Restaurant LaSalle in Wijk 28 Centrum

Het eten was heerlijk de sfeer was heel fijn. De service was ook erg prettig. De chef kwam soms ook langs om even met ons te praten. We komen na deze ervaring zeker terug!

Voor de eerste keer hier gegeten en wat een aangename verrassing! Heel sfeervol ingericht, echt Frans. Superlieve bediening en (h) eerlijk eten! Eenvoudig maar perfecte bereiding en de porties waren precies goed! Heerlijke wijn en het dessert mag je zeker niet missen. Kortom: wij komen hier zeker weer terug 👍😊

We had a great meal at LaSalle. Food excellent and we loved the concept where the three courses are included in a fixed price and all cooked to order. Eric was very helpful in suggesting where to go locally when they are closed. We’ll be back!!

Our visit started with a friendly welcome and this great service continued until we left. Both of us ordered the beef which was perfectly cooked, well presented and super tasty. With room left we both had the selection of 5 mini deserts and the only struggle was deciding which was the tastiest. Having booked here based on other visitor reviews we were delighted we trusted their opinions and are sure others will definitely enjoy it as much as we did.

Recently ate there again. Simple, not too 'abundant' card. I love that. My companions, who ate there for the first time, were very pleasantly surprised. So it was very successful. The restaurant has now been recommended to a good friend. I'm curious.

Answer: Sir, we NEVER HAD all the dishes you mentioned in your feedback. For €45, the quality really wasn't there. We have had: 1 starter which was the soup! 1 dish, 3 small pieces of insignificant and tasteless cheese (I forgot) then a dessert! There is clearly abuse in terms of quality and what we found on our plate!! And for my part, when we are satisfied with a restaurant, we say it out loud. That's nice to hear. We also communicate this with a positive review. When we are not satisfied, we mention it on Google so that we can no longer take customers for "cash cows" and excessively increase your prices because it is Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter or any other occasion! Very happy new year 2024 We don't understand the positive reviews about this restaurant. Christmas menu for €50: canteen cuisine. Endless waiting between courses while only 4 tables occupied in the entire restaurant. Value for money... unworthy of a Christmas meal! Don't be fooled by the overly glowing reviews!!

My wife and I enjoyed an excellent wedding dinner at LaSalle with our guests. Owner Eric was very helpful, thought along with us and we also met in advance at LaSalle to discuss the details (table layout, decorations, music, menu, drinks, etc.). On the day itself we had reserved the rear part of the restaurant with the garden where the walk-in/drinks would take place. However, due to the bad weather, Eric was able to quickly move it inside and we toasted with our group inside, where the rear part of the restaurant was festively decorated and French music played softly through the speakers. The 3-course menu included a selection of hors d'oeuvres, soup, fish, grilled round steak, French cheeses and the petit grand dessert to choose from. Our guests loved every dish, both in terms of taste and presentation. What my wife and I particularly liked was that the grilled round steak (our favorite) was perfectly prepared for the larger group, even though chef Eric indicated in advance that this is not his preference because it is more difficult to serve it simultaneously. It was great that Eric met all our wishes and that we were pampered for a long evening with drinks, dinner and a closing with coffee and liqueur. It has now been 1.5 years since the wedding and not only do we look back on this beautiful evening with great pleasure, but we also still receive compliments from our family members for the well-organized dinner in LaSalle at our wedding. Our guests and ourselves enjoyed it. Many thanks to chef Eric, his wife, son and the rest of the team for the unforgettable evening.

Are you looking for a Parisian Bistro in the Hofstad? We look no further. Chef Eric serves a different menu every month with three starters and main courses. Once each of meat, fish and vegetarian. With a small but fine wine and aperitif menu, it completes the Bistro experience. Tres bien Eric!

Addressed and served in English, but the ladies did it very neatly and carefully. The restaurant is not large, but the atmosphere is good and the food is delicious, French comfort food. We enjoyed.

We stumbled across a great find for dinner. The reviews are spot on! Great French cuisine, with good quality ingredients made for an enjoyable and satisfying dinner. We ordered the 3 course dinner, it reasonably priced and the service was excellent. We will be back.

The food, service, and the atmosphere were simply outstanding. Especially, the service was impeccable. The staff was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also incredibly attentive. An absolutely must-visit for anybody wanting to dine out in The Hague!

Lekker eten, kleine porties maar wel genoeg. De desertwijn was inclusief ( restaurand week menu) maar was vergeten. We hadden het te laat in de gaten, kregen nog 1 na de koffie.

I was never disappointed here. Simple menu, personal touch, a gem in The Hague. Traditional French cuisine. The menu changes monthly, so rating that is a bit useless. However, the setup is quite constant: a choice of three starters, three main courses and either a cheese plate or grand dessert for, well, dessert. There's always something vegegatarian option as well. No special kids options on the menu but maybe you should just ask what's possible.

On Friday we had an amazing evening at the restaurant. It was one of our favourite places we went to in The Hague. La Salle offers amazing, freshly cooked food, we really liked that there was a very small card with menu options. My boyfriend loved the menu with meat whereas I was really baffled of how great the vegetarian versions of French cuisine worked. Please, if you visit, get the dessert platter! It was heavenly! The service is also really lovely and was really knowledgeable about the right wine choices to be paired with our food. You have the option to be seated outside in a beautiful little backyard – which led to us having the most beautiful late summer evening at La Salle. Merci beaucoup!

Such a lovely place!! Loved the atmosphere the vibe, the chef went out and explained all the different courses and wine pairings! We took the menu consisting 3 traditional French dishes( starter, main and dessert ) for 32€, highly recommended.

Wat een heerlijke avond gehad bij LaSalle. Een gezellig, knus restaurant met een intieme en ongedwongen sfeer. Je waant je echt even in Frankrijk. Wij hadden het drie-gangen diner met bijpassende wijnen, op aanraden van de chef kok Eric. Het eten was klassiek Frans (vispathe, konijnenbout) en de wijnen waren uitstekend en pasten goed bij de gerechten. Echt een aanrader om je even in Frankrijk te wonen, in het centrum van Den Haag met professionele en persoonlijke service.

We made a reservation, but that didn't seem necessary, since the place wasn't very full. But the food was delicious, service was really nice and the place looks good. They have a menu with always 3 options to choose from (fish, meat, veggie). And at a reasonable price. They give you the time to enjoy the meal and relax.
