We had a wonderful evening at a fantastic hotel. Everything was perfectly arranged. Friendly staff, smooth check-in, clean and spacious rooms, excellent service from the bar staff, and the experience of Le Petit Chef was truly amazing. I would definitely recommend this—an outstanding and delightful getaway!

I booked a 3D dinner for my father's birthday. It was a nice room and nice to eat with private company. The service was good, but I was very dissatisfied with the food. The meat tasted strange, the röstis tasted as if they had been under the warming tray for 3 hours. I reserved a vegetarian dish in advance for another guest... during dinner I was given a choice between 2 completely different dishes, which surprised me. The starter was okay, the tomato soup was the best. For the money you pay, I didn't think it was worth it.

We recently had the opportunity to experience Le Petit Chef dinner in a private room and it was a great experience for the whole family! The kids were very enthusiastic and enjoyed it very much. The staff was super friendly and did everything they could to make us feel at home. They were very accommodating to our dietary requirements. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and cozy dining experience!

extremely good experience. it was a private room within Novotel. We were lucky to have only us for that seating. the waiter was very friendly and explained to us the process and was very attentive. The animation was good and the dishes were tasty! ingredients used were as animated. Just a point to note, they start at 1700hrs instead of the 1800hrs as indicated on google search.

Private space, nicely decorated. Had a delicious meal with 4 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 4. They enjoyed themselves at the table for 3 hours, after dinner we were able to watch all the videos, some even in duplicate. Service was English, clearly understandable and very friendly, we lacked nothing. The food was delicious, we went home with very full bellies and satisfied. Thanks for the great evening!

We thoroughly enjoyed dinner with our 2 children and 2 grandmothers! The 'petit chef' is hilarious and the food is delicious. And our host Claudio did everything he could to give us a great evening. On his own initiative he made nice videos and photos for us and ensured that we were never bored or lacked anything. In short, recommended!

The experience is great, my kids enjoyed the interesting movies of the little Chef. The food was also good. Overall, I think it is a great place for family especially with kids.

Wij hebben een super avond gehad. De animatie was super, het eten was heerlijk. Onze gastheer Claudio heeft onze avond compleet gemaakt. Lief en goed voor de kinderen en zorgde ook goed voor ons. Dankzij hem paar mooie videos en foto's van het gezin. Dit is echt een aanrader om te boeken. Een super combinatie van entertainment en heerlijk eten.

Superleuke ervaring, aardige gastheer.. Leuk om te weten je zit prive in een kamer dus komt als familie ook een beetje tot elkaar lekker babbelen.

amazing experience! Our kids love the atmosphere and the animation very much! The setting is a private dinner room and we were served by our superb waiter Claudiu. He is very friendly and attentive. All in all, thanks to Claudiu it was an unforgettable experience

We loved every single moment from the beginning to the end! A very friendly waiter who gave us a joyful introduction before every course. The visuals were so funny and beautiful. Food presentation and quantity was perfect! They make their own honey from their own beehives at the rooftop of the hotel! The reservation process is a little bit lengthy but it’s was worth it for sure! Totally recommend it as a family outing with kids or all grownups.

All the food and the service is very good, especially the guy Claudio is very kind and helpful in every meal and every wine we choose. He take many pictures and videos of us with the animations. We would like to come again and meet with Claudio :)

We are really really happy with everything we got food, ambiance and a lifetime experience. It was a surprise for me and my two kids from my husband. We really like the hospitality and service we got from the host Claudiu and if you are coming to experience this restaurant we really recommend to ask for the same host to have a lifetime experience.

It was a very nice and interesting experience, we got really pampered by the staff, our baby ( 9 months old) really liked it as well. Loved the fact that you get a private spacious room. I would really recommend it for family gatherings with children as children get to enjoy very much. I would improve the food, as not everyone likes medium rare stake.
