Restaurant Het Elemen in Wijk 57 Garderen

I had the goat cheese toastie. The bread was so dry that it fell apart. I think it was toasted, but way too dry. The cheese was barely melted. The balsamic vinegar had soaked into the dry bread. All in all, it really wasn't tasty.

I had dinner here yesterday. The sea bream fillet was delicious. It was perfectly prepared with a white wine sauce, and the salad I ordered as a side dish was delicious and original. The service was also superb! Excellent service. Highly recommended!

We had a great vegetarian dinner, the service was pleasant, and the young staff were polite. The dining room had a good atmosphere.

The menu is small and could perhaps be expanded a bit more, but there is little to criticize regarding the quality. The ingredients come into their own, and the kitchen can be proud of that. The very lovely hostess certainly shouldn't be forgotten either! We had a wonderful dinner.

Ideally located Bilderberg Hotel, amidst the woods. Good cuisine, neat interior, and good meeting rooms.

We tried the vegetarian options and the food was amazing. The restaurant was full but they were kind to accommodate us.

The food wasn't warm, it was bland, and the lamb was dried out. Probably a chef with no inspiration or sense of taste. 😩 I'd just ordered an appetizer, and the starter was already being served.
