien. Vooral de kersenvlaai is wat ons betreft een topper. Afgelopen weekend waren wij wederom in Limburg en natuurlijk brachten wij een bezoek aan De Gulperberg. De vlaai was weer zalig. Voorzichtig informeerden wij naar de beschikbaarheid voor zondag maar dat werd ‘m niet, wij hadden al de laatste stukken!. En wat er toen gebeurde vonden wij bijzonder. De eigenares bood aan om naar de bakker (ander stadje) te rijden en daar te proberen alsnog de heerlijke kersenvlaai te scoren. En dat was geen sinecure want deze vlaai moest eigenlijk vooraf besteld worden…. Wat een lief aanbod! Wij durfden niet te hopen maar… zondagmiddag vroeg stond onze vlaai al klaar! Mooi gelegen restaurant. Tja dat was het dan wel! Eten duurde lang, mix Grill zou ik niet aanbevelen, bediening kan beter en het is allemaal wat stoffig en oud.

Vanavond met de kinderen hier gegeten. Na een uur kregen wij ons eten. Duurt voor mij een beetje te lang. Tussendoor nog een keer drinken besteld, maar niet ontvangen. Voor z'n drieën twee desserts besteld met een lepel extra (zijn niet van die grote toetjes eters...), maar ook dit was niet goed doorgekomen. De wc maar overgeslagen door eerdere reviews, dus daar kan ik niks zinnigs over zeggen. Al met al; het eten is lekker, maar je moet geen haast hebben! 😊

Schitterende locatie boven op de gulpenerberg met uitzicht over het in het dal gelegen Gulpen, Heel vriendelijke en vlijtige gastvrouw en geweldig jeugdig personeel.

Heerlijk vlaai met een view. Kwamen er kwart voor 12 aan (gaan 12 uur open), het ligt op de route Dutch Mountain Trail, maar ze waren er al en hielpen ons gelijk, ondanks dat we aangaven prima even te willen wachten!

Heerlijk gegeten , ontzettend aardige bazin , deed de bediening in haar ééntje , haar man is de kok . Complimemten voor beide .

2e kerstdag weer eens hier gaan eten. Heerljk gegeten. Bediening is top. Kok kookt de lekkerste gerechten. Prachtig uitzicht. Sfeervol en vriendelijk. Niks is te gek. Voornemens om hier vaker te gaan eten.

Je kan er heel goed eten!! Fijne en gezellige bediening. Je kan er een menu nemen maar kan ook alla carte eten.

Ik weet dat je voor de prijs niet teveel kan verwachten. Maar schnitzel was gefrituurd, zuurvlees zaten wat vette stukken in. Mijn vriend is later ziek geworden. Salade teveel dressing en koffie latte was niet lekker. Waarschijnlijk uit automaat. Personeel wel heel aardig en prachtig uitzicht vanaf buitenzitjes. Snelle bediening.

Heerlijke plaats, zeer vriendelijke uitbater, lekker eten voor een eerlijke prijs!

We hebben er heerlijk gegeten. Vlotte en vriendelijke bediening terwijl het erg druk was. Ook de prijzen zijn nog schappelijk. Als wij weer in de buurt zijn gaan we er zeker weer eten Jammer dat er altijd mensen zijn die over alles klagen

Mooi plekje om buiten op terras te zitten. Eten was goed, vegetarische schotel was prima en schnitzel ook. Al met al redelijk tot goed. Een min ster voor achterstallig onderhoud en toiletruimte wat wel sopje konden gebruiken. Kwaliteit prijs voldoende.
